Canning Town freezer bodies: Man charged with preventing burials.

'A man has been charged with preventing the lawful burial of two women whose bodies were found in a freezer.
The pair's remains were found clothed and on top of each other at a flat in Vandome Close, Canning Town, east
London, on Friday.


Police found the women's remains at a flat in Vandome Close and Mary-Jane Mustafa, 37, who went missing last May.

Detectives have said it may take a week before the women are formally identified.
Zarhid Younis, 34, of Vandome Close, is due to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Thursday, Scotland Yard
said. He faces two counts of preventing the lawful and decent burial of a dead body.

Speaking on Wednesday, Det Ch Insp Simon Harding said a chest freezer, measuring a few feet wide, had been
removed from the crime scene. Work to identify the women was ongoing, he said, and post-mortem examinations
would be carried out on Friday.

There are fears for Mary-Jane Mustafa, 37, who went missing last May.
The Met has appealed for anyone who has visited the flat in the last year to contact them.
A 50-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder has been released under investigation...'

'Family drugs gang' granny Angela Collingbourne jailed

'A grandmother has been jailed for six years after becoming "second in command" to a drugs gang
headed by her two sons.

Angela Collingbourne, 51, helped the group to sell more than £2.7m of cocaine in Newport, with her son
directing operations from prison. Seven other members were also jailed for conspiracy to supply class A
drugs on Friday at Newport Crown Court.

Another eight had already been jailed in March, bringing the total to 16.

The gang, from Newport, dealt the drug from a garage called NP19 Tyres, with video showing thousands of
pounds passing through but only a handful of cars being repaired.

The court was told Collingbourne, who is a grandmother, racked up a "number of convictions" for shoplifting,
driving and a public order offence before becoming responsible for managing the gang's funds and facilitating
-and maintaining control of the mobile telephone trading line with 4,000 customers.


Another eight members, including Angela Collingbourne's sons, were jailed in March.

Prosecutor Andrew Jones said: "She was a middle tier manager of the organisation."
She denied being "a trusted lieutenant of this organised crime group, the second-in-command" -but was convicted
by a jury. Richard Barton, defending, said Collingbourne was acting out of "mother's love" and trying to provide for
her three sons -the youngest of which has now lost "three fifths of his remaining family" following the convictions.

The court was told Collingbourne became estranged from her "racist" parents after they did not approve of her
relationship. Judge Daniel Williams told Collingbourne: "During your trial you portrayed yourself as a victim, fighting
bigotry and injustice -but the jury saw through you.

"You dismissed your crimes as evidence of your own victim-hood.
"You were counting and banking the vast profits from this operation.
"You began to believe that you were unstoppable."

'Depressing'
The gang was arrested following a year-long investigation, Operation Finch, which involved surveillance and secret
recordings. Collingbourne's son Jerome Nunes, 28, and Blaine Nunes, 26, were jailed for 12 and 14 years.

Judge Williams said it was "depressing" that Jerome Nunes was able to direct the operation from his prison cell using
hidden mobile phones, while serving a sentence for possession of cocaine with intent to supply.
The gang sourced drugs from Merseyside, with Matthew Croft regularly visiting Liverpool to meet "up-stream suppliers",
the court heard. Police devices recorded Tia Donovan-Jones, 19, counting cash and inputting postcodes for drug deals.

She would accompany her partner Thomas Allison to drug deals in her pyjamas and had ambitions of buying a £500,000
house with him. A raid recovered Versace, Prada, Bulgari and Louis Vuitton clothing.

'Three men have been shot in an attack on a street in east London.
Police were called to reports of a shooting on High Road in Leyton at about 20.50 BST on Saturday.



The victims - aged 23, 28 and 30 - were treated by paramedics before being taken to hospital.
Their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

BREAKING: Cops investigating child sex abuse in Rotherham make 40 arrests.

Police have arrested 40 people over historic allegations of child sexual abuse and exploitation
in Rotherham, the National Crime Agency has said.

'The arrests were made over a period of two months.
The inquiry relates to child sex abuse and exploitation offences on 13 victims, between 1997 to 2015,
when they were aged 11 to 26.

Police have questioned 38 men and two women who were either arrested or interviewed by appointment
over the last eight weeks. They have all been bailed or related under investigation while enquiries remain
ongoing.

All those questioned were aged between 29 and 53, and are believed to be from Sheffield, Rotherham,
Leeds, Dewsbury and Maidstone. The arrests are part of the ongoing Operation Stovewood investigation
into child abuse and exploitation in the South Yorkshire town.

Man jailed over sex attack on Mumbai to Manchester flight.

'A man who admitted inflicting a "despicable" and "prolonged" sexual attack on a woman on a flight from
Mumbai to Manchester has been jailed.



The victim woke up to find Hardeep Singh, 36, forcing his hands into her clothes and trying to kiss her as
other passengers slept, police said. The woman eventually managed to break free and tell cabin crew, and
Singh was arrested when the flight landed.

He was jailed for 12 months at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court.

The Indian national, who admitted three counts of sexual assault, had been visiting the UK on a six-month tourist
visa and was based in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. Police said he was sitting next to the woman, who is aged in
her 20s, when he first asked if the passenger sitting on the other side of her was her mother.
When she got up to use the plane's facilities he refused to move aside, forcing her to squeeze past him.

'Numbed with fear'
Singh then carried out his attack after the lights on the aircraft were turned down and the woman and other passengers
had gone to sleep under their blankets. The assault went on for 15 minutes, with Singh pinning the woman down with
his legs until she managed to struggle free.

Det Con Catherine Evans, of Greater Manchester Police, described Singh's behaviour as "despicable"...'

Anger as Government pays out £2.3BILLION to benefits cheats who lie to get extra cash from taxpayers

Fraud makes up 5.8% of the Universal Credit budget, new figures have revealed.

'Taxpayers have paid out £2.3billion to benefits fraudsters who wrongly claim extra cash, it emerged today.
Campaigners responded with fury after the price of benefits cheats to the public purse was revealed.

Another £1.8billion in benefits cash is paid to people who aren't supposed to get it thanks to bungling
civil servants. The amount of benefits money paid to cheats last year stood at £2.3billion - 1.6 per cent of
the total budget - the Department for Work & Pensions said today.

The sum would be enough to hire up to 100,000 extra nurses.
Universal Credit has a worse fraud rate than any other type of benefit with 5.8 per cent of its budget disappearing
in fraud. As well as the cash paid to cheats, £700million was overpaid due to officials' mistakes and £1.1billion
thanks to errors made by claimants.

Duncan Simpson of the Taxpayers' Alliance blasted: "With budgets tight and people working hard to make ends
meet, government losing £3billion of our money through overpayments of benefits is a real slap in the face for
taxpayers.

"The principle behind Universal Credit makes sense - it simplifies the welfare system and can eventually limit these
kind of errors. "But with overpayments increasing for the fourth year in a row, DWP needs to get a grip and stop this
happening again."...'

Sometimes I genuinely feel sorry for the BBC and their forced rhetoric.
Over the years, the established corporation gave the world and impression that Great Britain and its remaining colonies
enjoyed a 'scone-and-cup-of-tea' lifestyle and had a firm grasp on a high moral societal standard.

It was bullsh*t -of course, football hooliganism was blamed on the working-classes that didn't appreciate the gentlemanly
rules of cricket. Unemployment was due to lazy common folk who -as Norman Tebbit once said, wouldn't get on their bicycle
and go and look for work and those in Parliament were beacons of democracy and decency.

What the UK calls 'Job Centres' today, were known as 'Employment Exchanges' back then and it was a shameful act if one
had to enter such a place. To be unable to provide for ones family via your own accountability was a sign of weakness and
the idea of welfare payments was taboo to discuss with one's neighbours.

Government 'did things' and managed intricate affairs of the country, the public didn't need to worry about such complex
burdens and the BBC told you so. Children watched 'Blue Peter' -a British children's television programme that has ran since
1958 and would show how a young person should really behave.

It was mildly-Christian based, with presenters showing how to create Christmas decorations from baubles and wire-coat
hangers. Pets were displayed and handy-tips of gardening were offered. In later years, appeals for particular items around
the house were called for to donate to countries struggling with natural or political negative acts.
To obtain a Blue Peter badge was the ultimate symbol of one's achievement in self-betterment.

simple connection of being under her Royal Majesty's superior eye.

But... that was back in the days of a broadcasting monopoly. Three television channels and two of them belonged to Auntie
Beeb!
(Auntie Beeb: In the early years of its development the administrators were largely of middle class origins and demonstrated
daily that they knew what was best for listeners and later on the viewers. This was derided by critics as the "Auntie knows best"
syndrome.)

Today everything is different. The BBC fights -not for ratings in its immediate and obvious sense, but for the control it once held.
The audiences of the fifties, sixties and seventies has changed, but the demographics are still faulty.

The Government-funded company sees the current differences in viewers as skin-colour, faith-related and disability.
The weaker of communities are exalted in token gestures and the real reasons for their station in society are never
discussed because the BBC never sullied itself with such examination.

A person tends to think that those around them perceives life in a similar manner as they do and so, those who controlled the
programming at the BBC believed that their viewers were of cut from the same cloth. Upper middle-class.
The poor wouldn't have televisions and so didn't need representing and due to the status quo always being in the favour of the
elite-like suburban, well-rounded-toned-voiced nuclear family, the programmes were designed to cater for the majority.

You're told these days that gun-violence is rare in the UK and that racism is rife. The mainstream media fight for your attention
with stories of knife-crimes, drug organisations and sexual exploitation from coordinated grooming gangs in certain ethic-filled
cities. It tells you everything except how it is created.

The impression given to the world of Great Britain was and is, false. Just like every other country around this deceptive planet.
And that's why the mainstream media is dying... it didn't see social media coming along.

Sections of the Police in major cities do have firearms and when called for, can be utilised in other areas too.
But your basic presumption is correct, I think it's a culture-thing.
Remember, it worked until you-guys decided not to have an overseas King take your taxes!!

There are shooting-ranges, although there was a serious overall of discipline after the Dunblane school shootings in Scotland.
But it seems the UK establishment still live in a world where they believe laws will stop anyone acquiring a firearm and using
it.

Noakes was the man in Blue Peter who performed the more-physical challenges in the weekly broadcasts.
I recall after he crashed during a bobsleigh trial, he almost showed his genitals to the camera when displaying
his bruised arse and hip!

Blue Peter was very 'middle-class' and mild. It could be debated it was a culture-teaching vehicle, promoting
genial hobbies and indicating a responsibility to the young that would benefit them in adult life.
There were no gender-agendas and racial differences were never entertained, a simple harmless format that
children of all walks of life could enjoy.

When you have an programme Editor called 'Biddy Baxter', I think it says everything!
