All coming out now and the excuses are piling up higher than a barnyard manure mound.

One good excuse is they reported lower death numbers because they didn't want to use data that was possibly not accurate (so they use lies and false data to replace data that might be tainted. Yup, Democrat bullshit alright?) !!

We always knew Cuomo was a phony piece of garbage all along, but now he's getting exposed as the mental case he always has been ?

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s efforts to downplay the deaths of residents in nursing homes during the coronavirus pandemic was larger than first alleged and spanned a period of months.

Aides to Cuomo engaged in an effort to overrule state health officials from releasing actual nursing home death totals to lawmakers and the public during a span of five months in 2020, the New York Times reported on Wednesday.

Issues concerning the altering of nursing home data during the pandemic first arose in May of last year, when the Daily Caller News Foundation published an article showing Cuomo’s office manipulated data to boost the governor’s image.

In the absence of President Biden and VP Harris, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has taken on the responsibility of leading the monthly COVID conference call with all 50 state governors. Fox News senior meteorologist Janice Dean, a staunch fighter against the governor’s fatal coronavirus missteps, told "Fox News Primetime" Tuesday that she isn’t even surprised that Cuomo is still leading the pack.

The CEO of a New York fashion company says the Cuomo administration fleeced her out of $10.4 million — refusing to pay for an order of PPE she delivered during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday.

State representatives allegedly used “bullying” and misogynistic tactics to rip off Laws of Motion, a woman-run, NY-based label — leaving it on the brink of collapse, the filing states.

“The Cuomo administration had been deliberately obstructionist — all in a very clear attempt to avoid payment and systemically work to silence and destroy anyone they felt superior to,” CEO Carly Bigi told The Post.

Gov. Gavin Newsom can take some comfort from the fact that his French Laundry dinner with lobbyists is no longer the most embarrassing moment of the COVID-19 pandemic.

That distinction now belongs to the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, which is facing calls to revoke the Emmy it awarded to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

In November, the TV Academy presented Cuomo with the International Emmy Founders Award “in recognition of his leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic and his masterful use of TV to inform and calm people around the world.”

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s top aide resigns amid sexual harassment scandal

Melissa DeRosa was linked in the state attorney general’s report to efforts to cover up
the governor’s actions and retaliate against one of his accusers.

'A senior aide to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo resigned on Sunday in the wake of a state attorney
general’s report that the governor sexually harassed 11 women. Melissa DeRosa, secretary to the governor,
was linked in the report to efforts to cover up the governor’s actions and retaliate against one of his accusers.

“Personally, the past two years have been emotionally and mentally trying. I am forever grateful for the opportunity
to have worked with such talented colleagues on behalf of our state,” DeRosa said in a statement.

The report found that Cuomo groped, kissed or made suggestive comments to 11 women in violation of the law,
prompting local prosecutors to launch a criminal investigation and re-igniting calls for him to resign or be impeached.

The report described DeRosa as a central figure in Cuomo’s office’s retaliation against one of the women, Lindsey
Boylan, after she became the first person to speak out publicly. DeRosa, who often defended Cuomo when he faced
public criticism, had been with the administration since 2013.

She was given the title “secretary to the governor” in 2017, and was probably the most recognizable face in the
administration after Cuomo. She appeared by his side in most of his news briefings and often fielded policy questions
from reporters.

Cuomo has thus far resisted widespread calls for him to step down, including from fellow Democrats such as President
Joe Biden, but he could soon face impeachment and removal from office by state lawmakers. The New York State Assembly’s
judiciary committee has scheduled a meeting to address impeachment proceedings on Monday at 9:30am EDT (1330 GMT).

Meanwhile, a former assistant who filed a criminal complaint against Cuomo last week on accusations he groped her in the
Executive Mansion in Albany is speaking publicly for the first time in a televised interview to be broadcast on Monday, saying
the governor “needs to be held accountable.“

Brittany Commisso, one of the 11 women Cuomo is accused of sexually harassing, was identified only as “executive assistant #1
in the report. She told state investigators that Cuomo fondled her breast on one occasion, the most serious allegation the governor
faces. She also said he rubbed her backside while taking a photo.

Last week, she filed a criminal complaint with the Albany sheriff’s office. The sheriff, Craig Apple, told reporters on Saturday his
agency and the county district attorney’s office would conduct a thorough investigation before determining whether a criminal charge
is supported.

In an interview with CBS News and the Albany Times-Union that is scheduled to air on Monday morning, Commisso said she filed the
report to hold Cuomo responsible for his actions. “What he did to me was a crime,” she said in an excerpt released by CBS on Sunday.
“He broke the law.“

Cuomo has denied any wrongdoing, though he has acknowledged that his efforts to be affectionate with people he encounters may
have made some people uncomfortable. His lawyer, Rita Glavin, told reporters on Friday that Commisso’s account was false, citing
emails and other documentary evidence she said undermines her story.

In another excerpt released by CBS, Commisso said occasional hugs and kisses on the cheek escalated when one time Cuomo
quickly turned his head and kissed her on the lips. Yet she “didn’t say anything” at the time, Commisso said.

“People don’t understand that this is the governor of the state of New York. There are troopers that are outside of the mansion and
there are some mansion staff. Those troopers that are there, they are not there to protect me.
They are there to protect him,” Commisso said...'
