Protesters Start Calais 'Jungle' Demonstration.
#1
'French hauliers and farmers are due to converge on Calais
this morning as pressure grows on authorities to tackle the "Jungle"...'

'...A protest has begun to get part of the "Jungle" migrant camp in
Calais removed - with heavy disruption expected for British travellers.

French hauliers, farmers and unionists have set off from Dunkirk and
Boulogne and are holding up traffic on the A16 towards Calais in two
columns of traffic.

The Road Haulage Association (RHA) has said lorry drivers have
vowed they were "in it for the long haul" and will stand their ground
until action to dismantle the camp begins.

Pressure has been growing on French authorities to tackle the camp,
which has swelled in size in recent months, and talks took place
between protest organisers and French interior minister Bernard
Cazeneuve on Friday...'

This was from earlier this year, Daitngu... and it seems some countries are turning
to look at more militant political groups.
Will France be next?

Golden Dawn seeks to exploit Greek refugee crisis.

'The neofascist Golden Dawn party has returned to the national spotlight, stoking
tensions over the creation of refugee hot spots and reception centers in Greece.
Pavlos Zafiropoulos reports from Athens.

At midday on February 9, residents of Piraeus and surrounding neighborhoods
were invited to participate in a demonstration against a planned refugee center
in the nearby area of Schisto.

The protest was ostensibly organized by a local "residents committee," one
that is remarkably elusive, having shown few signs of existing before or since
the protest. It is widely believed that the "committee" was a front for the neofascist
Golden Dawn party rather than a nonpartisan group of concerned citizens.

Roughly 150 individuals attended the Schisto protest, waving Greek flags and
chanting slogans typical of Golden Dawn rallies: "Greece belongs to the Greeks"
and "They are selling out Greece and bowing to the foreigners."

The rally reached its peak when several Golden Dawn MPs and key members
of the party's leadership took to the microphone to make brief rabble-rousing
speeches...'

I mean...

(From July 2016)

French Prime Minister Manuel Valls was booed this morning as he attended a
memorial event for the victims of the Bastille Day attack.

'Mr Valls was attending a minute’s silence in the city of Nice when the large crowd
vented their anger at him, loudly jeering when he appeared alongside other
politicians.

The reaction comes after he told the French public to “learn to live with terrorism”
following the country’s 12th Islamist incident since January 2015.

He said on Friday: “Times have changed and we should learn to live with terrorism.
We have to show solidarity and collective calm. France has been hit in its soul on
the14 July, our national day.
“They wanted to attack the unity of the French nation.”

Numerous videos show the crowd loudly booing Mr Valls, with some shouting insults
at the Prime Minister and calling for his resignation...'

Controversial right-winger Marine Le Pen surges in polls and is
now twice as popular as France’s President Hollande.

'Far right French nationalist politician Marine Le Pen has stormed ahead of
President Hollande in latest figures revealed by a poll measuring voting
intentions ahead of next year's presidential elections.

Front National leader Le Pen was shown to have double the support of the
President, whose favourability ratings have been steadily dropping in
recent months.

While 28 per cent of voters surveyed said they would vote for Le Pen,
only 14 per cent gave their first vote to Holland, and former president Nicolas
Sarkozy who is expected to be the Republican candidate received
21 per cent.

The poll, which saw 19,455 people interviewed, was carried out by Le Monde
newspaper in collaboration with political science researchers from Sciences
Po and pollsters Ipsos Sopra Steria.

It began in November and will continue to track voters intentions until the
elections in Spring 2017...'

If someone offered you a huge bowl of M&Ms of which 10% were known to be deadly poison would you still want them; much less eat them or leave them out for kids ?

Well, for some of the 'Remain' voters in the Brexit Referendum, they believe that the majority
of old people in the UK did just that by voting to leave!

'Old' folk of supposedly over-75 years old, ignored the so-called benefits of being an EU member
and put in motion, a decision to leave their children and grand-children adrift in the stormy
seas of being a solitary nation.

Even if we disregard the concerns of being invaded by migrants in search of an easy penny,
the turbulent waters of commerce and trade should -in the panic attack-stricken opinions of
'Remainers'... sink the UK and the next generations will suffer because the old will be dead!

So in theory -and in certain people's eyes, Great Britain did leave the bowl of M&Ms out for
their kids to gobble down!

But I know what you mean.
When wiser-heads fail to appear, those with darker-thoughts will certainly be there and due
to the drought of high political morality in today's foreign affairs arenas, we embrace those
who hold another agenda as one of our own.

I'd like to think it is the latter, G.
Oh, I could wax loquaciously about how the young adults have lost touch with
the real world and sold their rationale for easy internet access via their devices.
I could, but that's just denying the future.

It's just that they've not been given their acumen compass.
They'll rant on about freedoms being strangled and 'Big Government' and yet,
type their tirades on a medium that anyone can catch as it flies through the air!
-Not to say, anyone can access their forum!

Talk about seeing your foe coming!!

But -as you say, what I find remarkable is that they believe the politicians and
assume the suited establishment has their interests at heart!
They no longer research with the hope of forming an opinion or look for opposing
views to evaluate their own belief.

No Sir, they just 'go with the crowd' and believe any cr*p from strangers on the
web usually because they favour an avatar of selfie-pic.
It's scary!!

It still catches me when I think of what people with other opinions and belief-structures
can do to a nation -or sets of nations, when they live in such a unrealistic perception.

We're talking about someone enforcing their domination on another and the landscape
that's ahead of these religious whack-jobs is lined with lollipops and smiley unicorns!!

Nobody is saying we should be miserable in our vigilance, but at least we could attempt
to be responsible adults!
