Just a bit of information to look at and understand the close connection between the Chinese Central Committee and the Obama Administration with Hillary as the United States Secretary of State.
In 2009 Obama made the following statement.
"The relationship between the United States and China will shape the 21st century, which makes it as important as any bilateral relationship in the world," 

Then in 2010 this picture by one of our Satellites was taken.

Is that a F-117 setting in China?
Or did China get a copy of the Stealthy Plane and build one.?
 

F-117 Stealth Fighter shot down during the Kosovo War may have found its way to Russia.  Interestingly, this 2010 Google Earth image shows the faint outline of an F-117 in the Chinese city of Luoyang, reportedly sitting outside the Electro-Optical Technology Development Center – an R&D centre for Chinese air-to-air missiles.

 I'm more inclined to think this was a Gift from Obama.

It appears the "plan" was to blame all these lies on Russia when it was China and Obummer/Hillary behind it all. Then they would have their false flag war and blow up half the world's population in the process, another one of their agendas.
No wonder "they" keep screaming Russia, Russia, Russia!  They can't let it fade from the public consciousness that Russia is the one behind it all.
