Bobby Kennedy Jr. Isn't Sure.
#1
Quote:Who killed Bobby Kennedy? His son RFK Jr. doesn't believe it was Sirhan Sirhan.

'Los Angeles -Just before Christmas, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. pulled up to the massive Richard J. Donovan
Correctional Center, a California state prison complex in the desert outside San Diego that holds nearly
4,000 inmates.
Kennedy was there to visit Sirhan B. Sirhan, the man convicted of killing his father, Sen. Robert F. Kennedy,
nearly 50 years ago.

While his wife, actress Cheryl Hines, waited in the car, Robert Kennedy Jr. met with Sirhan for three hours,
he revealed to The Washington Post last week. It was the culmination of months of research by Kennedy
into the assassination, including speaking with witnesses and reading the autopsy and police reports.

"I got to a place where I had to see Sirhan," Kennedy said. He would not discuss the specifics of their conversation.
But when it was over, Kennedy had joined those who believe there was a second gunman, and that it was not Sirhan
who killed his father...'

There's a time in a man's life -especially when there are grey areas in an incident that has profound effects on that
person's life, when unfinished business must be revisited just to make sure the agreed reasons for that incident are
the correct ones. It's always been the quest of an ageing man.

This might seem obvious to some and considering Robert Kennedy Jr.'s access to some of the elite and their inside
opinions, one may think that Bobby Jr.'s true viewpoint would have been made-up a long time ago.
Even with the media being locked down to follow a particular narrative, RFK Jr.'s knowledge of what really happened
to his father and uncle, will have a more serious base than the usual semi-diluted witness accounts that we get to hear.

Quote:'..."I went there because I was curious and disturbed by what I had seen in the evidence," said Kennedy, an environmental
lawyer and the third oldest of his father's 11 children. "I was disturbed that the wrong person might have been convicted
of killing my father.
My father was the chief law enforcement officer in this country. I think it would have disturbed him if somebody was put in
jail for a crime they didn't commit."

Kennedy, 64, said he doesn't know if his involvement in the case will change anything...'

Sadly, it won't change anything, his father was well on his way to becoming the next Kennedy to be President. A neutral
observer may suggest that considering the controversy around John Kennedy's assassination, his brother just might
reopen the case. That just cannot happen.

William  Attwood -who served in JFK's presidency campaign and later became the Ambassador to the West African
country of Guinea during John Kennedy's reign, told Bobby Kennedy that he'd met with the attorney Jim Garrison and
had been convinced that the CIA had killed his brother.
Robert answered that he knew it and the only way he could get the truth out into the open would be to get in the White
House as the next President.

But whether Sirhan Sirhan or the usual suspect -Thane Cesar pulled the trigger, the reality that get's left behind is the
lack of the American public's understanding that those who deal with powerful politics and Banking occasionally request
private and Governmental agencies to take the lives of those who fight against a certain narrative.

Personal wealth and position will always outweigh true justice in a capitalist society. I know that sounds terrible when
discussing life and death, but ask yourself how bad you'd feel about someone dying that you've never met and the whether
the benefits of such a loss that would maintain your family's future would be something you could come to terms with.
Cain has always slew Abel.

Sirhan Sirhan was at the Ambassador Hotel, he had a pistol and he fired it.
Sirhan's original defence lawyer -Grant Cooper, set out his case based on that and never brought the ballistics evidence
into the case and purveyed the impression to the jury that they were merely in court in order to deliver a fair guilty verdict.

Cooper took on the case for the benefit of self-promotion, the jury were bombarded with the impression that they were
dealing with a young and confused Palestinian struggling with a mental deficiency. RFK's wounds and the woodwork and
ceiling tiles in the hotel's kitchen implied a different scenario and yet, Cooper ignored the potential evidence.
Later, it would be revealed that Grant Cooper may have had been compromised due to representing mob-boss Johnny
Roselli in the Friar's Club case

Quote:'...But he now supports the call for a re-investigation of the assassination led by Paul Schrade, who also was shot in the
head as he walked behind Kennedy in the pantry of the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles but survived.

Kennedy was just 14 when he lost his father. Even now, people tell him how much Bobby Kennedy meant to them.

RFK's death -five years after his brother, President John F. Kennedy, was gunned down in Dallas and two months after
civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. was killed in Memphis -devastated a country already beset by chaos.

In 1968, the Vietnam War raged, American cities had erupted in riots after MLK's assassination and tensions between
war protesters and supporters were growing uglier. Robert Kennedy's newly launched presidential bid had raised hopes
that the New York Democrat and former attorney general could somehow unite a divided nation.
The gunshots fired that June night changed all that...'

Doctor Martin Luther King wasn't killed by a lone gunman. That's an official fact. A civil-suit re-trial of James Earl Ray -partly
instigated by the King family, aquitted Ray for the murder of the peaceful activist. The surrounding area of the Lorraine Motel
was flooded with unknown Police and Military personel and even King's originally-booked motel room was changed due to
a phone-call from someone that's never been identified.

By the way, MLK was supposed to be assassinated in Los Angeles and not Memphis.

Quote:'...Though Sirhan admitted at his trial in 1969 that he shot Kennedy, he claimed from the start that he had no memory of doing
so. And midway through Sirhan's trial, prosecutors provided his lawyers with an autopsy report that launched five decades
of controversy: Kennedy was shot four times at point-blank range from behind, including the fatal shot behind his ear.

But Sirhan, a 24-year-old Palestinian immigrant, was standing in front of him.
Was there a second gunman? The debate rages to this day...'

It has to 'rage on', not to would mean an alternative result and the distrust that Americans have in their political system would
be stoked once more.

Quote:'...But the legal system has not entertained doubts.
A jury convicted Sirhan of first-degree murder and sentenced him to death in 1969, which was commuted to a life term in
1972.

Sirhan's appeals have been rejected at every level, as recently as 2016, even with the courts considering new evidence that
has emerged over the years that as many as 13 shots were fired -Sirhan's gun held only eight bullets -and that Sirhan may
have been subjected to coercive hypnosis, a real life "Manchurian candidate."...'

How does the reader feel about the above paragraph...? Sirhan's .22 caliber Iver-Johnson Cadet revolver held eight bullets
and yet it's proposed -through audio techniques, that thirteen bullets were fired in the hotel's kitchen.
Appeals have been shut and the supposed silliness of Sirhan supposedly being in the company of a girl wearing a polka-dotted
dress is laughed at.

The girl and another male companion were seen running from the pantry after the shooting.
RFK campaign worker Sandy Serrano, taking a break out on a balcony, saw them run from the hotel, the woman gleefully
shouting "We shot him. We shot him." When Serrano asked who they meant, the girl replied "Senator Kennedy."

It's laughable, huh? How can a man be hypnotised and have a handler in a polka-dot dress who directed the man who
shoot a prominant politician? The standard belief is that no human can be convinced to do something they don't want to do.
So thirteen bullets and witnesses to vouch for the 'polka-dot' event -or not, you have to dismiss it.

Quote:'...His case is closed. His lawyers are now launching a longshot bid to have the Inter-American Court of Human Rights hold
an evidentiary hearing, while Schrade is hoping for a group such as the Innocence Project to take on the case.
A spokesman for the Innocence Project said they do not discuss cases at the consideration stage.

In the final court rejection of Sirhan's appeals, U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew Wistrich ruled, "Even if the second shooter's
bullet was the one that killed Senator Kennedy, [Sirhan] would be liable [for murder] as an aider and abettor."

And if Sirhan was unaware of the second shooter, Wistrich wrote that the scenario of a second gunman who shot Kennedy
"at close range with the same type of gun and ammunition as [Sirhan] was using, but managed to escape the crowded room
without notice of almost any of the roomful of witnesses, lacks any evidentiary support."...'

All sorted and all wrapped up. The possible 'Patsy' had a pistol and uttered words of deadly intent and the victim died.
Why worry about another shooter when you have someone accountable? You needed someone to blame and you've got one.
Go back to sleep and the when the newspaper lands on your lawn in the morning, just read it and move on.

Quote:'...At trial, defense lawyer Grant Cooper made the decision not to contest the charge that Sirhan fired the fatal shot and
instead tried to persuade the jury not to impose the death penalty by arguing Sirhan had "diminished capacity" and
didn't know what he was doing. It is a standard tactic by attorneys in death penalty cases, but Cooper, who died in 1990,
was widely criticized for not investigating the case before conceding guilt...'

And there was plenty to investigate.
The statement from Sandra Serrano -the account that LAPD attempted to intimidate and convince Ms. Serrano that what
she witnessed was a made-up piece of fiction, was certainly something to look into.
This is part of it.

“Then this girl came running down the stairs and said, ‘we’ve shot him, we’ve shot him.’ Who did you shoot?
And she said ‘We’ve shot Senator Kennedy!’….And after that a boy came  down with her, he was about 23
years old, and he was Mexican-American….She was not of Mexican-American descent.
She was not. She was Caucasian.
She had on a white dress with polka-dots, she was light-skinned ….she had a funny nose.”

A fairly-good description and viable enough for a Reporter Fernando Faura, to have Ms. Serrano repeat what the
mysterious woman looked like to artists who eventually created a portrait of exact proportions. This rendering took
Mr. Faura down a rabbit-hole that he had never imagined.

There were others who testified that a woman in a polka-dot dress and an unknown man were seen running from the
killing. They too were subjected to government intimidation to retract their stories.

Vincent DiPierro, the son of the Ambassador’s maître d’, a student at the University of California, and a hotel employee
who voluntarily testified to a grand jury that he saw, from a distance of five feet, the girl in the polka-dot dress with Sirhan
in the pantry moments before the shooting.  He testified that they were together.

He told the grand jury, “They were both smiling. In fact, the moment the first two shots were fired, he still had a very sick
looking smile on his face.  That’s one thing –I can never forget.”

Jose Caraval, another employee, who after the shooting saw the girl run into a dead-end hall trying to escape,
only to run back out frantically.

Greg Clayton, Mrs. Carlos Gallegos, Booker Griffin, Pamela Russo, Susan Locke and others.
More than a dozen witnesses placed Sirhan with the girl and other men at the hotel that  night.
And yet, the LAPD, less than a month after the ‘girl in the polka-dot dress’ had gone world-wide, denied her existence,
this in spite of the numerous witnesses who had seen her.

Quote:'...Sirhan is now 74 and approaching 50 years behind bars. After California's courts abolished the death penalty in
1972, he was first made eligible for parole in 1986 but has been rejected repeatedly.

In 2016, [Paul] Schrade spoke on Sirhan's behalf at his parole hearing and apologized for not coming forward sooner to
advocate for Sirhan's release and exoneration. California inmates are not permitted to give media interviews, and Sirhan
did not respond to a letter from The Post.
But his brother, Munir Sirhan, said Sirhan still holds out hope of being released and that his defense team probably hurt his
case more than helped it.

There's plenty of damning evidence against Sirhan. He confessed to the killing at trial, though he claims this was done on his
attorney's instruction. He took hours of target practice with his pistol earlier in the day, and he took the gun into the Ambassador
that night.

He had been seen at a Kennedy speech at the Ambassador two days earlier.
He had a newspaper clipping critical of Kennedy in his pocket and had written "RFK must die" in notebooks at home, though he
said he didn't remember doing that. And he waited in the pantry for about 30 minutes, according to witnesses who said he asked
if Kennedy would be coming through there.

But questions about the case arose almost immediately in Los Angeles, resulting in hearings and reinvestigations as early as
1971 by the district attorney, the police chief, the county board of supervisors and the county superior court. Many of them focused
on the ballistics of the case, starting with Noguchi's finding that Kennedy had been shot from behind, which Sirhan's lawyer didn't
raise in his defense.

In addition, lead crime scene investigator DeWayne Wolfer testified at trial that a bullet taken from Kennedy's body and bullets from
two of the wounded victims all matched Sirhan's gun.

But other experts who examined the three bullets said they had markings from different guns and different bullet manufacturers.
An internal police document concluded that "Kennedy and Weisel bullets not fired from same gun," (Weisel was the wounded ABC
news producer) and "Kennedy bullet not fired from Sirhan's revolver."

This prompted a Los Angeles judge in 1975 to convene a panel of seven forensic experts, who examined the three bullets and refired
Sirhan's gun. The panel said no match could be made between the three bullets, which appeared to be fired from the same gun, and
Sirhan's revolver. They found Wolfer had done a sloppy job with the ballistics evidence and urged further investigation...'

Sloppy to say the least! The original bullets for the whole case were swapped-out because of the Prosecution's need to have an
actual bullet for the jury to peruse. Ammunition 'like' the ones supposedly fired from Sirhan's pistol were provided and the bullets
from the case -that had been officially marked with individual etchings, were not used in the court case.

Quote:'...In addition, witnesses said bullet holes were found in the door frames of the Ambassador pantry, and photos showed investigators
examining the holes in the hours after the shooting. Between the three bullets that hit Kennedy and the bullets that hit the five wounded
victims, Wolfer had accounted for all eight of Sirhan's shots.
Bullets in the doors would indicate a second gun. Wolfer later said the holes and the metal inside were not bullets, and the door frames
were destroyed after trial...'

The reason for the door frames being destroyed is answered at the beginning of the sentence, proof of a second gunman.

Quote:'...Though Los Angeles authorities had promised transparency in the case, the police and prosecutors refused to release their
files until 1988, producing a flood of new evidence for researchers.

Among the material was an audiotape, first unearthed by CNN journalist Brad Johnson, which had been inadvertently made by Polish
journalist Stanislaw Pruszynski in the Ambassador ballroom, and turned over to police in 1969.
Pruszynski's microphone had been on the podium where Kennedy spoke, and TV footage shows him detaching it and moving toward
the pantry as the shooting happens.

In 2005, audio engineer Philip Van Praag said the tape revealed that about 13 shots had been fired.
He said he used technology similar to the ShotSpotter technology used by police to alert them to gunshots, and which differentiates
gunshots from firecrackers or other loud bangs.

Van Praag said recently that different guns create different resonances and that he was able to establish that two guns were fired,
that they fired in different directions, and that some of the shot "impulses" were so close together they couldn't have been fired by
the same gun. He said he could not say "precisely" 13 shots but certainly more than the eight contained by Sirhan's gun.

"There were too many bullets," Robert Kennedy Jr. said. "You can't fire 13 shots out of an eight-shot gun."...'

So what would anyone surmise from Robert Kennedy Jr.'s comment...? He knows his father was murdered in a conspiracy.

Quote:'...British author Mel Ayton wrote "The Forgotten Terrorist," which posits that Sirhan killed Kennedy because he supported sending
military firepower to Israel - the Sirhans were Christian Palestinians forced from their Jerusalem home by Israel in 1948.
He said Van Praag had misinterpreted the Pruszynski tape and that other experts who examined it show only eight "spikes,"
one for each gunshot. Ayton also cited numerous eyewitnesses who said they heard at most eight shots.

Ayton and investigative reporter Dan Moldea, who also wrote a book about the assassination, argue that Sirhan's gun could have
reached Kennedy's back. No witnesses saw the actual shots fired in the chaos of the pantry, and Moldea noted that Kennedy
almost certainly turned and tried to protect himself after the first shot, which some said was preceded by Sirhan yelling,
"Kennedy, you son of a bitch!"...'

There's always at at least two ways at looking at something that you're not directly a witness to and the RFK killing is no different.
But considering it was later discovered that the LAPD officer in charge of the investigation –Lt. Manny Pena –is CIA connected,
one must pause before accepting opposing arguements from outsiders who wish to not only counter witness statements, they
also want to sell books.

Let's not forget Sgt. Hank Hernandez, CIA affiliated like Pena, who worked to intimidate and break witnesses into changing their
stories. Just like Bobby's brother's assassination, not everything is as it seems.

Quote:'..."What were Kennedy's last words?" Moldea asked during an interview.
"'How's Paul?' How would Kennedy know Paul had been injured if he had not been turned around. He turned around when Sirhan
rushes towards him, yelling 'you son of a bitch Kennedy.' Kennedy's not going to just stand there. He turns his back defensively."

Moldea theorized that Schrade fell forward into Kennedy, pinning him against a table and pushing him into the muzzle of Sirhan's
gun, enabling him to fire four contact shots into Kennedy. One shot went through his jacket without hitting Kennedy, one went into
his back and stopped below his neck, one went through his armpit and one went into his brain...'

It seems that Mssrs. Moldea and Ayton's theory only holds up if we ignore the multiple bullet-holes in the door frame, the ceiling
tiles and witnesses that were actually there. Considering it's accepted that Sirhan Sirhan was filmed being pounced upon after
firing all his ammunition -one that hit RFK in the head, two in the back, one that pierced his jacket and the rest assisting in hitting
five others from the group, we can say that the young man didn't have time to reload.

Ergo, Robert Kennedy turned away and Sirhan fired his weapon towards the back of the Senator. Let's just forget about the
gunpowder stains on RFK's neck, stains that prove he was shot at close range.

Let us also ignore the findings of Los Angeles County Medical Examiner Dr.Noguchi’s autopsy on RFK Findings that state Kennedy
was shot from behind by at least a second gunman with all four bullets entering from the rear, three entering his body.
And he affirms the fact that none of the bullets from Sirhan’s gun hit RFK.

No, let's stay with the narrative that a crazy Palestinian who believed Robert Kennedy's support of sending jet-fighters to Israel
was enough to get him drunk that night and with madman scribblings in his diary, he decided that a plan wouldn't be needed to
intercept the Senator in the hotel kitchen and off he went into history. A hotel in a town that Sirhan Sirhan just happened to live
in and was fortunately on Robert Kennedy's political tour.
(You're allowed to shake your head at this point)

Quote:'...But Robert F. Kennedy Jr. doesn't find those theories persuasive. "It's not only that nobody saw that," Kennedy said. "The people
that were closest to [Sirhan], the people that disarmed him all said he never got near my father."
Schrade used an expletive to describe Moldea's explanation and said he fell backward when he was shot above his forehead...'

Yeah, it's a f*ckin' stupid theory.

Quote:'...Both Ayton and Moldea assisted the California attorney general's office in contesting Sirhan's final appeal, and the government's
legal briefs cited the investigative work of both men.

Moldea had initially been a believer in the second-gunman theory, but after interviewing numerous police officers, witnesses and
Sirhan, he concluded in his 1995 book, "The Killing of Robert F. Kennedy," that Sirhan acted alone.
He cited as additional proof a comment Sirhan reportedly made to a defense investigator about Kennedy turning his head before
Sirhan shot him, a comment Sirhan strongly denied making...'

Oh yes, but surely Sirhan would deny it because he's a bad man... it's better to believe someone who wasn't even at the friggin'
incident!

Quote:'...More recently, Sirhan's lawyers have explored whether he was hypnotized to begin shooting his gun when given a certain cue,
even hiring a renowned expert in hypnosis from Harvard to meet with Sirhan.
Judge Wistrich was completely dismissive of any suggestion of hypnosis.
Schrade said the various theories of conspiracy and hypnotic programming are of little interest to him.

"I'm interested in finding out how the prosecutor convicted Sirhan with no evidence, knowing there was a second gunman," Schrade
said. It was Schrade who persuaded Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to examine the evidence. "Once Schrade showed me the autopsy report,"
Kennedy said, "then I didn't feel like it was something I could just dismiss. Which is what I wanted to do."

Kennedy called Sirhan's trial "really a penalty hearing. It wasn't a real trial. At a full trial, they would have litigated his guilt or innocence.
I think it's unfortunate that the case never went to a full trial because that would have compelled the press and prosecutors to focus on
the glaring discrepancies in the narrative that Sirhan fired the shots that killed my father."...'

As said before, Robert Kennedy Jr.'s views won't change what the Establishment has done. The Agencies do what they're
told and nobody is above being in their cross-hairs. Be careful RFK jr.

Beyond excellent breakdown of this story @"BIAD".  BRAVO!   minusculeclap

It would take an idiot to not see this was a setup to use Sirhan as a patsy.
Of course, we have to realize there was no internet back then, and most people believed what the lying MSM reported. If they said Sirhan was the lone shooter, then Sirhan was the lone shooter.  See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.

This is all coming back up now, so I hope someday soon the truth will come out, if only to give Bobby Kennedy Jr. the peace he has searched for since his father's death.

Now I have a question, Who Really, was the Lady in the Polka Dot Dress? My husband says and he believes she was Sirhan Handler/Accomplish.

A 22. caliber pistol would have been easy for her to muffile by pressing it into Bobby's clothes for the three point Blank shots, with Sirhan all ready the main Point Of Attention because he fired first and his shots would have been louder than hers.

If she was a Professional or extremely well trained, that would have been easy.
People need to remember, in America in the 60's and 70's, Women were not considered to be Asssanions they were seen and protrad as stay at home Moms that cleaned and cooked and Rearranged the living room furniture every week and watched Soap Operas on TV.

Quote:Convicted RFK assassin Sirhan Sirhan says girl in polka-dot dress manipulated him
There was a lot of witnesses that mention her (as BIAD mentioned in his Post).

Quote:LOS ANGELES — Convicted assassin Sirhan Sirhan was manipulated by a seductive girl in a mind control plot to shoot Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, and his bullets did not kill the presidential candidate, lawyers for Sirhan said in new legal papers.

Quote:The Associated Press detail extensive interviews with Sirhan during the past three years, some done while he was under hypnosis.
The papers point to a mysterious girl in a polka-dot dress as the controller who led Sirhan to fire a gun in the pantry of the Ambassador Hotel. But the documents suggest a second person shot and killed Kennedy while using Sirhan as a diversion.
For the first time, Sirhan said under hypnosis that on a cue from the girl he went into "range mode" believing he was at a firing range and seeing circles with targets in front of his eyes.
"I thought that I was at the range more than I was actually shooting at any person, let alone Bobby Kennedy," Sirhan was quoted as saying during interviews with Daniel Brown, a Harvard University professor and expert in trauma memory and hypnosis. He interviewed Sirhan for 60 hours with and without hypnosis, according to the legal brief.
 Under Hypnosis!!??

Quote:Witnesses talked of seeing such a female running from the hotel shouting, "We shot Kennedy." But she was never identified, and amid the chaos of the scene, descriptions were conflicting.
What was one of the things Sirhan said about this Woman,,,,,?

Quote:Under hypnosis, he remembered meeting the girl that night and becoming smitten with her. He said she led him to the pantry.

"I am trying to figure out how to hit on her.... That's all that I can think about," he says in one interview cited in the documents. "I was fascinated with her looks .... She never said much. It was very erotic. I was consumed by her. She was a seductress with an unspoken unavailability."

In that mode, all he could see were circles with targets in front of his eyes as if he was on a firing range, he claimed. "I was fascinated with her looks," he said. "She never said much. Now I have a question, Who Really, was the Lady in the Polka Dot Dress?
My husband says and he believes she was Sirhan Handler/Accomplish...
There's been the odd suggestion here and there, but the one I'm going with is the lady that John Fahey met at the Ambassador
Hotel early on the morning of June 4, 1968. The same hotel where Robert Kennedy was assassinated two days later.

Fahey was a salesman for the chemical company Cal-Tech and was there to meet a fellow-salesman. However, he arrived
late and missed his meeting. A woman Fahey is quoted as 'a pretty lady' strikes up a conversation with him and they decide
to have breakfast together.

During their morning meal, she tells Fahey that she's only in town for three days. She added that she came from New York City
and originated from a country Fahey failed to hear properly. When pressed later, he suggested Beirut, although he was unware
that a place held such a name.

When Fahey asks her what she’s doing there, she replies cryptically, “Well, I don’t want to get you involved.” And she repeats that
she is not sure she can trust him. The saleman also notices she is very nervous and her hands were sweating.
She continues to tell him they are being watched and followed, which Fahey notices and confirms.  She invites him to accompany
her later that night to the “‘winning reception’ and watch them get Mr. Kennedy.”

He asks her what she means, but she doesn’t say, but just repeats, “I don’t want to get you involved.”

Agreeing to spend the day together, they leave the hotel together via an unobtrusive stairwell that takes them up to the lobby.
The mysterious woman tells Fahey that she knows the hotel stair routes very well although she is not staying there and has been
in town just a few days.
She adds that she has to be back at the Ambassador that night.

They spend the day driving up the coast together and are followed by a man in another car. They stop and have dinner on the drive
back at the Trancas restaurant in Malibu, after visiting Santa Monica.

Researchers have tracked down the eatery and even the young woman who served the pair. A receipt was obtained and it corroborated
what Fahey said they's ordered. The servant was shown a sketch from the description below and confirmed the customer that she served
with Fahey was the same.

At an arranged interview regarding the puzzling encounter, John Fahey describes his new-found obscure friend.
“She looks Caucasian, but has an Arabic complexion, very light….very good English….a little accent when she wants to put it on…
Around 27,28….dirty blond hair ….very pretty….hooked nose.”

Hooked nose... a similar description as Sandra Serrano's, the girl who saw the polka-dot-dressed woman in the stairwell immediately
after the assassination.

During the day, the woman gave Fahey different names, one he recalls as 'Gilda Dean Oppenheimer' and he believes she is obviously
frightened. At one point during their dinner at a restaurant, she asks for Fahey’s assistance in helping her escape to Australia the next
day so “the Chinese can’t get her there.”

There were other strange comments, the girl had suggested that to assist her puzzling escape, perhaps she could get passage on CAT
or Flying Tiger Airlines. A statement Fahey was left confused about, along with the girl mentioning  that she had met someone named
'Mrs. Anna Chennault in New York.'
Odd?

It emerged from research that the Flying Tiger Airlines and CAT were CIA proprietaries.

Later, they part company at the Ambassador Hotel at 7.00 pm. and John Fahey worried about the strange encounter because he's
a married man, although he insisted nothing sexual happened between them.

When Robert Kennedy is killed two days later and the rumour that a woman in a polka-dot dress was possibly involved, Fahey begins
to believe the woman he dined with and the unknown female that fled the hotel with a male friend are one-and-the-same.
Time moves on.

A researcher named Lisa Pease has presented a case that she may have been Shirin Khan, the daughter of Khaiber Khan, a very
suspicious Iranian who had come from New York City to volunteer in Kennedy’s campaign office, Khan was seen with Sirhan a few
days before the assassination.

In one of the photographs taken in the kitchen -seconds before Sirhan Sirhan opens fire with his angry tirade and his eight-shot pistol,
Robert Kennedy is snapped signing an autograph for a bystander called Michael Wayne.

RFK signs poster for bystander Michael Wayne minutes before he is assassinated.

Khaiber Khan had given a ride on the night of the assassination to Michael Wayne, a Sirhan look-a-like who was arrested running out
of the pantry after the shots were fired. Some conspiracists claim Wayne fired the shots -if not the usual suspect security guard Thane
Cesar.

A witness to the assassination -Greg Clayton, had seen Sirhan earlier in the evening with the girl in the polka-dot dress and three other
men. After the shooting he helped tackle the one who looked like Sirhan as he ran out of the pantry, saying, “let me go, got to get out of here.
I am not answering any questions, I am not going to say anything in public.”  That man was Michael Wayne.

Richard Nixon sabotaged the Paris Peace talks in 1968 in order to win the election and because of this, 20,000 more American and millions
of Vietnamese deaths occurred. Mrs. Claire Chennault, aka Anna Chennault, aka “The Dragon Lady” was an important figure in the Republican
Party and was a member of the Republican National Committee.

Aa mentioned above, she was the Chinese wife of General Claire Chennault, the legendary founder of the Flying Tigers and Flying Tigers Airline,
Civil Air Transport (CAT), “which later morphed into Air America. The same airlines John Fahey's companion mentioned as possible escape routes.

In 1968 she was candidate Nixon’s contact with the South Vietnamese government through the South Vietnamese Ambassador to Washington,
Bui Diem.  President Johnson at the time “was adamant about ending the war” and wanted a peace settlement, a later discovery would make
him believe that Nixon's contact was more than she seemed.

On Nov. 2, 1968, an FBI intercept recorded Anna Chennault calling Ambassador Diem to relay a message from ‘the boss’ asking Diem to
‘hold on we are going to win’ and if it hadn't been for National Security Adviser Walt Rostow, Secretary of State Dean Rusk and Secretary
of Defence Clark Clifford, Johnson was going to announce the discovery to the public.
Linking the Nixon campaign to Bobby Kennedy's killing was agreed to be a step too far.

................................................

Whether the female enigma in the polka-dot dress was Shirin Khan and whether Anna Chennault was connected to the assassination is still
hotly debated to this day.

In China at that time in the 60's, Chairman Mao was in Total Control, later after I was in the MSS (Ministry of State Security) those kind of files were and still are in a deep vault, you'd have to very high in the committee to read those.

My Husband, just said that again, like the JFK assassination file, those were obtainable through a signed need to know by your section supervision.
The copies Mr. G. had seen told a story in Mafia involvement, But most agents knew better.
Mr. G. says the REAL/True Bobby file was Closed to all eye except at the Very Highest Level of Government. There was a P-F (Public File) that was clearly all Bull-Shit!
That is all he can say at this time, as most everyone here knows, Mr. G. still holds a TS/SCI also known as ATS.

What is Factual is what you've reported on here in these thread.
V.P. L B Johnson and Big oil and the Shadow Gov. Yes, Hoover was at the meeting and was behind JFK's Murder.
Quote:ABCNEWS: How did Robert Kennedy learn of the events at Dealey Plaza on November 22?

Thomas: Robert Kennedy is sitting by his pool. It's a warm day, warm November day, and he's sitting by his pool at Hickory Hill.
He's having a conference about organized crime, actually. And the phone rings, somewhere in the house, I think, but there's a poolside phone as well.

And he picks it up and it's J. Edgar Hoover telling him, the director of the FBI, telling Robert Kennedy, the attorney general, that John F. Kennedy's been shot in Dallas.

Bobby Kennedy later recalled that Hoover had no more emotion in his voice than if he was telling him that they just discovered a communist on the faculty of Howard University in Washington.

In other words, there was no grief, there was no sympathy, there was no inflection of surprise, just in a flat voice.

My husband doesn't think LBJ was involved with the Bobby Murder, but he'll say that Certainly the Shadow Government and J E Hoover was.
Hoover was a Power Hunger Racist Asshole.

Quote:By the end of Robert Kennedy's first year as Hoover's nominal boss, worn edges were beginning to show.

In December, Kennedy told a British journalist that the U.S. Communist Party "couldn't be more feeble and less of a threat, and besides, its membership consists largely of FBI agents."

In sharp but indirect rebuttal, Hoover told a House committee the next month that the U.S. Communist

Party was a "Trojan Horse of rigidly disciplined fanatics unalterably committed to bring this free nation under the yoke of international communism." Hoover substantiated this ringing alarm by disclosing confidentially to the congressmen, and to selected senators as well, that a New York lawyer named Stanley Levison was both a secret member of the Communist Party, subject to orders from the Kremlin, and a guiding adviser to Martin Luther King.

The message was clear: that the troublesome Negro revolution was Moscow's skirmish line, and that only the omniscient Hoover knew the full details.

More pointedly, in a Jan. 8 classified memo to Robert Kennedy, Hoover extended the reach of suspicion. Not only did the Communists have influence upon King through Levison, he warned, but through King, in turn, Levison and the Communists had "access" to the attorney general himself and to the White House.

I'd go along with that because I'm always hesitant to say there was one person who nodded affirmation to the assassination.
Power and control are rarely personal.

The perception that's maintained is that JFK was the new way and never put a foot wrong, but that's only based on the idea
of his youthful 'Hollywood-esque' manner and the reluctance to be negative about a prominent person being murdered whilst
serving his country.

The media did it over here in the UK with Winston Churchill during WW2. Many see him as a stawlart Bulldog that growled
his way into motivating the troops into bringing Nazism to it's knees. True, there were photo-opportunities of him standing
in font of a bombed-out home in London, but the newspapers never mentioned his penchant for pheasant and other expensive
dinners in his stately home where he had a cinema built in the basement.

Churchill's plentiful intake of brandy was omitted also when the newspapers commended the British public's endurance during
the rationing years. The cigars and actual access to them...? Well, we don't grow tobacco in England, so where did he get them
from at a time of sea-going transport problems and basic shortages?!
..................

It's been stated that Lydon Johnson took the Vice-Presidency from Stuart Symington with the shadow of voter-fraud hanging
over him and with reservations fom John Kennedy himself. Along with John, Bobby didn't like him and to an outsider, it could be
seen as a reason for LBJ to have someone bump-off the two brothers.
But I believe the stakes were bigger than just selfish dislike.

Clint Murchison, Sid Richardson and Haroldson L. Hunt are often mentioned when Kennedy's tax reform plan is brought up.
The Texas oil business enjoyed favourable treatment when it came to paying federal income tax and JFK knew there was a
pool of cash available if such a reform went through.

John Kennedy saw the Oil Depreciation Allowance as a scam and he wasn't wrong. Robert Bryce pointed out in his book 'Cronies:
Oil, the Bushes, and the Rise of Texas, America's Superstate' that it was a unique tax break that other industries fumed about.
Here's Bryce's explanation on how the oil depreciation allowance works:

"An oilman drills a well that costs $100,000.
He finds a reservoir containing $10,000,000 worth of oil.
The well produces $1 million worth of oil per year for ten years. In the very first year, thanks to the depletion allowance, the oilman
could deduct 27.5 per cent, or $275,000, of that $1 million in income from his taxable income.

Thus, in just one year, he's deducted nearly three times his initial investment.
But the depletion allowance continues to pay off. For each of the next nine years, he gets to continue taking the $275,000 depletion
deduction.

By the end of the tenth year, the oilman has deducted $2.75 million from his taxable income, even though his initial investment was
only $100,000."

A change in this benefit could cause one of these oil men to think 'eh, this guy is bad for our business' and look around to see who
could help. Politically, of course... unless things got tough.
..................

When discussing such things as 'Shadow Government' and 'Deep State' is that we tend to think in the terms of some-sort of fluid
organisation where everyone knows everyone. It doesn't work like that and our perceptions tend to be stunted because we struggle
to appreciate the long-term logistics that were set in place many-many years ago.

Here's an example:
The seed of what became the oil depreciation allowance was really planted around the nighteen-twenties.
Sid Richardson, and President Roosevelt's son Elliott, and Bill Kittrell, a kind of prodigy of Sam Rayburn's and a well-known man about
Texas, were keeping each other company on a trip to Washington on a through-the-night train.

But the conversation was beginning to droop, so Richardson sent Kittrell into the chair car to scout for a fourth for a round of bridge.
Not long after, Kittrell came back with a young Army colonel in tow, an open-faced fellow by the name of Dwight Eisenhower.

From the train trip developed a strong friendship between Eisenhower and Richardson. After the war, when Eisenhower was being
rushed by both political parties, his Texas oil pal showed up in Paris to tell him that if he ever did get into politics he could count on plenty
of Richardson money. Exactly what generosity Richardson showed has never been more than wildly hinted at, but it apparently was enough
to make Eisenhower moderately grateful.

When Richardson and other Texas oil men recommended Robert B. Anderson, Eisenhower named him Secretary of the Navy.
The importance of this to Texas oil men is a matter of almost comical stress.
Anderson, a resident of landlocked Fort Worth, knew nothing of naval affairs before he got the post, but that hardly matters. All he needed
to know was that Texas is the largest oil-producing state and that the Navy is the largest consumer of oil as well as leaser of valuable lands
to favored oil firms.
(Two years before his death from cancer in 1987, Robert  Anderson was disbarred for illegal banking operations and tax evasion.)!

From this producer-consumer relationship things work out rather naturally, and it was this elementary knowledge that later made John Connally
(who had for several years, through the good offices of his mentor Lyndon Johnson, been serving as Sid Richardson's attorney and who later
became executor of the Richardson estate) and Fred Korth, also residents of Fort Worth, such able secretaries of the Navy, by Texas standards.

Eisenhower, on the urging of Richardson and Lyndon Johnson, named Anderson to the office of Secretary of Treasury, and on June 21 (1957),
ten days after selling his gift oil property, Anderson was free and clear to tell the Senate Finance Committee that he held no property that would
conflict with his interest in the cabinet post.

A few weeks later Anderson was appointed to a cabinet committee to "study" the oil import situation; out of this study came the present-day
program which benefits the major oil companies, the international oil giants primarily, by about one billion dollars a year.
..................

By the way, Fred Korth was a lawyer in the private sector in later life and represented Edwin A. Ekdahl in a divorce.
In 1948, Edwin Ekdahl wished to part from his second wife due to his alleged penchant for other women and his wife's avarice for money.
That woman was Marguerite Frances Ekdahl -or to use her former name Marguerite Frances Oswald... Lee Harvey's mother.

To say it's complicated, is to underestimate the chessboard!

Lyndon Johnson was a bit-player in the JFK assassination, I'd suggest that. But not the only one.
As far as Bobby's killing, I think the queue was long and there's other interesting characters there that could be pointed at.

I agree, but I think if I'd been a fly on the wall at the famous 'Fort Worth Club', it might've been possible
to get a handle on how it all started.

I apologise for going off topic for a while, but the beginning of the 'Oswald Labyrinth' is a crazy one!

“The Fort Worth Club has historically been the place where the city's most prestigious visitors have
chosen to hang their hats while in Fort Worth.
Chairmen, Presidents and others from the corporate, political, social, and entertainment world have enjoyed
the Club's warmth and hospitality. Stars of the stage and screen have always made themselves at home in
The Fort Worth Club.

The legendary Sid Richardson lived at the Club and one of Texas’ heroes, Will Rogers, made The Fort Worth
Club his second home. Amon Carter, publisher of the city's most powerful newspaper, the Fort Worth Star
Telegram, maintained a suite at The Fort Worth Club and was Club president for over 35 years.

Mr. Carter and his comrades reportedly ran the town from The Fort Worth Club. It was and is the place where
key decisions regarding Fort Worth are made. Meetings at the Club brought General Dynamics, now Lockheed,
the city's largest employer, and Casa Manana, Fort Worth's greatest entertainment attraction of the era.

Other landmark associations consummated at the Club include the General Motors plant in Arlington, the Bell
Helicopter Textron plant in the Mid-Cities, and the Swift and Armour packaging houses.”

Quoted from Fort Worth Club website accessed in 2006.

Do you know who else stayed there from time to time...? Mr. Edwin Albert Ekdahl, his wife -Marguerite and her small
child, Lee. Lee Oswald and his brothers were from a previous marriage of Marguerite and her first late-husband
who was also called Lee.

Ekdahl graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1916, and possibly served in World War 1, but was
certainly a US Navy veteran of that era. He lived several years in China, presumably working for EBASCO, but it could
easily have been for Navy intelligence.

During his second marriage -his first producing a son who lived in New York, Ekdahl travelled around the United States
for EBASCO Services as an electrical engineer and occasionally took his wife and step-kid with him.
Ekdahl rubbed shoudlers with the weathly and the powerful for some reason and it's ironic that matenally-devoted child
who looked towards Ekdahl as a father-figure, would be friends with folk who also were afluent in his later years.

The divorce meant that Marguerite and her family never saw Edwin again and one has to wonder why such a well-educated
and cosmopolitan man-of-means would take-up with a dowdy woman who spent most of her life moving from low-cost
apartments to social housing.

There's even a debate on whether the woman in the photo below is the same Marguerite Oswald that attended her son's
funeral.

[Image: attachment.php?aid=3854][Image: attachment.php?aid=3855]
Ekdahl and Marguerite.

And that's what makes all of this fascinating, a freckled-nosed kid from Texas who never had money,
George de Mohrenschildt -a well-educated petroleum geologist with international business connections,
Chiang Kai-shek, the leader of the Republic of China between 1928 and 1975 and Richard Nixon, a man
who went to China and caught with his pants down in a public debate about Cuba.

Caught by a young Northerner with a father who used to boot-leg booze with the Mob.

It's never been about countries.

@"BIAD"  and whoever else is interested.
Quote:Published on Nov 22, 2006

The night before the Kennedy assassination, Lyndon Baines Johnson met with Dallas tycoons, FBI moguls and organized crime kingpins - emerging from the conference to tell his mistress Madeleine Duncan Brown that "those SOB's" would never embarrass him again. It's a jaw-dropping deposition and it's the biggest JFK smoking gun there is - despite the fact that it has received little media attention.

The Real Truth about L B Johnson about Who and What he was.
