This is losing the amusing factor pretty quickly...
Oh really? "trained" on the Pentagon ..eh??? The White House?? Okie Dokie .... They don't have strategic bombers for delivery of precision ordinance and they don't have the cutting edge space platforms or kill vehicles that would survive the rigors with that level of sophisticated control system intact and operational to the target.
I.E.... They are so full of crap, it isn't even amusing. It's a bit disturbing by showing a belief that the REST of the world may share the reality disconnect they've forced their own people to live under ...but it isn't scary in the least.

There are ways they could word that sentiment which would convey a cold and intelligent level of calculated intent. There are ways a nation like the DPRK could communicate a threat of that level...and not seem like something out of the theater of the absurd. This nation tho? Well... They just miss that boat and keep on swimming for the horizon on the nonsense.
When does Kim imagine he went from a struggling and emerging nuclear power to a full fledged sitting member of the Nuclear Club with a fully developed military sector of technology? It is....totally beyond me. The little twit is delusional at a level that IS disturbing, because that level of delusion can lead to actions equally out of line to reality, IMO.
What is next from him? He'll be able to return North America to open land, rolling plains and beaches where currently sit American cities? Perhaps he'll even suggest we'll all fall to control of giant apes, while the divine nation of North Korea (and it is, to THEIR thinking) will be the lone nation above all that, to shower pity upon us poor lesser mortals.
.....one thing we can say about Kim? The man is NEVER boring, and that goes twice when his warehouses of UN rice and grain are running dry ...as I'd bet dimes to donuts is precisely what is happening now, and part of what has a burr up 'dear leader's' tailpipe.
