A quick search on the net shows up so many human radiation experiments during the cold war, it just makes one wonder what the hell they got up to and what they are doing now. The MKUltra could well be true

I wonder if at the time these heinous acts were exposed if they took these experiments to the African nations and created situations far worse than those discussed in this thread. I think about the timelines and the child soldiers we have all seen on video and in writings from survivors who reported kidnappings and indoctrination into ungodly acts even machete hacks of their own families as well as eating of human flesh.
