No Borders... Here's One Of The Reasons.

I spotted this one on Thursday and thought to myself, is this the 'new-normal' now for Europe?
Is it that the European Union took into consideration that Armed forces would be scouring the
streets of France, Belgium and other countries, for terrorists?

They must be so proud of their acumen.

Brussels police 'seal off neighbourhood after reports of murder'.

'Part of Brussels were put into a police lockdown following reports of a murder.
Police closed down a street in the Forest neighbourhood of the Belgian capital as part of a major security operation.



Officers armed with handguns and rifles could be seen hiding behind buildings and staking out a building rooftop in live
footage from the scene. A police spokeswoman said that the special units of the federal police had been deployed after
a Polish man reported that someone had been murdered in the morning.

"They are searching the buildings but we can say there has not been any terrorist attack," she said.
Local broadcaster RTL quoted Forest mayor Marc-Jean Ghyssels as saying that police "suspect the presence of an
armed man."

A security perimeter was established by police and a police helicopter has flown over the area.
Shortly after 2pm local media said the perimeter had been lifted.

The neighbourhood is where Salah Abdeslam, a suspect in the Paris attacks, hid from authorities.
Brussels is still on alert after suicide bombers killed 32 people at the airport and on the metro in March 2016.

A witness at the scene told RTBF: "I was behind a bus when all of a sudden, the police came armed, they told us
to leave the street. "So I went around and there I saw people start running in all directions."...'
