Ha, orignated outta DARPA! Why am I not surprised. This is for the aftermath clean-up of the Zombie Apocalypse, in which the military has plan for that. It's called CONOP 8888 aka Counter-Zombie Dominance.

Who knows what the classified plan entails. The General (appointed/promoted by Trump in Aug 2020) is our current Commander of NORAD, NorthCom, & COG, who was in charge of Zombie Apocalypse training exercises back in 2011 for the CDC. Part of this was an exercise to stop a horde of zombies from entering Cheyenne Mountain. The CDC training pamphlet was created by Northrop. Shit really makes you think! Where's Brotherman?
I will admit that was the first image that came to my mind. These devices being used to collect the dead.
With the recent NYC PSA, and this showing up in my feed a dew days later, it is not strange that image would pop into my mind.
That of course made the huge jump, to what will they do with all those bodies? Then Soylent Green raised its head.
