How food stamps/Medicaid/child care subsidies work

I do understand the reasons some are poor. So many circumstances are a contributor . 

I can not judge people because of that because I have been blessed and very lucky. I seem to always land on my feet running. 

It's the cards that are dealt to you and how you play them . 

So people are lucky and some people are not. 

I just have a problem with people who use the system because they can. 

But, hey, I am using the system right now , so I have no say in this.
