Unasked questions!!!
#1
As you all know the wire tap claim has been made
And the response given

Ryan, Senate Intel committee see no evidence of Trump wiretap

No I am not posting the information in the thread because its just BS

I want to instead make sure I understand this situation

I will double think and forget the times report

I will forget a second one a I read

And I will forget a third one I was told about

ALL with direct reference to Trump, Tap, FISA

Instead I have a narrative question that these idiots have seen to have forgotten

1) Liberal freak out

Trump is working with the Russians
I seem to remember this or some very similar accusations flying around

(see Flynn BS)

True or false

2) Point of fact

President said it was the russians who hacked the DNC
followed by 'experts' agreeing with company line

3)Wikileaks

Something about the CIA having the ability to monitor
All communications via electronic means

4)now

So I am clear Trump was never wire tapped

Then we have a huge problem and it is very huge
So we have a Russian spy in the white house behind the oval office desk and no one investigated the claim

Gee george it is just rude????

This is what the narative is saying
Credible evidence that Trump is working withing Russians

And NO investigation.. Period..

This means it was a video that caused this.. That is what it was!

No wire taps at trump building

Today

Russian mafia boss still at large after FBI wiretap at Trump Tower

Quote:There, indeed, was an FBI wiretap involving Russians at Trump Tower.

But it was not placed at the behest of Barack Obama and the target was not the Trump campaign of 2016. For two years ending in 2013, the FBI had a court-approved warrant to eavesdrop on a sophisticated Russian organized crime money laundering network that operated out of unit 63A in Trump Tower.

The FBI investigation led to a federal grand jury indictment of more than 30 people, including one of the world’s most notorious Russian mafia bosses, Alimzhan Tokhtakhounov. Known as the “Little Taiwanese,” Tokhtakhounov was the only target to slip away, and he remains a fugitive from American justice.

Five months after the April 2013 indictment and after Interpol issued a “red notice” for Tokhtakhounov, the fugitive appeared near Donald Trump in the VIP section of the Moscow Miss Universe pageant. Trump had sold the Russian rights for Miss Universe to a billionaire Russian shopping mall developer.

“He is a major player,” said Mike Gaeta, the FBI agent who led the 2013 FBI investigation of Tokhtakhounov and his alleged mafia money laundering and gambling ring, in a 2014 interview with ABC News. “He is prominent, he has extremely good connections in the business world as well as the criminal world, overseas, in Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, other countries.”

Gaeta, who ran the FBI’s Eurasian Organized Crime unit of the FBI’s New York office told ABC News at the time that federal agents were closely tracking Tokhtakhounov, whose Russian ring was suspected of moving more than $50 million in illegal money into the United States.

“Because of his status, we have kept tabs on is activities, and particularly as his activities truly enter New York city,” Gaeta said. “Their money was ultimately laundered from Russia, Ukraine and other locations through Cyprus banks and shell
companies based in Cyprus, and then ultimately here to the United States.”

The FBI investigation did not implicate Trump. But Trump Tower was under close watch. Some of the Russian mafia figures worked out of the 63rd floor unit in the iconic skyscraper –- just three floors below Trump’s penthouse residence -- running what prosecutors called an “international money laundering, sports gambling and extortion ring.”

The Trump building was home to one of the top men in the alleged ring, Vadim Trincher who pleaded guilty to racketeering and received a five-year prison term. He is due to be released in July.

“Everything was moving in and out of there,” said former FBI official Rich Frankel, now an ABC News consultant.

“He would have people come in and meet with them. He would use the phones. He would also communicate, wither it was through e-mail or other communications through there,” Frankel said of Trincher. “His base of operations was in the Trump Tower.”

In court papers, the FBI described two years of intercepts of phone conversations and text message exchanges of the key figures in the gambling ring.

“Mr. Vladim Trincher was on one occasion intercepted speaking with a customer of the gambling operation who owed a debt of $50,000,” one court document stated. Trincher told the gambler about an enforcer who works with him named Maxin. On the recording, Trincher “threatens the customer that Maxin would come and find him, would come and find the money, and that he should be careful, lest he be tortured and lest he wind up underground.”

Last Fall, a Trump Organization spokesman told ABC News that Russians did not represent a disproportionate share of residents in Trump properties. Federal agents confiscated a total of four units in connection with the poker ring – two in New York and two in Sunny Isles, Florida.

ABC News conducted a review of hundreds of pages of property records and reported in September that Trump-branded developments catered to large numbers of Russian buyers, including several who had brushes with the law. Russian buyers were particularly drawn to Trump licensed condo towers in Hollywood and Sunny Isles, Florida. Local real estate agents credited the Russian migration for turning the coastal Miami community into what they called “Little Moscow.”
Organization lawyer Alan Garten told ABC News at the time that the firm did not track the nationality of buyers and that the company rarely plays a role in recruiting buyers – a job typically left to developers who buy rights to use the Trump name. Neither Garten nor the Trump Organization spokeswoman Amanda Miller responded this week to questions from ABC News about the 2013 poker raid.

Nor did they respond to questions about Tokhtakhounov, who, despite Interpol’s international “Red Notice,” is regularly seen in Moscow at popular restaurants and other public places. The poker case was not the first to target Tokhtakhounov. He had been indicted years earlier in the United States, accused of pay bribes to Olympic judges so that Russian figure skaters would win gold medals.

This would go under one of two headings.

Either The NY Times and The Washington Post deliberately disseminated false information
and were never held accountable by the agencies mentioned in the article...

...or it's a real report given to the Journalist from a source within a particular agency with
the acknowledgement of officials who steer that agency.

Either way, it's an indictment of the back-scratching and collusion the mainstream media and
intelligence agencies get up to in bed together.

The U.S. Representative Trey Gowdy relates how serious the matter is and no amount of lawyer
weasel-words will make any difference. This hopefully will have an impact on the manner that
the media conducts it's atrocious behavior.

Here is another possibility, although it may be hard to prove, if true.

BOMBSHELL – Judge Comes Forward, Reveals WHY Comey Has No ‘Wiretap’ Evidence. Surprised?

Quote:Could the un-elected director of the FBI be covering up for Barack Obama? Or worse?

Days before yesterday’s hearing, Judge Andrew Napolitano defended President Trump’s allegation that the Obama White House was spying on him and members of his campaign. FBI Director James Comey testified before Congress that he has not seen any evidence of “wiretapping,” via Fox News.

However, Judge Napolitano says there is no evidence because Obama did not need a warrant to spy on Trump! “Obama needed only to ask the NSA for a transcript of Trump’s telephone conversations to be prepared from the digital versions that the NSA already possessed,” writes the Judge. The Judge also hinted the former president could even ask foreign governments to do the spying for him, therefore eliminating any trace at all of the surveillance.

Napolitano is referring to the NSA’s widespread spying powers. The NSA, through government lawyers, has convinced the FISA Court that it is more efficient to capture the data of all communication made in the United States than to follow constitutional requirements.

The NSA has complete access to the information of every telecom operating in our country. They have had access to every communication made by U.S. citizens since 2005. This is a surveillance state — every communication of every citizen is stored and available when needed.
So, when former President Obama wanted to spy on his political opponent, he did not need to go through the FISA Court. He did not need to obtain a warrant — the NSA answers to the president and is required to hand over Trump’s transcripts when requested.

A president can only access this information under the guise of national security, but this is a vague concept that has been abused by presidents in the past. False accusations that Trump was working with the Russians would be sufficient to access all of his private communications.

However, Judge Napolitano observes that this would leave a paper trail. Luckily for Obama, he would be able to circumvent the American intelligence community by relying on the British spying agency GCHQ — Napolitano’s sources confirmed this suspicion. GCHQ is given full access to all the information obtained by the NSA, so the British spy group also has access to the complete record of all communications by U.S. persons.

Obama could ask GCHQ for a printed transcript of all of Trump’s communications, without leaving a trace and without the knowledge of any U.S. intelligence agency. Judge Napolitano explains that “when senior American intelligence officials denied that their agencies knew about this, they were probably being truthful. Adding to this ominous scenario is the fact that three days after Trump’s inauguration, the head of GCHQ, Robert Hannigan, abruptly resigned.”

All of this paints a terrifying picture. The powers of the security state have grown to the point where a sitting president is able to read a full transcript of all the communications of anyone around the world since 2005, without leaving a fingerprint. This is not just unconstitutional but highly immoral and dangerous. The president was never meant to be a king, let alone a God.

We may be temporarily comforted that while Trump is president, the powers won’t be abused, but we need to eliminate the temptation. Trump will not be president forever, and one day another Obama or worse may be elected, and we cannot let them have all this power.

WIKILEAKS Just BROKE THEIR SILENCE To COMPLETELY DESTROY COMEY’s CREDIBILITY ONCE & FOR ALL … HE LIED TO CONGRESS!

Quote:LIBERATING ELDER – Yesterday James Comey, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigations, insisted that Republican Party Emails were not released in 2016 when he testified before the House Intelligence Committee.  The statement was just the latest in a long, long line of lies to come from the mouth of this unabashed political hack who is single handedly responsible for undermining any faith American’s had left in the FBI.
Luckily for Americans and the truth, Wikileaks is still out there, be it on the run for the law, and willing to risk life and limb to get the TRUTH out there. Before we get to the truth that Wikileaks reminded everyone of, lets watch Comey purger himself and further impugn his character … trust me I did not think that was possible either …

This prompted Wikileaks to rain on his parade and expose the fact that this was in fact a barefaced lie. (yeah I know, I thought it was bold or bald faced lie too but a google search reveals it was originally barefaced lie)

It seems that after shuffling words around and managing not to (in their own heads!)
-give the idea that they snoop on everyone....

'The Republican chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives intelligence committee said
on Wednesday some of President Donald Trump's personal communications may have been
caught up in "incidental" surveillance involving a foreign power in the months after the election.

Representative Devin Nunes said the information which he said was obtained from a source
he did not identify in any way, was collected legally in November, December and January - from
the Nov. 8 election to Trump's Jan. 20 inauguration - but the names of some Trump officials
involved had been "unmasked" and the communications widely disseminated within spy
agencies.

Democrats and some Republicans have been sparring over Trump posting on Twitter on
March 4 that his New York home Trump Tower was "wiretapped" by his predecessor,
President Barack Obama. Through a spokesman, Obama denied the accusation.

White House officials, and Republicans including Nunes, have since said that Trump meant
general surveillance instead of what Nunes referred to as "physical" wiretapping.

Trump said on Wednesday that he felt "somewhat" vindicated by Nunes' announcement...'

Quote:House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes told Trump yesterday that he obtained documents PROVING the FBI spied on Trump and his staff. Now we just found out the probable source of these leaked documents!

Former DOJ prosecutor Larry Klayman sent a letter telling Nunes that a CIA whistleblower had contacted him with 47 hard drives and 600 million images that PROVE Obama and Comey spied on Trump and many others!

(See The Letter Below)

Klayman went on Live TV last night to drop this bombshell and explain how James Comey is engaged in a MASSIVE COVER-UP! Watch and then SHARE on Facebook because the mainstream media won’t cover it!

BOMBSHELL: The Obama Spying Scandal Started Long Before Trump

Quote:On Tuesday, Obama’s National Security Advisor Susan Rice admitted that she used the intelligence community to spy on members of the Trump team, but this type of behavior isn’t anything new.
In fact, it appears the Obama White House had been spying on its political opponents and leaking classified information about them long before Donald Trump won the presidential election last November, Lee Smith of Tablet Magazine writes.

Remember the Iran Deal negotiations? In December 2015, The Wall Street Journal revealed that the Obama administration used the NSA to cast a wide net of surveillance around not just Israeli officials and diplomats, but American lawmakers who were friendly towards Israel as well as Jewish-American groups.

Quote:White House officials believed the intercepted information could be valuable to counter Mr. Netanyahu’s campaign. They also recognized that asking for it was politically risky. So, wary of a paper trail stemming from a request, the White House let the NSA decide what to share and what to withhold, officials said. ‘We didn’t say, ‘Do it,’ a senior U.S. official said. ‘We didn’t say, ‘Don’t do it.’
Stepped-up NSA eavesdropping revealed to the White House how Mr. Netanyahu and his advisers had leaked details of the U.S.-Iran negotiations—learned through Israeli spying operations—to undermine the talks; coordinated talking points with Jewish-American groups against the deal; and asked undecided lawmakers what it would take to win their votes, according to current and former officials familiar with the intercepts.

In other words, the Obama White House used Israel as an excuse to collect classified information on its political opponents via the NSA and then leak bits of this information to the news media in an effort to intimidate them. Smith writes.

Quote:‘At some point, the administration weaponized the NSA’s legitimate monitoring of communications of foreign officials to stay one step ahead of domestic political opponents,’ says a pro-Israel political operative who was deeply involved in the day-to-day fight over the Iran Deal. ‘The NSA’s collections of foreigners became a means of gathering real-time intelligence on Americans engaged in perfectly legitimate political activism—activism, due to the nature of the issue, that naturally involved conversations with foreigners. We began to notice the White House was responding immediately, sometimes within 24 hours, to specific conversations we were having. At first, we thought it was a coincidence being amplified by our own paranoia. After a while, it simply became our working assumption that we were being spied on.’

The White House redefined who is an agent of a foreign government in order to justify collecting classified information about American citizens, then used that information to bully them into doing what they wanted — in this case, passing the Iran Deal, he writes.

Quote:To make its case for the Iran Deal, the Obama administration redefined America’s pro-Israel community as agents of Israel. They did something similar with Trump and the Russians—whereby every Russian with money was defined as an agent of the state. Where the Israeli ambassador once was poison, now the Russian ambassador is the kiss of death—a phone call with him led to Flynn’s departure from the White House and a meeting with him landed Attorney General Jeff Sessions in hot water.

So is it really all that surprising the same administration would deploy the same spying methods to collect classified information on members of the Trump team, then leaks bits of it to the news media in an effort to de-legitimize them? Not at all, Smith writes.

Quote:Did Trump really have dealings with FSB officers? Thanks to the administration’s whisper campaigns, the facts don’t matter; that kind of contact is no longer needed to justify surveillance, whose spoils could then be weaponized and leaked. There are oligarchs who live in Trump Tower, and they all know Putin—ergo, talking to them is tantamount to dealing with the Russian state.

In other words, Trump, his transition team, and in particular Gen. Mike Flynn, didn’t have to actually be in contact with the Kremlin in order for the Obama White House to spy on them. It’s also quite possible the same administration is responsible for pumping out the narrative that Flynn was communicating with Russian agents by leaking that story to the news media in an attempt to soil his reputation beyond repair.
