I'm beatened down and drained
#1
Hi folks, sorry I haven't been on much.

My boss went on vay-cay and all of a sudden, I'm responsible for the planet.

tinysure

Between hospital meetings, I've had drama with personnel.

To add to that I've had to recertify on anesthesia, balloon pumps, etc.

So I've been busy in the evenings taking tests.

It makes me so frustrated that I want to punch a kitten right in the face!

I'm old, beaten-ed down, crippled, decrepit, but I still have to take these yearly tests to  make sure I know what I'm doing.

But to add. . . . . .

I'm passing the fucking tests.

So there is that.

I feel you.

At least once a month, sometimes more, there is some webinar or on site class for something or another. I honestly believe a lot of it is just excuses for someone to justify their position.

For every one person that read this post. About 7.99 billion have not.

Yet I still post.  tinyinlove

I know the feeling of being tired and beaten down, it won't last forever.  I know it's difficult, but count your blessings, there are many people right now with no means to feed their families who'd give anything to be in your shoes.

Hang in there Beez, I'm only trying to help you see the silver lining  minusculebeercheers

I feel your pain.

I have to be certified ever year in Kentucky, every 2 years in Indiana. Usually cost a few hundred bucks out of my pocket. You know, elevators and public safety and all. Don't want to be chopping people in half because I don't know my job I have been doing for 33 years.

I kind of liking my hiatus from work. Got my first check from unemployment today. It wasn't much, but I am fine. I figure I have paid into this system for years, I want some back.

Hang in there Beez.

One of the reasons I loved my last job.  Only had to demonstrate willingness and proficiency.

Glad you're not failing!!   tinycool

I hear ya!

As Schmoe has said, lots of people are struggling right now, businesses are down everywhere. Corporations are cutting as much as they can to survive this hysteria.

Working looks like a curse right now but it's a blessing in disguise.

You'll get through this with flying colors! You are one tough bunny!!
