Arthur Kruger, 46, Philadelphia, is charged with two counts of distribution of child pornography, five
counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Seth P. Martin, 33, Philadelphia, is charged with 50 counts of possession of child pornography and
one count each of distribution of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.

James McIntyre, 50, Philadelphia, is charged with one count each of possession of child pornography
and obscene material.

Jaram Ramos, 28, Philadelphia, is charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography and
one count each of distribution of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.

Howard Rubin, 41, Philadelphia, is charged with four counts of distribution of child pornography,
150 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

The operation took place over the past two-and-a-half weeks, led by the AG's Child Predator Unit...'

Quote:The Los Angeles Regional Human Trafficking Taskforce, along with deputies from Compton Sheriff’s Station, conducted a human trafficking operation in the city of Compton on Wednesday, May 16, 2018.  The operation took place in the area of Long Beach Boulevard and Elm Street, Compton, between the hours of 1p.m. and 11p.m.  During the operation, detectives arrested 26 adults and rescued two female juveniles, ages 13 and 17, who they identified as commercially sexually exploited children. Both of the females were released to the care of the Department of Children and Family Services. 

Three adult females were arrested for the charge of Loitering for the Purposes of Prostitution. Each of them were offered victim-centered services from Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion Services (LEADS). Two of the females were identified as victims of human trafficking and accepted ongoing services.  

Seventeen of those arrested were male adults who solicited undercover Sheriff’s deputies for various sex acts. One male was arrested for Indecent Exposure and soliciting, after he exposed himself to an undercover Sheriff’s deputy during the course of propositioning her for a sex act. Those males were transported and booked at the Century Regional Detention Facility. A 17 year old male juvenile was detained on a felony charge of Pandering after he attempted to recruit an undercover Sheriff’s deputy to work for him as a commercial sex worker.

Jahmoni Keys, an 18 year old male from Compton, was arrested on a felony charges of False Impersonation of Another as well as Resisting Arrest and violating the terms of his probation.

The operation included task force partners from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.), the District Attorney’s Office (LADA), the California Highway Patrol (CHP), Los Angeles Unified School Police (LAUSD), State Parole, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) the Los Angeles County Probation Department, Saving Innocence, and the Department of Children and Family Services.

Let us take, for example, the FBI’s recent release of documents from an investigation into billionaire hedge fund manager and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

The Epstein Case
You may recall that Epstein was essentially found to be running a child sex ring, in which he hosted rape parties for his wealthy friends on his private jet, the Lolita Express, and on his private island, which was referred to as “Orgy Island.”
Former President Bill Clinton was among Epstein’s closest friends, and the flight logs from Epstein’s private jet shown here reveal that Clinton was listed as a passenger on the jet at least 26 times between 2001 and 2003, which would have put Clinton on the plane at least once a month during the two-year period.

Epstein was also close friends with Prince Andrew, who was named in a lawsuit filed by a woman in 2014, claiming that when she was a teenager, she was kept on Epstein’s private island where she treated as a “sex slave” and forced to have sex with Prince Andrew.

Epstein ended up getting convicted for only one minor charge in 2008, and spent just 13 months in prison, out of the 18-month sentence he was given for “soliciting prostitution and procuring a minor for prostitution.” There was public condemnation and frustration at the time that Epstein’s wealthy financial status and connections to powerful friends kept him from getting significant jail time for his crimes.

The Document Release
Fast forward 10 years later, and suddenly the FBI releases 300 pages of documents relating to Jeffrey Epstein in eight parts. If you look through the contents you will find some pertinent clippings from newspaper articles about the case, and lists of the pages that had been deleted. While there is official FBI documentation it is heavily redacted, with few paragraphs that are both pertinent and coherent. Page 21 of Part 6 seems to be the exception:



Here we learn that Epstein’s conviction was a plea bargain, the conditions of which he was in full compliance of. Part of the plea bargain involved the following:

No doubt, Jeffrey Epstein has dirt on many friends in high places, like the aforementioned Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, and even Donald Trump, who is known to have visited Epstein’s island. Perhaps this is where FBI interests lie, or perhaps it is in gathering information about people who are not in the public eye. Is it possible that the FBI is leveraging Epstein to continue to get enough information to eventually prosecute people who are higher up the totem pole? One would hope so, although there are certainly less promising conclusions one could draw on the strength of this piece of information alone.

With a rap sheet like that, how is it legal for Peck to even work near children? The original conviction was for the abuse of a Nickelodeon child star, according to Celebrity Insider:

Perhaps not surprisingly, Peck is also "a good friend of actor Charlie Sheen," who has had his own problems with abuse allegations.

According to the same publication, Peck is not the only pedophile Disney has employed after their convictions.

You can find a full filmography for Victor Salva on his IMDB page, including the Disney backed movie Powder that Salva directed and wrote in 1995. The movie was produced and distributed through the then Disney owned production and distribution company Caravan Pictures.

In 2016, the Democratic governor restored voting rights and other civil rights to 13,000 convicted Virginia felons, including Larson.
