When helping foreign fighters with tech as an integrated US team, only the leaders of groups would end up with devices like this. On a battle field, he would be targeted and snuffed out quickly.

You could probably rock a sweet deal for a couple of chickens a donkey and if your really suave throw in your sister and you could probably get at least 3 and a hot chai.
