Stealth and some of the new developments. There is a new ceramic coating that I have been hearing about for the last year or so. The present coatings suck and sublimate (wear off) regularly as some of you might have heard.

Ya know those UFOs our naval aviators track through the skies at incredibly high speeds and doing unbelievable maneuvers? The don't seem to use stealth technology, do they?
Just sayin' ... it was a game changer when the Gulf War kicked off.
ETA: Interesting to note that there's a professor with a Chinese (sounding) name associated with this new capability. Wonder how long it will be before it's discovered that the PLA are making quick use of it too.
