Television reporter fired for pro-Trump posts - guohua - 11-21-2016

Yes she was, she was fired for telling the Truth and Expressing her Thoughts.
Then she was pressured to take down her comment and Apologize and they Still Fired her!  tinyangry

Be careful what you post to Facebook, they're allowed to Slander and Whine about Trump and call him names, but we can't express our joy or happiness knowing Obama and Hillary are Gone!

Quote:A Houston, Texas, television reporter was fired after she expressed her excitement over President-elect Donald Trump’s win in the general election and the end of President Barack Obama’s reign.
Scarlett Fakhar, a reporter for KRIV-TV, wrote on her personal Facebook page following the election, “I prayed for the best leader that will turn this country that has become more violent and racist under the Obama administration than ever…into the America I once knew.”
“I work in news and I hate to say it…but the number of African Americans killing one another far outweighs the number of them being killed by whites,” she continued.
Fakhar detailed in a lengthy Facebook post why she was so relieved that Trump won the presidency.  The post was set to public and had no privacy restrictions.

The post has since been removed from her personal page and replaced with an apology that reads, “It was wholly inappropriate, as a journalist, to do that.”

Shortly after the controversial post, Fakhar announced to her fans on her professional Facebook page that she was fired for expressing her political views on her personal page.  Fox confirmed to the Houston Chronicle that Fakhar had been fired, and a spokeswoman for the station told the newspaper that they had no comment on her original Facebook post. A few hours after her announcement, Fakhar added that the station was attempting to remove her professional page from Facebook.  The posts can be seen below:

Unhappy about the Chronicle’s coverage of her story, Fakhar chided the newspaper for saying she “chastised African Americans” and clarified her original statement.  “The media has made this a RACE issue when in reality the matter boils down to a difference in political philosophy.”
“I simply stated the fact that the media continues to misrepresent the factual realities that there is NO more white on black crime than there is black on black crime,” she said.

Winning has it's Consequences  because the Losers are Hateful and Bad Losers.
It’s okay if she would have said all cops are racists. And it’s okay for journalists to openly SOB and Whine about the election results. If there is one thing that is good about Trump winning is that the liberal media is Showing Everyone Their True Thoughts About You and Me!

To me, it sounds like she got canned due to Obama bashing.
You know that is a no-no in media.

You are only allowed to bash the Republican side it seems......sigh.

Guess you could say neither CNN nor MSNBC would hire her knowing her thoughts on Obama. minusculerolleyes

Although I will say, she was correct in her comments about Obama and the shootings among blacks.

Oops, so they pulled out the "Race card" I see.....not surprising really.
Especially since she went after Obama. That is a frowned upon, big time.

Now she will be labeled a 'racist' thanks to their ignorant deplorable azzes.

Hopefully another network will see thru the bullshit and hire her.
No sense in her working at a place like that anyway.
