[England] The Grooming Clear-out? I Think Not.
#1
The Daily Mail reported that a lot of men in the West Yorkshire region of England were being held accountable
in a Magistrates Court yesterday (10th Dec) for something that is sadly built-into the culture of that area.

For decades, this behaviour has occurred and continues to this day. I've written about and posted the reports
here at Rogue Nation almost as the same amount of spammers we've deleted here on the site and one has to
wonder if such diligence had been done by the Yorkshire Police, these crimes may have been thwarted to some
extent.

Here's the commentary-stifled article and there's something about it that seems a recurring theme... but I just
can't put my finger on it.

I sense a pattern but it's still a bit fuzzy.

My question is 1999-2012? It's almost 2021. Did it take them that long to put a case together?

It seems the 'steady' Police force in West Yorkshire spent a lot of time crossing the I's and dotting the T's!

Alas, with brown skin in England, being a multiple-rapist doesn't always cast you in a bad light.
All 32 got bail.

For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist.

A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”

If every ME or North African got arrested for nothing, then that is a problem. HOWEVER, not arresting them when they have clearly broken the law is the same racism. At some point this garbage will trigger a reaction from otherwise law abiding citizens who have had enough. Those are never pretty. Laws need to be applied equally. If they are not, then it becomes an instrument of tyranny.

Quote:Police failings shock: Blunders see gang accused of trafficking and raping girls walk free

Northumbria Police's Operation Optic, an investigation into the sexual abuse and exploitation of vulnerable girls,
has ended in embarrassing failure.

'Police failings have led to the dramatic collapse of a series of trials against a group of men accused of trafficking,
grooming and raping girls in Newcastle. A number of people were with extremely serious offences as part of
Northumbria Police's Operation Optic, which involved allegations of vulnerable girls being sexually exploited and
abused.

Reporting restrictions have meant we were unable to report anything about the cases until a series of three trials
were complete. The first trial has been taking place at Newcastle Crown Court since January but, we can now reveal,
has been beset with problems and five separate juries have been sworn in to try the case.

However, it has now emerged that police failings on how evidence was recorded, secured and disclosed to defence
teams left prosecutors with no alternative but to drop the case against all defendants.
As a result, all of those who were standing trial or were due to stand trial, have been acquitted of all charges and
walked free.

It is estimated the police blunders will have cost taxpayers huge sums after the four-year investigation ended in
embarrassing failure. Police said they have apologised to the complainants in the case and are carrying out a review.

Chief Superintendent Scott Hall, head of Northumbria Police’s safeguarding department, said:
“First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the bravery of the victims in these cases and we
remain committed to ensuring they receive any support they may require.

"We have visited each to apologise for police failings which resulted in the cases not going ahead at court.
"These centred around how some evidence had been secured without meeting strict guidelines governing investigations.
"We will now conduct a review to understand how the failings occurred and it would therefore be inappropriate to
comment any further at this stage.”

It is understood that, independent of the wider review, Northumbria Police's professional standards department are
conducting an investigation and if any misconduct issues are identified as a result, these will be addressed appropriately.

Operation Optic came about as a result of Operation Sanctuary, for which seventeen men and one woman were jailed in
2017 for the sexual abuse and exploitation of girls and young women in Newcastle.

The case against the men who had been on trial since January collapsed on Monday but we had to wait until the charges
were dropped against the other defendants before we could report what had happened.
On Monday, trial judge Robert Adams told jurors: "There has been a significant development in this court.

"The prosecution have a duty to review the case continually during the trial, against each defendant.
"In respect of counts where there is no evidence at all, you have already returned not guilty verdicts.
"In respect of the remaining counts, there was some evidence given by the complainant to you but in
respect of each allegation, you may have concluded there were some problems concerning the
evidence given by (the complainant).

"During last week a number of officers were cross-examined about the investigation process in relation to the recording
of inquiries made, or, as the case may be, not made. "The investigation must be transparent and must be fair.
"There must be integrity and the process must be able to stand up to scrutiny.
"Very properly, prosecutors have reviewed the case and concluded there is no reasonable prospect of a proper conviction
in respect of any individual."
The judge directed the jury to find the men not guilty on all charges.

A CPS spokesperson said: “During the course of this trial, it emerged that some of the evidence in these cases had not
been secured in accordance with the strict guidelines governing police investigations.
“Given the significance of the issues that came to light, there was no longer a realistic prospect of securing a conviction
in each case and the Crown took the appropriate decision to formally offer no evidence against the defendants.”...'

More involving sex...

Quote:Sex attacker caught in Operation Sanctuary offends again after authorities failed to deport him

Nigerian Moses Ologbenla was jailed as part of Operation Sanctuary for an attack in 2014
-but remains in the country and has now admitted another offence.

'A sex attacker who was supposed to be deported from the UK after abusing a schoolgirl has offended again.
Nigerian Moses Ologbenla was jailed for six years in 2014, for sexual activity with a child, after he and another
man plied two schoolgirls with drink and drugs and subjected them to vile sex attacks.

His co-accused Hafeez Cole Oye-Dada was convicted of raping a 14-year-old girl after “cynically exploiting” her
by giving her alcohol and cannabis. He was jailed for 10 years.

Moses Ologbenla. 2nd Image: Left -Hafeez Cole Oye-Dada, jailed for rape of schoolgirl.
Right -Moses Ologbenla, jailed for sexual activity with a child.

Both men, arrested as part of Northumbria Police's Operation Sanctuary, were in the country illegally having
overstayed their visas and were supposed to be deported after serving their prison sentences, a court heard.
However Ologbenla is still here, and has gone on to commit a further offence in Middlesbrough.

He created almost 40 undisclosed user names for online use - breaching his notification requirements.
Teesside Magistrates' Court heard that the user names Ologbenla was using were linked to sites that also sold
fraudulent credit card details, reports TeessideLive.

The registered sex offender pleaded guilty to failing to comply with notification requirements at the court on Monday.
No details relating to his deportation were discussed at the hearing.

John Garside, prosecuting, said Ologbenla was put on the sex offenders register after being sentenced at Newcastle
Crown Court on August 5, 2014, for sexual activity with a child.
"He must provide police with notification requirements and he must register user names within three days of creation",
he said. He added that he "understands these requirements".

But on December 23, last year Ologbenla's devices were checked by officers, in Middlesbrough.
"A laptop, an iPhone and a Galaxy mobile phone were checked and various undisclosed user names were found on
the devices", Mr Garside said. "In total 38 user names were found. Police said they were linked to sites where you
can buy fraudulent credit card details."

He added that there was "no evidence the user names were used in any criminal activity".
Ologbenla was told by magistrates that due to the severity of the offence, sentencing would have to be transferred to
a crown court. In mitigation, Damian Sabino, defending, said he "co-operated fully and gave an explanation" as to why
the user names were created, and reiterated there was no evidence they were made to commit a crime.

"The user names were created in order to view films, watch football and answer surveys", Mr Sabino said. "It's his first breach.
"He went to prison and came out, and he didn't believe he was committing a crime."
Ologbenla, who now lives at St Margaret's Terrace in Bradford, was released on bail and will appear before Teesside
Crown Court for sentencing...'

The devil is in the details in these cases.  It goes beyond a conflict in culture and societal norms. It is almost impossible to understand behavior that is so foreign and repugnant to you, as being acceptable, and least of all normal.

The age of consent is a huge problem, because not only do the men think it is okay to have sex with a twelve year old girl, but the girl, the family, and the community, thinks it is okay, in most of those foreign enclaves.

One of the biggest, and most recurring issue that I come across, is the influence of drugs and alcohol in the equation. Almost all my young patients admit to voluntarily consuming drugs and alcohol prior to the assault, and it was not forced on them, they went looking for it, and knew that the cost would be sex.

My cases are all in America. We have a very strict laws, so I get a lot of cases because the parents are the ones that bring the charges.

There is no shortage of those that are willing to provide drugs and alcohol for young boys and girls in exchange for sex. The fact that the young boys and girls are willing participants, does not get the assailant a free pass, it just makes our job a little harder.

For every one person that read this post. About 7.99 billion have not.

You need to understand how islam works, this is just one of the many forms of attacking the infidels and doing gods work A country that cannot or will not protect its women and children is easy to take over. When one is doing gods work in the eyes of islam everything is good and allowed. This evil cannot be understood if you look at it with western eyes

That may be true, but none of my cases have anything to do with Islam.

The grooming, raping,  assaulting, selling and marketing of young boys and girls, in my area, here in America, has nothing to do with religion. It is strictly due to evil and the love of money above all things.

And it is a huge problem, that we can't seem to be able to even slow it down. If we can't control the problem in our own communities, we are not going to make much headway in communities were it is accepted.

I don't know anyone that practices Islam, and I don't service any areas where it is practiced so I can't speak honestly about the religion or the practice, but exploitation and assault on children is plain wrong, and I agree it is a battle of good vs evil. But Islam is not alone in this evil.

Please dont join the two things together, in islam child rape main reason is to spread fear and take power from the people, secondary is the sex joy. Most higher level pedophile rings are impossible to find as they are protected, its very similar to a cult, once you belong to it you cant leave.
So these are two different things. Very very few people are involved in fighting the higher level rings as the work is kept secret to keep the workers safe.

I am not conflating Islam's practice of child rape with the problems of child exploitation, rape, and assault that my division fights against non-stop, and is a problem in almost every community in America.

Islam's main reason may be a tactical approach to spread fear and to take power,  it is still evil. I don't deal with cases involving Islam, so I cannot speak from professional or personal experience about it.

I can speak professionally and personally about the effects of child exploitation, rape, and assault on the communities, families and children in our communities, and while I am not comparing or competing the two, I do believe they are both evil, both wrong, and both should be stopped.

I fight for all victims. Regardless of race, creed, color, sex, gender, culture, or age, but I can only serve those that seek help or assistance, and I am limited by law, and the individual's willingness and acceptance of care.

I am sure that while there are crimes committed with different purposes, the law in Europe makes it difficult to stop this evil, because you can't break the law to keep the law. Criminals know the law better than most lawyers and it is why they are so good at circumventing it.

I don't have a fool proof solution to this problem. Every solution that comes to mind breaks the law. Changing the law doesn't stop the problem.  We keep changing the laws and the scum, change their methods faster.

It is frustrating because laws do not change a man's heart. My fight is against child harm, I don't care how it is comes wrapped.

You are fighting the run off from the top, shit runs down hill. It can not be stopped at the lower levels all that can be done is try and help the kids.
Almost all workers dont even understand where its all coming from, the higher levels are too well protected and out of reach. Basically people are fighting the systems not the cause, and that is such a hard thing to understand that almost all workers dont want to know about it and wont belive it

Yeah. I have known for years that I am fighting a losing battle.

The problem has been around since the dawn of time, there is nothing I can do to stop it.

I just get some small satisfaction out of standing on the shore, casting back starfish.

It may seem like a ton of effort for token results but you are doing amazing work.

It takes a special mind-set (and soul-set) to fight against these things. Society rarely acknowledges or appreciates those efforts.

I salute you and please continue the way of the Warrior.

There is always such strident disagreement over who really represents Islam. Is it the moderates here in the West? Is it the “fundamentalist extremists” who support and belong to terrorist organizations? Or is it the group in the middle who say they fear the “extremists,” while at the same time supporting Sharia Law?
I really don’t know. I personally tend to think that the middle group and the extremist group are probably much more closely aligned than either would like to admit.
But for a reminder of how “moderate” the moderates really are, I think we should read a couple of stories from the past week about our North American Islamic friends.
The first one is a horrible story from Quebec about a “peaceful” and “gentle” Muslim father who was tired of his disrespectful 13 year old daughter.

Back in 2010 Moussa Sidime, 74, slapped his daughter to death because she did not finish her chores “properly.” When she was told to do the job right, the father says that he heard her say something disrespectful. So he slapped her in the face twice and then once on the buttocks. He hit her hard enough across the face to cause an artery in her head to rupture and she died in the hospital two days later.
Sidime was just sentenced to 60 days in prison for the manslaughter death of his daughter. He will serve the sentence two days a week for the next 30 weeks.
“I lost my daughter, but it was the will of God,” Sidime told Quebec Court Judge Richard Marleau. “I am not violent.”
Well… it’s good to know that Sidime believes it was god’s will that he slap his daughter to death.
Another story from Brooklyn shows how Islamic culture lends itself to the kind of violence we saw in Quebec… even from a “gentle” man.
Pakistani immigrant Noor Hussain, 75, got so angry that his wife didn’t make him goat for dinner that he beat her to death with a stick.
Apparently Mr. Hussain wanted goat for dinner, but his wife had made a vegetarian meal. He got angry and they began a verbal altercation which included some profanity… it was a this point that he took out a stick and began beating his wife until she was what police describe as a “bloody mess.”
Here’s his defense and how he is trying to get out of being punished.

Defense attorney Julie Clark admitted Hussain beat his wife — but argued that he is guilty of only manslaughter because he didn’t intend to kill her. In Pakistan, Clark said, beating one’s wife is customary.
“He comes from a culture where he thinks this is appropriate conduct, where he can hit his wife,” Clark said in her opening statements at the Brooklyn Supreme Court bench trial. “He culturally believed he had the right to hit his wife and discipline his wife.”
His normal everyday culture teaches him that it’s cool to beat his wife? Sounds super moderate.
Here’s hoping that the judge in this case doesn’t fold as easily as the judge in the Quebec case, and that this killer is forced to serve an actual prison sentence.
Stories like this are happening all the time all over North America as the Islamic population continues to swell. In some parts of Canada and the US these Islamic populations are even pushing to have Sharia Law recognized in their communities. People should be free to choose and practice whatever religion or non-religion they want… but we should have the clarity of thought to also recognize that Islam and our Western culture are incompatible.
Our culture is even incompatible with “moderate” Islam.

I know some of you have a deep hatred for Islam, and I am not saying those feeling are justified or not, and I am not judging you. Again, I know nothing about Islam. I don't know anyone that practices it, so all I know is what I read about it, primarily on the internet.

That is why I don't understand why this behavior is pointed out when it involves Islam, and seems to be ignored when we see these same behaviors right in our culture daily. It is not uncommon in other cultures for spouse ownership and the right to beat and kill your spouse or children is found permissible in the culture. This includes cultures that practice Catholicism, Christianity, and almost every other religion, if there is any religious practices at all.

I know it looks like I am making excuses for Islam, but I am not. What I want is for the same kind of intolerance to be felt about this sick and deadly behavior, no matter where it raises its ugly head. We get cases like this all the time, and Islam is not the cause. The behavior has to stop. I know it sounds selfish, but I can't fight for the women and children of Islam, when I have children and women that are in danger of this same behavior right next door.

It is repugnant and it has to stop. It has to be stopped everywhere. By all means hate this behavior, and call Islam out on it, but call out this behavior anywhere you see it, and you don't have to look too far to find it. It is a lot closer than you will ever want to believe.

For every one person that read this post. About 7.99 billion have not.
