More Weather Modification Information
#1
I thought I would add some links to this already fabulous post by Senona, she has done a huge job of research.

http://www.un-documents.net/enmod.htm  (Additional UN Documents)

http://csat.au.af.mil/2025/volume3/vol3ch15.pdf  (Weather as a Force Multiplier)

http://www.rbs2.com/w2.htm  (History and Problems in Weather Modification)

http://www.nawmc.org/  (North American Weather Modification Council)

http://ral.ucar.edu/projects/wyoming/  (The Wyoming Weather Modification Pilot Program (WWMPP)

http://cosb.countyofsb.org/pwd/pwwater.aspx?id=3740  (Santa Barbara County Water Agency conducts a weather modification program)

https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/109/s517/text  (Senate Weather Modification Research and Development Policy Authorization Act of 2005)

http://www.texasweathermodification.com/  (Texas Weather Modification Association)

http://www.weathermodification.org/  (Weather Modification Association)

So the next time someone says weather modification doesn't happen Have them look at Senona's research and these links it will convince anyone to the truth.

Thank you kindly Sir!!   minusculethumbsup

Yes, the more information that we can get out there, the better.

If you would like, you can add them to the other thread as well.

Now off I go to check out your links..... minusculebiggrin

This information here is one reason why I cannot get behind the man-made GW agenda as they are pushing.

Oh yeah, one can say it is man-made.
But more like government/military made and many people are still in the dark about this.

And when you have 50+ governments around the world playing god with the weather, what is the long term affect of that?
Won't that mess up Mother Nature's natural weather cycles eventually?

Then you do have natural climatic weather at play.

Oh sure, pollution hurts our planet.
As well as over population.

But no one ever mentions weather modification. Nada. Zilch.

Which is why we need to get the word out there to others that are not in the know.
Or think it is some kind of crazy conspiracy.

There are government documents admitting to weather manipulation.
People just need to take their blinders off to their govt/military's shenanigans of playing god with the weather.

I found an article that says the Global Warmest people Are Up Set That Hurricane Matthew Wasn't, It didn't create enough Death and Destruction For Them.
That Matthew and other Hurricanes don't cause us to Blame Man Made Global Warming For Our Weather, they're Disappointed.
Quote:Are Global Warming Alarmists Disappointed Hurricane Matthew Wasn't Worse?
Yes, Yes They Are!
Quote:Chicago mayor and Clinton crony Rahm Emanuel famously said to never let a crisis go to waste in politics. In the case of Hurricane Matthew, some political operatives and global warming true believers might have wanted the crisis to be worse than it was. It would be consistent with their history.

Hurricane Matthew killed at least 30 Americans and more than 1,000 in total. Damage is estimated to be at least $5 billion.

But apparently that's not enough death and destruction for the alarmists.

Before Matthew made landfall Saturday in South Carolina, it had been more than 4,000 days since the last hurricane hit the U.S. That's 10 years, 11 months and about a week.

The alarmists were itching for a large-scale disaster because every day that went by without a hurricane, especially an epic one, meant that their predictions than man-made global warming was going to cause more and bigger storms was another day that made them look like the cons and hopelessly conned that they are.
That's right, that Bull Shit They Told Everyone To Get Into YOUR Wallet! Well, It Just That, Bull Shit!
Quote:Their impatient craving for a crisis was summed up well two years ago in August when a fellow named Greg Blanchette tweeted that he "kind of" hoped that North America "gets its ass kicked this hurricane season. It would motivate us on climate action."

Is this the same Greg Blanchette who proposed that service stations be forced to placefrightening global warming warnings on gas-pump nozzles, an idea that's now law in North Vancouver, British Columbia? Maybe not. But it doesn't matter. If they're not the same person, it simply means there are two climate cranks running loose out there with the same name.
A couple of years before Blanchette was wishing for wreck and ruin, British naturalist David Attenborough said that "disaster" was needed to wake people up to the threat of climate change.

The "disasters" the U.S. had experience up to that point "with hurricanes and floods", he said, "doesn't do it," so the crisis he was been hoping for must be truly cataclysmic.
On Friday, as Matthew barreled up Florida's coast, Marshall Shepherd, a professor in atmospheric sciences at the University of Georgia, tweeted about the "ridiculous complaining" he was seeing about the hurricane being less severe than expected.

"Some seem disappointed there isn't tragic loss of life/apocalyptic," he said.
Maybe he was addressing those who were upset because they thought the storm was overhyped by forecasters. Or could he have been addressing those who were thinking like Blanchette and Attenborough? Who, by the way, are not alone.

The environmental movement is filled with haters who yearn for a planet without man. After all, Attenborough himself lamented to the British press that humans are a "plague on the Earth." He was probably looking forward to Matthew the way a child looks forward to a trip to the amusement park.

Whoa!  Thanks for the links Marlin!   minusculegoodjob

Maybe @"Senona" could post her thread link here too. or you could post it in your OP?

Ms. G., it seems the smaller HAARP thing-a-ma-gig must have a dead battery or two, preventing the storm from reaching the strength they had hoped for.  I guess the battery that keeps on going and going finally ran out of juice.   tinylaughing

Also remember there are several countries testing and using HAARP systems world wide, and by the way they are much smaller with the latest technology.

Yes, they are.  Some so small they can fit them on a ship.   No place is safe anymore.   tinycrying

Per Mystic's suggestion, here is the link for The U.N. Weather Warfare Treaty......What is it that goes into detail about governments playing god with the weather via weather modification.

Hence why the U.N. thought it important and dire to create the Weather Warfare in the 70's.

It is real.
It is not a conspiracy.

There are UN/Government sources that  refer to weather modification/cloud seeding and other techniques.

And one cannot help but wonder, after decades of playing around with Mother Nature --multiple governments around the world that is-- what the long term effect on our planet will it have.

NOAA September Temperature Fraud

Posted on November 17, 2016 by tonyheller
NOAA claimed record heat in numerous locations is September, like these ones in Africa and the Middle East.
Quote:This is a remarkable feat, given that they don’t have any actual thermometers in those regions. In fact, NOAA doesn’t have any thermometers on about half of the land surface.
Quote:Satellite temperatures showed that September was close to normal in those regions which NOAA declared to be record hot.
REALLY?
Quote:Not only is the land data fake, but much of the ocean data is fake too.

Tom,
The issue Ray alludes to is that in addition to the issue
of many more drifters providing measurements over the last
5-10 years, the measurements are coming in from places where we didn’t have much ship data in the past. For much of the SH between 40 and 60S the normals are mostly made up as there is very little ship data there.
Cheers
Phil
The global surface temperature record is garbage. This is the 21st century, and it needs to be replaced by satellite temperatures which show little or no warming this century.
