The Lost Science of Alchemy - Mystic Wanderer - 08-26-2017 Dictionary.com defines alchemy as: 1. a form of chemistry and speculative philosophy practiced in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance and concerned principally with discovering methods for transmuting baser metals into gold and with finding a universal solvent and an elixir of life. 2.any magical power or process of transmuting a common substance, usually of little value, into a substance of great value. 3. any seemingly magical process of transforming or combining elements into something new: In this video, Jay Weidner goes back to ancient symbols and writings to give us hints for learning the secret of alchemy. Interesting, for those seeking truths from the Ancients that have been withheld from the masses. The presentation is covered in the first half of the video, and then a Q&A finishes out the remainder. RE: The Lost Science of Alchemy - guohua - 08-26-2017 That could be very interesting as long as he has something to back his claims and not just his on Opinions. I'll have to wait until later to watch this though. RE: The Lost Science of Alchemy - allusion - 08-26-2017 Well this ought to be interesting, I love alchemy stuff so thanks for sharing ! allusion :) RE: The Lost Science of Alchemy - Mystic Wanderer - 08-26-2017 You're welcome @"allusion". I don't know why the video is starting way over from the beginning like that. Just take it back to the starting point to see all he says. Let me know what you think. RE: The Lost Science of Alchemy - Mystic Wanderer - 09-04-2017 Here is a podcast by THC (The Higherside Chats). He is doing an elemental series on Alchemy. This one is on water. You can probably go back to his former shows to pick up the previous show. I'm not sure which element he is discussing there. Plus, he offers a large amount of links to other sources on this source page. You will need to go to his site to click on the podcast link. Quote:Join host Greg Carlwood of The Higherside Chats podcast as he guest returning guest, Shamangineer, put their next notch in the belt with another installment in their elemental series, water. Stay informed from his page to follow discussions of the other elements. RE: The Lost Science of Alchemy - DuckforcoveR - 09-04-2017 Awesome! I spent almost 8 years building a formidable collection of alchemy books and lab equipment. All in boxes just waiting for me to have a house, I never wanted to set a lab up in a rental property (I also didn't have the yard space to build a garden where rare / odd plants can be grown for the process). Thanks for the vid! DFC RE: The Lost Science of Alchemy - guohua - 09-04-2017 (09-04-2017, 03:37 PM)DuckforcoveR Wrote: Awesome!
