I just visited Corey Goode's website and he had posted a video showing how the bases on the moon and Mars were built by the SSP (Secret Space Program).
He states, "VERY INTERESTING! This is how bases on Mars and the Moon were built (almost exactly the same way initially)."
For those who might find this of interest.
He also said, "The disclosure of the lower level Military/Intelligence Agency Secret Space Program that operates in low Earth orbit is underway. Keep an eye out for unusual aircraft in the skies!"
