Last words of Steve Jobs - 727Sky - 05-21-2016 I received this via email and simply because I agree with what he supposedly said I thought I would post it. Quote:The last words of Steve Jobs - RE: Last words of Steve Jobs - Mystic Wanderer - 05-21-2016 No truer words of wisdom than what he spoke there. Too bad the elite have to be on their death bed before realizing this. I'm glad he learned his lesson and shared it with others before departing. RE: Last words of Steve Jobs - senona - 05-21-2016 Quote: However, apart from work, I have little joy. Finally, my wealth is simply a fact to which I am accustomed. That is truly sad when you think about it, that thru all his success/wealth, aside from work, he had little joy in his life. Guess that does prove that money cannot always buy happiness, not the kind that is attached to love, as he speaks about. Quote:No, stop pursuing wealth, it can only make a person into a twisted being, just like me. Wow, talk about some advise for those who wish to be like him Quote:But one thing you can never find when you lose: life. Funny, I learned that years ago when I was only 14 and lost my Dad. The one 'game' in life that you can never win at.......Death It's a shame it took him dying to realize this, but at least he did acknowledge it at the end, albeit a little too late. Think once people get to a point of being very wealthy and powerful, they feel invincible/untouchable Except only in the end, when it gets down to the bottom line, they are just ordinary people when it comes to Death/dying I do like his words that he spoke Sounds like that if he could do things over, he would have picked a different path in life than the one he took |
