The Spygate Scandal
#1
As the testimonies from Page and Strzok have now been released to the public, the truth of the Russia Hoax is coming to light.
Now we have Christopher Steele confessing it was unverified before being released to a news outlet, which led to getting a FISA warrant to spy on candidate Donald Trump and his team, paid for by Hillary and the DNC.

Quote:Former British spy Christopher Steele confessed that he used an unverified report submitted to a CNN website, where “random individuals” can post information, for his salacious anti-Trump dossier.

Steele made the awkward revelation during a deposition last year in a case involving Russian entrepreneur Aleksej Gubarev, who claims his companies Webzilla and XBT Holdings were defamed by Steele after the dossier was published by BuzzFeed.

RUSSIAN TECH FIRM USED IN HACKING OF DEMOCRATS, MCCAIN'S ASSOCIATE DISSEMINATED STEELE DOSSIER, UNSEALED DOCUMENTS SHOW

Steele was asked during the deposition how he verified allegations about Gubarev's companies and whether he found “anything of relevance concerning Webzilla,” according to the newly released transcripts of the deposition.

“We did. It was an article I have got here which was posted on July 28, 2009, on something called CNN iReport,” Steele said.
But CNN iReport, which appears to be no longer active -- though archives remain accessible online -- states that it’s a “user-generated site” and warns that “the stories submitted by users are not edited, fact-checked or screened before they post.”

Even the site’s banner included the slogan “Unedited. Unfiltered. News.”
Former British spy Christopher Steele confessed that he used an unverified report submitted to a CNN website, where “random individuals” can post information, for his salacious anti-Trump dossier.

When asked whether the former British spy understood how the website actually worked, he confessed that “I do not have any particular knowledge of that” and noted he didn’t understand at the time that the site has “no connection to any CNN reporters.”
“Do you understand that CNN iReports are or were nothing more than any random individuals’ assertions on the Internet?” an examiner asked Steele.

He replied: “No, I obviously presume that if it is on a CNN site that it may has [sic] some kind of CNN status. Albeit that it may be an independent person posting on the site.”

According to the archive copy of the iReports site, the website specifically notes that none of the users who submit content can be described as working for CNN.

“Being an iReport.com user and creating and uploading content to iReport.com does not mean that you work for CNN, and you should never represent yourself as working for CNN,” the site’s FAQ section read.

The dossier authored by Steele alleged that Gubarev's companies “used botnets and porn traffic to transmit viruses, plant bugs, steal data and conduct 'alerting operations' against the Democratic Party leadership” and that Gubarev himself played a “significant” part in the operation while “under duress” from the Russian security agency FSB.

The latest revelation of using unconfirmed sources put the dossier’s legitimacy further into question, especially since the FBI extensively relied on the dossier in its warrant applications to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court in seeking to surveil Trump aide Carter Page.

I've been trying to warn you (lefties) that this was all a hoax so you wouldn't start screaming at the sky when it was revealed. Well, now it is. I hope you have your eyes open enough to realize how the Democrat leaders have lied to you and see how they manipulate the narrative using their media controlled arms.

It's time to #WalkAway and come over to the side of truth and justice.  And believe me again when I say, Justice IS coming. Don't be shocked when some people at the very top start being arrested and collect their fate.

This is a major game-changer to those who saw Donald Trump as Russian puppet.

Apart from the obvious -that we're supposed to believe that all the major security
agencies of the US -and 'Five-Eyes' had failed to see Russia approaching Trump with
a subversive agenda, the difficulties in revealing an expansive plot involving Trump's
people should have told any level-headed person that it was all a load of crap.

But since many people cannot discern between fantasy and reality, they bought into
a drama that belongs in a badly-written spy novel.

What those same people should really be concerned about is that the treachery used to
create -and maintain this fraud, was undertaken by publicly-funded officials the Left-leaning
had put their store in.

Deceit knows no affiliation.

This article gives a great timeline of events that led to the Spygate Scandal to keep Donald Trump from being elected as #45 POTUS.

Quote:David Kramer, a longtime associate of the late Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), revealed in an unsealed deposition that he had contact with at least 14 members of the media regarding the Steele dossier—a collection of 17 memos containing unverified allegations against Donald Trump.

Additionally, Kramer gave a full copy of the unverified dossier to Senior Director for Russian Affairs at the National Security Council Celeste Wallander, Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.), and House Speaker Paul Ryan’s chief of staff, Jonathan Burks. Kramer also provided a briefing in early December 2016 on the dossier to both Wallander and Victoria Nuland, the assistant secretary of state for Europe and Eurasian Affairs.

Kramer also provided ongoing updates to Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson, former MI6 spy and dossier author Christopher Steele, and other members of the media regarding  McCain’s meeting with FBI Director James Comey.
Steele had been hired by Simpson on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to produce the so-called “Steele dossier” on Donald Trump.

Kramer, in his deposition, confirmed that he was BuzzFeed News’ source for the dossier. BuzzFeed published the dossier online in January 2017, resulting in a defamation lawsuit by Aleksej Gubarev, whose company XBT/Webzilla was mentioned in the dossier. The Epoch Times covered the court case in a previous article.

McCain famously denied ever providing a copy of the dossier to BuzzFeed, telling the Daily Caller on Oct, 18, 2017: “I gave it to no one except for the director of the FBI. I don’t know why you’re digging this up now.”

Kramer, who is an affiliated senior fellow at the McCain Institute, revealed in his deposition that he had been in contact with 14 journalists and producers about the dossier. These contacts included:
  • ABC News: Brian Ross, Matt Mosk
  • BuzzFeed: Ken Bensinger
  • CNN: Carl Bernstein
  • The Guardian: Julian Borger
  • McClatchy: Peter Stone, Greg Gordon
  • Mother Jones: David Corn
  • NPR: Bob Little, Rachel Martin
  • The Washington Post: Tom Hamburger, Rosalind Helderman, Fred Hiatt
  • The Wall Street Journal: Allan Cullison

Kramer, who does not appear to have spoken with The New York Times, noted that both Simpson and Steele were speaking to the Times directly because “they felt it required investigation by a serious news outlet, and they seemed to have chosen The Times at that point.”

McCain Meets Sir Andrew Wood
Kramer says he was initially approached about the Steele dossier on Nov. 19, 2016, by Sir Andrew Wood, the former British ambassador to Russia, during a meeting at the Halifax International Security Forum in Nova Scotia, Canada. Kramer knew Wood previously from their mutual expertise on Russia. Notably, Wood may have worked on behalf of Steele’s company, Orbis Business Intelligence; he was referenced in a UK court filing as an associate of Orbis, and Kramer referred to Wood as an adviser to Orbis in his deposition. Wood had been previously briefed on the dossier by Steele in London.

Kramer said that Wood told him that “he was aware of information that he thought I should be aware of and that Senator McCain might be interested in.” McCain, Wood, and Kramer would meet later that afternoon, on Nov. 19, 2016, in a private meeting room at the Halifax conference.

Wood told both Kramer and McCain that “he was aware of this information that had been gathered that raised the possibility of collusion and compromising material on the President Elect. And he explained that he knew the person who gathered the information and felt that the person was of the utmost credibility.”

Kramer ascribed the word “collusion” three times to Wood in his deposition.

Wood also mentioned that there was the possibility of a video “of a sexual nature” that might have “shown the President Elect in a compromising situation.” According to Kramer, Wood said that “if it existed, that it was from a hotel in Moscow when President Elect, before he was President Elect, had been in Moscow.”

No such video was ever uncovered or given to Kramer.

Kramer testified that following the description of the video, “the Senator turned to me and asked if I would go to London to meet with what turned out to be Mr. Steele.”

Kramer traveled to London to meet with Christopher Steele on Nov. 28, 2016. Kramer reviewed all the memos during his meeting with Steele but was not provided with a physical copy of the dossier.

This is only a fraction of the report. Read it in it's entirety by clicking the title at the top of the post.

Quote:President Trump on Saturday backed bipartisan calls in Congress for FBI Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report into Russian interference in the 2016 election to be made public.

“Play along with the game!” the president told Republicans.
“On the recent non-binding vote (420-0) in Congress about releasing the Mueller Report, I told leadership to let all Republicans vote for transparency,” he tweeted. "Makes us all look good and doesn’t matter.”

It's time to assign a special counsel to look at the "other side".  You go Graham!  tinybiggrin
I hope this one doesn't take another 2.5 years, but the DemocRats will drag it out as long as possible I'm sure, at least until after the 2020 election, if they can.

Q has been telling us over and over that there are two other countries involved in the spygate scandal.  Here is an article by John Solomon from The Hill news releasing a report that states a senior Ukrainian official "conducted an illegal intrusion into the American election campaign" in 2016.
Q also told us Australia was involved. (That's another story yet to come out, but I have seen some small mentions of it in the news.)

Quote:Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko told Hill.TV’s John Solomon in an interview aired on Wednesday that he has opened a probe into alleged attempts by Ukrainians to interfere in the United States' 2016 presidential election.
“Today we will launch a criminal investigation about this and we will give legal assessment of this information,” Lutsenko said last week.

Lutsenko is probing a claim from a member of the Ukrainian parliament that the director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), Artem Sytnyk, attempted to the benefit of the 2016 U.S. presidential election on behalf of Hillary Clinton.
A State Department spokesman told Hill.TV that officials aware of news reports regarding Sytnyk.

"We have always emphasized the need for deep, comprehensive, and timely reforms that respond to the demands the Ukrainian people made during the Revolution of Dignity: an end to systemic corruption, faster economic growth, and a European future for all Ukrainians," a department spokesperson told Hill.TV.

"We have consistently said that Ukraine’s long-term success and resilience depends on its commitment to reform, in particular the fight to address corruption. To succeed, Ukraine needs committed government officials and strong anti-corruption institutions. The United States is committed to engaging with our partners in Ukraine, including on efforts to roll back the persistent corruption that continues to threaten Ukraine’s national security, prosperity, and democratic development.”

Hill.TV has also reached out to the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, NABU, and Clinton's spokesperson for comment.
“According to the member of parliament of Ukraine, he got the court decision that the NABU official conducted an illegal intrusion into the American election campaign," Lutsenko said.
"It means that we think Mr. Sytnyk, the NABU director, officially talked about criminal investigation with Mr. [Paul] Manafort, and at the same time, Mr. Sytnyk stressed that in such a way, he wanted to assist the campaign of Ms. Clinton," he continued.

Solomon asked Lutsenko about reports that a member of Ukraine’s parliament obtained a tape of the current head of the NABU saying that he was attempting to help Clinton win the 2016 presidential election, as well as connections that helped release the black-ledger files that exposed Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort’s wrongdoing in Ukraine.

"This member of parliament even attached the audio tape where several men, one of which had a voice similar to the voice of Mr. Sytnyk, discussed the matter."

Mueller turned his report over to Attorney General William Barr today.  Yay!   It's over. smallgreenbananadancer

Now, get ready for the dominoes to start to fall on the left. Q said once the report was released, arrests would follow (on the left).

This report below is from CNN.  It's comical that they are still trying to hang on to finding something with even more investigations. Sigh...   mediumfacepalm

Quote:After a 22-month investigation, charges against 37 defendants, seven guilty pleas and one conviction at trial, the Justice Department announced Friday that the special counsel's office has wrapped up its probe into Russian election interference, possible Trump campaign collusion with Moscow and obstruction of justice.

A senior Justice Department official told CNN there are no more indictments coming from special counsel Robert Mueller.
Mueller submitted a confidential report to Attorney General William Barr Friday detailing the decisions his team made to prosecute or not prosecute those who were investigated, Barr said in a letter to lawmakers.

Barr wrote that he "may be in a position to advise you of the special counsel's principal conclusions as soon as this weekend."
The expectation is that lawmakers will receive the principal conclusions, in writing, from Barr this weekend, according to a Justice Department official. That distillation from Barr will be made public.

Read: Attorney General William Barr's letter to judiciary committee leaders about the Mueller report

President Donald Trump and the White House has not seen Mueller's findings, press secretary Sarah Sanders said.
"The next steps are up to Attorney General Barr, and we look forward to the process taking its course. The White House has not received or been briefed on the Special Counsel's report," Sanders said in a statement.

The completion of the special counsel's investigation marks the end of one of the most dramatic chapters in Donald Trump's presidency, one that led to numerous criminal charges against and guilty pleas by some of his closest associates. The conclusion of the investigation, however, opens a new chapter into the fallout from the report, a potentially fraught political battle over the extent to which its contents are made public and further investigations from congressional Democrats.

It's too soon to say what Mueller's report will ultimately mean for the President, but surviving the investigation without being subpoenaed for a sit down interview with the special counsel's team is a significant triumph for Trump and his legal team.
It's not clear what Mueller uncovered about Trump's involvement or advance knowledge, if any, of WikiLeaks release of damaging information about Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. The special counsel's findings on the question of obstruction of justice are also unknown, but Trump's allies will likely argue anything short of a criminal indictment proves the President did nothing wrong.

I assume everyone With A brain Remembers these Statements Made By The Hateful left.
Quote:FLASHBACK: DEMS, MEDIA PREDICT MUELLER PROBE RESULTS IN IMPEACHMENT, PRISON
‘My impression is after all of this is said and done that some people end up in jail’

Really WHO is in Jail Charged with Collusion?

Quote:Over the last two years talking heads in the major media developed high hopes that Special Counsel Robert Mueller's probe would crescendo with dramatic flare.

Viewers likely started to imagine that the only possible outcome would be the Trump family being frog-walked out of the White House in handcuffs.
Tonight, Mueller's probe officially concluded. No further indictments will be filed, and no one in the Trump family will be indicted. The two-year investigation never charged anyone with conspiracy related to the Trump campaign and Russia.

The disappointment was evident on many of the news programs that served as the Mueller probe's biggest boosters. MSNBC's Rachel Maddow appeared to angrily ask why Mueller "let Trump off the hook?"

For a refresher on just how confidently these predictions were made, here are a few flashbacks.

In December 2017, MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski said the Trump Team might be going to jail "for the rest of their lives."

In December 2018, CNN's Wolf Blitzer asked Delaware Sen. Coons — as he often does — if he thought Trump might be facing jail time. Sen. Coons said yes, "the issues outlined against both Michael Cohen and Paul Manafort, I think, continue to sharpen the ways in which it is clear that the Mueller investigation has produced a whole series of actions not previously exposed to the public."

Democratic lawmakers were not immune from setting lofty expectations from the outcome of the investigation. In December 2018, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said Trump could be the first president "to face the prospect of jail time."

"My takeaway is there’s a very real prospect that on the day Donald Trump leaves office the Justice Department may indict him, that he may be the first president in quite some time to face the real prospect of jail time," Rep. Schiff said. "We have been discussing the issue of pardons that the president may offer to people or dangle in front of people.

The bigger pardon question may come down the road as the next president has to determine whether to pardon Donald Trump."

In March 2017, Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-Texas) said the evidence he had already seen was enough proof of collusion he predicted prison sentences.

"My impression is after all of this is said and done that some people end up in jail,” he told CNN's Blitzer. "My impression is that people will probably be charged and probably go to jail.”

In March 2018, ABC's Joy Behar hopefully predicted of the Trump family:  “I think they’re all going to end up together in prison and maybe that’s a good thing.”

And that’s just skimming the surface. Check out the montage above for more.
PROOF!!?? Rep. Castro, Democrat of Texas, Where is that Proof!!!!!????? You Lying Asshole!

You where all Wrong and Claimed to have insider information, well YOU all should be investigated for making these statements.

You would think any American that has the best interest of this country in mind would be happy to learn that our President is innocent, but NO! They are only upset that they were wrong. THEY lied to their viewers, to the point of brainwashing them against him. It will take some time now to undo all the bad they have force-fed into the minds of their sheeple.  I think some are too far gone to ever get back, but maybe this has helped to open the eyes of a few, or at least get them to turn off the lies that is MSM.

So... I'll share this here and hope that it wakes up some of those who bought into the lies.  Mueller did over two years of extensive research. He found NOTHING... I repeat, NOTHING to prove any collusion with Russia in the 2016 election.  Are you ready to work with our President now so he can get some things done after being held back for two years because of this "thought up" HOAX against him by the Democrat leaders?

Quote:Attorney General William Barr on Sunday released the "principal conclusions" of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's completed Russia probe in a bombshell four-page letter to Capitol Hill lawmakers, which stated definitively that Mueller did not establish evidence that President Trump's team or any associates of the Trump campaign had conspired with Russia to sway the 2016 election -- "despite multiple offers from Russian-affiliated individuals to assist the Trump campaign."

For Trump, who has tweeted more than 230 times that he did not collude with Russians amid a torrent of allegations from media and political figures, the moment amounted to a near-total vindication. Although Mueller noted that his report did not "exonerate" Trump on obstruction, Barr wrote, the "report does not recommend any further indictments, nor did the Special Counsel obtain any sealed indictments that have yet to be made public."

"No Collusion, No Obstruction, Complete and Total EXONERATION," Trump wrote on Twitter Sunday afternoon. "KEEP AMERICA GREAT!"

Later, he told reporters, "It was just announced there was no collusion with Russia, the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. There was no collusion with Russia, there was no obstruction. ...  It's a shame that our country had to go through this, to be honest, it's a shame that your president has had to go through this -- since before I even got elected, it began. And it began illegally. Hopefully someone is going to look at the other side. This was an illegal takedown that failed."

[Image: 694940094001_6017495355001_6017502209001-vs.jpg]
President Trump: The Mueller report is a complete and total exoneration
Trump says accusations of collusion and obstruction were 'an illegal takedown that failed.'

Mueller's team specifically looked into two Russian efforts to interfere with the 2016 election -- first, the work by a Russian organization, the Internet Research Agency (IRA), to "conduct disinformation and social media operations" designed to "sow discord" in the United States.

According to Barr's letter, "the Special Counsel did not find that any U.S. person or Trump campaign official or associate conspired or knowingly coordinated with the IRA in its efforts, although the Special Counsel brought criminal charges against a number of Russian nationals and entities in connection with these activities."

Next, Mueller investigated whether the Trump team was involved in the hacking of emails, many of which were released publicly through intermediaries like WikiLeaks, that belonged to the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC).

Looking at the previous attitudes, actions and verve that the Officialdom of power-wielding
around the world and the media they've seemingly employed for years to ingrain their way
of thinking into the hearts and minds of the masses, I'm confident that an extensive change
has happened and we're becoming more aware of how we've been fooled.

The very systems that we voice our opinions on are owned by the same puppeteers we
denounce and yet oddly enough, has been the same highway we have used to find each
like-minded other.

There's a question for both sections of the 'broken' narrative and the hopeful new one.

Hopefully, we start showing the corrupt players on the left.  First comes the Declas of the FISA, then the IG report, then arrests follow. I might have that backwards; it might be the IG report, then the Declass of FISA.  Q laid it out in a post, but it's buried too deep for me to find it now.

I've heard some say it will take until June of this year to see any high-level arrests, but Q never puts a date on anything, so we'll have to wait and see.

Sources say Peter Strzok could face some serious charges for his part in the bureau’s probe of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server to send classified emails, as well as the FBI’s investigation into President Trump’s campaign.

The "block aid" has been removed (Mueller Report), now the dominoes will start to fall.   tinybiggrin

Quote:Former FBI Agent Peter Strzok could face ‘serious’ charges for his involvement and actions in the bureau’s probe of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server to send classified emails, as well as the FBI’s investigation into President Trump’s campaign, multiple sources with knowledge of Strzok’s actions told SaraACarter.com.

Further, sources contend that the nearly year long investigation by DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, will reveal explosive information and shed light on alleged malfeasance by FBI and DOJ officials directly involved in the Russia investigation. The Inspector General’s report may be completed as early as May or June, according to testimony provided this week by Attorney General William Barr.

Quote:“There are a number of individuals who are looking at Peter Strzok’s actions And inactions and how those actions affected both of the investigations he was involved in,” U.S. Official.

Strzok who has already been investigated by Horowitz for his role in the FBI’s Clinton investigation is also expected to be named in the IG’s upcoming report on how the Russia investigation was handled by the FBI. He was removed from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team in 2017 and then fired from the FBI in August, 2018. He was fired by the FBI after an extensive review by  Horowitz’s office into the FBI’s handling of the Clinton investigation and was removed from Mueller’s team after the IG discovered his anti-Trump text messages to his paramour former FBI Attorney Lisa Page.

“There are a number of individuals who are looking at Peter Strzok’s actions and inactions and how those actions affected both of the investigations he was involved in,” said a U.S. official, with knowledge. “Further evaluation of what Peter Strzok did or did not do needs to be evaluated thoroughly.”

The official did not reveal what Strzok’s “actions or inactions” may have been but said “obstruction, is a serious concern.”
Strzok “is in hot water,” said another government official, with knowledge. “I’m certain he’s not the only one.”

Indeed! He's not the only one.
We who have been following Q since 2017 already know what happens next and who will be held accountable. After a year and a half of waiting, this is finally hitting the main stream news.  Vindication is so sweet!   tinybiggrin
