Another good idea from russia .... reduce speeding by having topless women stand by pedestrian crossings ..... yep would slow down for that .... think time take visit to russia to enjoy the scenery .....

What about those with poor eyesight that can still drive -but suffer to see
the speed recommendations?
Will they be allowed to use a braille-type of finding out how fast they can go?

Tactile knowledge is very important and I would suggest the ability to feel the
signs should be seen as very important.
