North Korea rocked by two earthquakes sparking fears of yet another missile launch.

'North Korea has been rocked by two earthquakes, sparking fears of another missile test.
The first earthquake struck not far from North Korea's capital of Pyongyang, where despot
Kim Jong-un and his closest allies live.

Measuring 2.6 on the Richter scale, the quake could be an indication of yet another missile test

The epicentre was to the south-west of the capital -a location not known to contain any missile
testing sites.
A second struck several hours later in the same location, measuring 2.5 on the scale.

Seoul-based weatherman Kim Sung-han reported the earthquakes on Twitter, stating the first
occured at 9.32pm local time (1.32pm BST). The second occured around five hours later.
Earthquakes are often indications of missile activity in the hermit kingdom, with underground

Today is National Liberation Day in the North, marking the victory over Japan in World War 2.

It comes amid a background of white-hot tension on the Korean peninsula, with Kim repeatedly
threatening to attack America. Last week US president Donald Trump warned North Korea of
"fury and fire" if it did not wind in its rhetoric, a move which was immediately undermined by
yet more threats.

Kim then went so far as to pinpoint the US territory of Guam as a target for an imminent attack,...'
