Just go to the end of the thread and click on "New Reply". Or you can reply from the bottom of the post and then delete the parts you don't want in your reply.

Two ways - you can hit the "reply" button and then edit out whatever parts of their post you don't want to carry over, or you can hit the "new reply" button at the bottom of the page and address your post to @ " their user name " without the spaces and it will create a link to them, but not their specific post.

See above, I hit the "at" (@) symbol and with out hitting the space key I started typing your user name, by the time I type Nigh your appear just below that in Blue, I clicked on it and There you go,,,,, Nice huh
