It was Hamster Time... They are awarded a break every odd millenium, and got two hours to party-down.
Really, though --- Who's job is it to warn/inform the world of something like this?
Wouldn't you think there might be a swarm of unsolicited sunburns thronging ER's across the globe?
As was questioned - - Is this normal operations for Planet Earth, or.........who pulled the plug & then plugged it back in?
