This is an interesting video discussing some of the 411 missing cases. One of the cases the guy had a personal locator device which was activated yet the device and the person was never found. tinywhat

Thanks for posting this. I watched the entire video. Now I'm planning to buy and read the series of missing 411 books. Some very intriuging things they discussed. The fact they never found anything regarding the missing guy who had a locator is very creepy. Who knows what happened to him?
