Part two of Alternative 3 begins with a satellite interview of Apollo astronaut Bob Grodin.

The Science Report show WAS taken from the Alternative 3 book, which was a fiction book based on fact. I'm sure there were some truths mixed in there, along with facts being leaked out.  Bob Grodin was a fictional name, so you won't find him being listed as an actual astronaut.

I couldn't find in all of the Apollo Astronauts Bio's a reference to one going Bat-Shit Crazy or Paranoid.
Major Gordon Cooper who was a Mercury Astronaut was a firm believer in UFO's and stated "For many years I have lived with a secret, in a secrecy imposed on all specialists in astronautics. I can now reveal that every day, in the USA, our radar instruments capture objects of form and composition unknown to us. And there are thousands of witness reports and a quantity of documents to prove this, but nobody wants to make them public. Why? Because authority is afraid that people may think of God knows what kind of horrible invaders. 
He didn't become Paranoid.

Neil Armstrong & Edwin Aldrin both seen UFO's and reported them to Mission Control.

All the Astronauts seen things and None I could find went Nuts or Paranoid.
