That was the very first post on RN3, back in 2016.

The family has grown since then.

The Admins family has grown, the Mods & SuperMods family as well. Over 300 members was something none of us thought possible when we started out this community. I remember Guohua saying that we never should become as big as some other joints out there that are in the same line of discussion boards as we are. Better smaller, but cozier. Better smaller, but friendlier. Better smaller, but freer.

The format has changed over the years (this is the fourth one) but the spirit remains.

Rogue-Nation is more than just a format, or a theme, or a discussion board. It's freedom. Written in many different ways, shown artistically through different images, avatars and banners. It's freedom.

Freedom to choose the topic we wish to discuss, without repercussions. Freedom to denounce what we see as wrong, deceitful and agenda driven. Freedom to call the MSM a spade.

Freedom to express ourselves without having others judge us or laugh at us or shit on us.

Freedom.

That is what Rogue-Nation is. Since 2016. Guohua may have left the building, but her spirit remains.

Thank you for being there because, without you, then Rogue-Nation is just that; a format, a theme and a board.

To the future!

tinyloveit Proud to be a Rogue... Thanks to all of you.

Rod
I am feeling pride also.

I almost never feel proud. But being a Rogue gives me those feelings. It is strange, but nice and safe.

Thanks everyone!
6 years! Wow!
Wow, time flies! I too feel proud to be a Rogue. It's so nice to be accepted despite my political leanings. I can't say that about other sites.

To me RN is about more than politics, which is a blessing.

The foundation of lies, greed, corruption, deceit, and superiority, have remained strong and steadfast. I have pure faith that our government will remain true to itself. I have little trust or loyalty to any political party.

So you and I are in the same boat. Bow, stern, port, or starboard, same boat.

Wow, time flies when we're having fun, eh my friend?! Lol  smallgreensmoker

What roads we have traveled to get here, and what a great family of Rogues that we have. Love you all, thanks so much for being here!!

We are small,  but mighty
And with a smaller community, we are able to maintain diverse opinions all the while, remaining respectful, friendly and having fun.

And that is what sets Rogue Nation apart from other (larger) discussion forums.

It is you, our fine Rogues and Roguettes, that make this site what it is.

Thank you all, so very much!!

Well... This wasn't what I expected when I popped in today! Here are some kudos since I can't find a kudos button. ^_^

...and my comfy couch. Has anyone seen my comfy couch? Ah well... I'll find it later.

In the meantime I look forward to seeing what this turns into. It looks pretty sharp so far. Got me some 'sploring to do.

Glad you like it. Not everyone does, yet. We're just testing the theme to see if the infrastructure will hold. So far, today, so good.

The fun toys will be installed, the layouts will be changed for the better, after the test run is complete, a few days to a week.

Just testing right now... :)

On the front page showing latest threads I think needs to have character limit or just thread title with first sentence only and no images. My Vintage B&W thread with 50+ images mucks up the whole page...tooo lengthy, wears out mouse wheel.
