Under "natural" conditions, yes, I agree that El Nino/La Nina, and the sun control our weather. However, lately, just about every aspect of our weather is controlled/manipulated by the human hand... the "Cabal" human hand, to be precise. Dark Journalist has several great interviews up on You Tube, if anyone would like to watch.
