It's the cards that are dealt to you and how you play them .
So people are lucky and some people are not.
I just have a problem with people who use the system because they can.

Oh, I definitely also have a problem with people who use the system just to game it or commit fraud. I am using the system to make sure my hubby gets the care he needs. I don’t feel guilty about that at all. There should always be a safety net of a sort to help people get back on their feet. Not for those who exploit the system in multiple generations and that.
