Rogue-Nation Family
#1
Friends we have a Friend in need of our Prayers and Healing Thoughts and Vibrations.

As you all have noticed, ChiefD has been absent from Rogue-Nation.
Our Friend ChiefD as you all know husband in not in the best of health and has been in Home for the Purpose of his Physical Therapy and General Health Issues.

She has not been able to visit with her husband for over a Month because of COVID and his Health and Mental State has declined.
ChiefD is worried and feels helpless, this will be the first time since 1987 they have not spent Christmas Together.

Please send them both all your prayers and Healing Thoughts and Vibrations.

Now that I have mentioned @ChiefD, let us also remember @senona who is in a Very, Very Similar Situation with her own husband jim.
She also has not been able to visit her Love One.

I have a very close friend, who's husband has been in a VA hospital, so I know how hard the day to day is, not being able to visit them.  The phone helps, when available, but it sure isn't the same as being able to hold their hand, or hug them.

I'm sorry they are both going through this, especially at such a difficult time.

So I will keep them both in my prayers, and keep my fingers crossed, that they can visit them again hopefully soon.

Thank you, I really appreciate it.

As for my Jim, I have not seen him since March 22, the day of the shutdown. They ran me out at 12:10 when I was with him for lunch. All family members were told to leave by the LA Health Dept Officials (not nursing home staff, they were the ones that warned me)

Never in my mind, did I think it would last this long.

Video chats suck, Jim has the attention of a 5 yr old and there is so much activity going on around him, he doesn't stay focused.

I have found out that since the shutdown, Jim lost nearly 20 pounds. Plus since being hospitalized back in mid-April, they let him get deconditioned due to lack of range of motion, so he no longer has the strength to walk.

The only time I get to see him now, is at the doctors appointment.

Like today, I got to see him and hold his hand for about an hour.
It breaks my heart to see how quickly he is going downhill, and yet, I cannot go see him.

He fell last weekend and had to have 7 stitches in his right eyebrow.
It takes everything I have not to go off and cuss everyone out.

I am scare that Jim -- along with thousands of other nursing home residents-- think that their families have abandoned them. Many are not able to understand what coronavirus is and how our government shut everything down.

Not meaning to bring up politics, love Trump or hate him, I do not give a damn.
What I do give a damn about is Jim.

With Trump, I had a ray of hope that one day very soon, I could go back to seeing my Jim at my leisure, for as long as I want like I use to.
And seeing my Jim is all I care about, sorry if that sounds selfish for those that are happy to see Trump lose.

But with Biden, I no longer have any hope, only despair as his people are talking about more shutdowns and canceling events for next year.
More gloom and doom from the Dems, instead of seeing the positive as Trump Admin does.

My fear -- is something happening to Jim and him thinking I no longer cared to come see him.

I can't help but think he is slowly giving up, as fast as he is declining.

MARCH 22 unitl ?????????

Who would have thought it would be a year or longer to visit our loved ones, or at least for me and Jim

This is effin' ridiculous, after 10 months we know what works and what doesn't , not like it was the first month or 2 ------- but now, a health issue has turned political in nature and I call bullshit on it!!!!!

That is heartbreaking to read to be honest! and no need to apologize for your thoughts and rants, I get it and this is the place to do it. I was thrown into a situation with my Dad being in Hospital a couple of times throughout this, and not being able to be with him because of Covid, luckily for us this only lasted days to a week, but it still hurt and felt unnecessary and cruel! That pales in comparison to what has happened between you and Jim though, honestly my heart goes out to you both, I'm so sorry and I really hope there's light at the end of the tunnel, this thing has ripped a lot of people apart, it's been and still is an utter mess!

Hoping things change for you soon!!!

Thank you my friend, we have been through a lot together over the past few years. LOL

I did buy some Power Ball & Megamillions tickets today. First time in a long time.

My wish........  tinyinlove ...........  to have a home to where I can care for Jim and me not have to work.
Hire my sister Margie to be his therapist (she works in Mobile and is a licensed PT), set up a room with therapy equipment.
A handicap van so we can go for rides.

With a fenced in yard for my 2 dogs ---yes, 2 now --- I just got a 12 week old beagle mix. LMAO

Marley's spots on her back kinda look like the "Scream" face. LOL

But yea, be glad when this nightmare is over with.
Afraid it won't be any time soon with Biden & Company in office

@senona, don't lose hope just yet. It's not over, no matter what you hear on MSM.

This won't be over until Jan. 6 at the earliest, or even beyond until the end of February, 2021.

Watch this.

No offense, but I no longer believe anything people "claim" to know anymore.
Including Q and Anonymous

I have been waiting and waiting ...all we get is "wait for this date"--- "oh no, wait for that date"--"something big is about to happen" etc etc
Too many people crying wolf, and yet, nothing.

So I am turning into a skeptic with all this "wait and see" crap.

Months later, nothing.
I love a good conspiracy, but really???
With all the bullshit that is going on this year, now is not the time to get peoples hopes up that a "miracle is going to happen" and "Trump is going to overthrow the Elite and drain the swamp" --- or whatever the latest thing is

Or he's gonna bring down Hollywood and the pedophiles....yada, yada, yada

Until I actually SEE something really cool happen for the better, I don't believe the chatter any more.

I am starting to think it is just people clamoring for attention and likes, getting off watching themselves on video, spewing all these unproven predictions, Acting like they know a secret .

Many of which make revenue off viewership, so there is that.

Bottom line -- I'll believe it when I see it.

My regards and best wishes to Chief and all of you over this period.

Difficult to fathom, in a respectful way, given my circumstances here on the other side of the globe.

Sincere kind thoughts passed on.

My kind regards as always,

Yeah, it's like "Q" on steroids. They seem to me to be simply preying on people who have done nothing wrong other than want to believe, and have hope. I'm pretty done with their empty promises, too, so I'm just gearing up for what comes after - EITHER after, whichever way it goes. I can no longer afford to live in la la land beside the skittles-crapping unicorns.

I can't begin to imagine what you are living, and I ain't gonna say "I understand", because I don't. What I will say is that "I commiserate", and that's about all I got.

I hate what life has become for you and for Jim, through no fault of your own, but not much I can do but hang out in case you need someone to scream at, and toss a prayer your way every chance I get.

It's not much, but it's all I got. Y'all are on my mind.

.
“The nature of psychological compulsion is such that those who act under constraint remain under the impression that they are acting on their own initiative. The victim of mind-manipulation does not know that he is a victim. To him the walls of his prison are invisible, and he believes himself to be free. That he is not free is apparent only to other people.”

I am sending you positive thoughts, and much strength to endure this battle.

I am sorry but i can't pray for you. If i start to pray, bad things start to happen, and you have had more than enough of those already.

In a similar position here, have two elderly relatives in care and haven't seen them for almost a year as only one family member is allowed to visit. Luckily they are together in a fantastic place that posts updates to Facebook every day. Sadly they are both visibly deteriorating despite getting excellent care.
It's frustrating for sure, but I'm still hopeful that this thing will blow over soon.
Stay strong.

Do you think they're deteriorating more than they would have if the lockdown/isolation technique hadn't been used?
