Right, according to Rumsfeld back then he said on 9/10/2001 that $2.3 trillion unaccounted for, then the next day, poof, gone. I've heard today it's somewhere north of $20 trillion. It seems to me if that kind of money were spent on the surface we would have seen it. So, it's either gone underground (literally) or above our heads somewhere, or a combination, like what Bezos' & Musk have been doing.
