I'll update if I see a debunk or explanation.  May be CGI or a robot of some kind.

Cheers

The one thing that stands out is that there are three different sequences in this video.

What, did the guy filming just nonchalantly follow after what looks like a predatory reptile that is bigger than a human being?

A single video sequence would, oddly, be more convincing.

I don't know how to do video analysis to see if this "thing" has been inserted as a graphical artifact.

Ha!  I watched it with it no sound.  Yeah, that is a stupid "add" to the video.

IIRC, this used a monster from a horror film.   I don't know all the tech involved in it, nor where I read it.....only remember that someone found this image in a film.

That's what I was thinking, too. The "background music" and the 3 separate cuts are what gave it away to me. If they wanted to pass it off as real, they should have deleted the sound track and added one in with some gasping or screaming or something.

.
Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.

Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’
