I agree, a Data Collecting Security Camera, Disguised as a Weather Data Collection Station ,, they know Who You Are and they know your License plate number and Yes, possibly by Facial Recognition.
Show, I ask you, does the Government care about Who is and what they are bringing to the hill top to spy on Area 51?
