I live somewhere in a remote area in some mountains in the US. I’m married and have several fur babies. 

Some of my interests include history, reading, genealogy, geology, hiking, gardening, space and paranormal. I even enjoy a good conspiracy every now and then.

I’m awkward and shy until I get to know you and then I’m just awkward. I flew over from ATS where I had a different name and never really posted.

So far, from lurking around the last few days, everyone seems real nice and I’ve seen lots of familiar names. So I’m taking the plunge. I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone here.

Well I'm an idiot.. I thought it said VioleNtDove. 

These avys are your world and we're just living in it, but a purple dove would be cool unless Violet has something else picked out.

Haha!! No problem. That name may fit sometimes too, but I usually save that for Mr Dove
