Everyone knows the difference between right and wrong. It's the ability to punish wrong-doing everyone longs for. TPTB play Keep Away with that ... for their own sakes.
Or as we say around here, "it ain't illegal if you don't get caught". That is right up there with "locks is fer honest folks".
