Quote:Cannabis Use in Traditional Chinese Medicine

For over 4,000 years, the cannabis plant has been a reliable source for textile fibers, medicine and food. The Chinese, who are renowned for perfecting herbal medicine and concocting some of the earliest effective treatments against a range of debilitating conditions, were the first civilization to cultivate and use marijuana extensively. Ancient Chinese literature documents over 100,000 medicinal recipes and almost 2 million different types of drugs based almost exclusively on plants.

@"guohua" well my state isn't quite ready yet (even though decades of this "war" have shown otherwise) but I would gladly pay a co-pay to see my dad pass in peace at least. Hunchback, organs crushing themselves, and in pain, all he asks for is something I have to go into the ... dark ... to get. For me? I'm happy with morninga and my new GOJI BERRIES  tinycool tinybiggrin tinybiggrin tinycool

Oh My, I'm Sorry.
There is very little that can be done except to relief the pain as you've stated.

No need to be sorry at all. He was told he'd live to 25 and he's 59 this year  tinybiggrin One tough cookie (although he'd beat the crap out of me for calling him a cookie lol). I just hate that there's something currently readily available (despite the "laws" to try and prove otherwise) but when he would like it, he has to jump through hoops to get it. It shouldn't be this hard  tinyok
