The Spygate Scandal
#61
It's an old tale and as you've said, the Dems are dredging up any shite to distract the public from the debate debacle.

"...Evidence connecting Ramirez and Kavanaugh

1997 wedding.
A photo obtained by NBC News shows Ramirez and Kavanaugh in a group of wedding party members in 1997.

I've examined the photo closely and there's no evidence of penis-waggling or drunken sexual molestation!
So that calling it a connection or evidence is bunk.

"...Recent text messages. Kerry Berchem, a former Yale classmate of Kavanaugh’s, told NBC that Kavanaugh
and his legal team contacted his former friends about Ramirez’s accusation before Ramirez’s story was public.
She pointed to text messages in which another friend, Karen Yarasavage, wrote of such contact.
If true, that conflicts with Kavanaugh’s testimony that he learned of Ramirez’s allegations when they became public."

If true -This article is from October 2018 and so, if such text messages exist, they would have been produced by now.
The Latin for the second 'evidence' sentence is 'innuendos-bullsh*tus'

"...People who dispute Ramirez’s account:

Male classmate 1: Ramirez gave the New Yorker the names of three men who she says were
at the party and involved in the incident. (The outlet did not publish their names.)
The first of those is a man Ramirez says was egging on Kavanaugh. That man denied any memory
of the party to the New Yorker.

Male classmate 2: A second classmate who Ramirez said was involved in the incident told the New
Yorker, “I have zero recollection [of that happening].”

Wife of male classmate 3 and other named classmates: The New Yorker story initially included a joint
statement from six Yale classmates of Kavanaugh’s: the two male classmates who are mentioned above,
the wife of the third, unnamed male classmate who Ramirez says told her to “kiss” the penis, and three
other former Yale students who knew Kavanaugh: Dino Ewing, Louisa Garry, and Dan Murphy. It reads:

“We were the people closest to Brett Kavanaugh during his first year at Yale.
He was a roommate to some of us, and we spent a great deal of time with him,
including in the dorm where this incident allegedly took place.

Some of us were also friends with Debbie Ramirez during and after her time at Yale.
We can say with confidence that if the incident Debbie alleges ever occurred, we would
have seen or heard about it—and we did not. The behavior she describes would be
completely out of character for Brett.
In addition, some of us knew Debbie long after Yale, and she never described this incident
until Brett’s Supreme Court nomination was pending.”..."
PBS:

Can't the Dems just come up with some decent policies instead of embarrassing themselves this way?

It's just terrible how the ethics of Journalism has been allowed to die in modern times with USA Today using a
2018 article from The Indianapolis Star to spin a particular narrative.

In the piece, a political science professor -who allegedly attended Yale University at the same time as Brett
Kavanaugh, relates his beliefs on the FBI not doing a proper investigation into the Ramirez claims.

That's fine, he's entitled to his assumptions. But it doesn't make him correct and any decent Editor would've
spiked this gossip/opinion-piece due to it's lack of evidence. But just as the New York Times can attest to,
it's all about smearing President Trump with innuendo and half-truths.

It's obvious what Clinton-loving Democrat attorney Max Stier is up to.

Quote:NYT updates Kavanaugh 'bombshell' to note accuser doesn't recall alleged assault.

'The New York Times suddenly made a major revision to a supposed bombshell piece late Sunday concerning
a resurfaced allegation of sexual assault by Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh -- hours after virtually all
2020 Democratic presidential candidates had cited the original article as a reason to impeach Kavanaugh.

The update included the significant detail that several friends of the alleged victim said she did not recall the
supposed sexual assault in question at all. The Times also stated for the first time that the alleged victim refused
to be interviewed, and has made no comment about the episode.

This undated photo shows Deborah Ramirez.
Her uncorroborated allegations that Kavanaugh had exposed himself to her in college
--which came after she admitted to classmates that she was unsure Kavanaugh was
the culprit, and after she spent several days talking to a lawyer --were reported
Sept. 23, 2018, by The New Yorker magazine.

The only first-hand statement concerning the supposed attack in the original piece, which was published on
Saturday, came from a Clinton-connected lawyer [Stier] who claimed to have witnessed it.

The Times' revision says: "Editors' Note: An earlier version of this article, which was adapted from a forthcoming book,
did not include one element of the book's account regarding an assertion by a Yale classmate that friends of Brett
Kavanaugh pushed his penis into the hand of a female student at a drunken dorm party.

The book reports that the female student declined to be interviewed and friends say that she does not recall the incident.
That information has been added to the article."...'

And so the Clown Car rumbles on.

Some Anons have a couple of theories out there that the impeachment thing is Pres. Trump's idea; he wants to be impeached so it will open the door to allow him to do two certain things.
Sounds risky, but Q did say Trump would finish what JFK started (dismantling the CIA).

I'm interested to hear your thoughts on this, please.

This is an excellent video to listen to for all kinds of knowledge, but if you're in a hurry and just want to hear the two options from impeachment, go to the 1:55:30 mark.

AG Preparing to Deliver Evidence of "DEEP STATE CONSPIRACY"?

Yes, I think he is.
I've heard many citizen journalists say their D.C. sources have told them that they already have all the information needed to make high-level arrests, but the thing holding them back is, they are waiting on the public to catch up to the truth. More people need to realize how they have been lied to before this all goes public to prevent a civil war.  If they released too much too fast, Trump's team would be accused of doing it to smear his political opponents.
Take a look at who's running for 2020 and you'll see who has their name on an arrest warrant. They know it; that's why they got in the POTUS race, for protection.

So, of course, you have the democrat media puppets going full steam ahead pushing the 'Orange Man Bad', IMPEACH, IMPEACH, IMPEACH narrative.  They know they are conspirators and will be going down too if the Dems lose, which they will.

On The Dilley Show this morning, Brenden put out a hypothesis that would give President Trump a way out of being involved in the take down of his political opponents and allow the arrests of the swamp creatures to go forward.

He brought up the question that, what if Rudy Guiliani, A.G. Barr, (who also had Durham with him), traveled to Italy, Australia, and the Ukraine, and suggested those countries call for the indictment of Killary, Biden, and all others involved in trying to affect the 2016 U.S. elections, and any other corruption they were involved in, and try them in court in those countries? After all, the corruption took place on their land.

Again, this would free up the U.S. Trump Administration from being directly involved with imprisoning them and causing chaos/riots in the streets here, hopefully.

Dilley said he has a high-up source, and reading between the lines, it appeared this information came from him.  I could be wrong, but that's how I took it.

As I've stated previously, the White Hats already have all the information they need to take the swamp creatures down, but they are looking for a way to do it without causing complete chaos and divide in our own country.

I think this would work.
What do you think?   minusculethinking

Quote:Treaty With Ukraine On Mutual Legal Assistance In Criminal Matters.

'Congressional democrats have begun inquiries into impeachment of President Trump allegedly because
Trump “tried to pressure” the Ukrainians into investigating possible corruption by former VP Joe Biden and
his son.
I have not heard reference of this treaty from the democrats or the “mainstream” press.

However, Trump was entirely within his legal purview according to a treaty signed into law during the Clinton
administration: Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters.

The original treaty was signed in Kiev on July 22, 1998. Clinton transmitted the treaty to the Senate on October
19, 1999, and it was ratified by the Senate on October 18, 2000
. The following link shows Clinton’s Letter of
Transmittal, Clinton’s Letter of Submittal in which he summarizes the main points...'
Arizona Independent:

The full text of the treaty.

LETTER OF TRANSMITTAL
THE WHITE HOUSE, November 10, 1999.

To the Senate of the United States:
With a view to receiving the advice and consent of the Senate to ratification, I transmit herewith the Treaty Between the United
States of America and Ukraine on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters with Annex, signed at Kiev on July 22, 1998.

I transmit also, for the information of the Senate, an exchange of notes which was signed on September 30, 1999, which provides
for its provisional application, as well as the report of the Department of State with respect to the Treaty.

The Treaty is one of a series of modern mutual legal assistance treaties being negotiated by the United States in order to counter
criminal activities more effectively.

The Treaty should be an effective tool to assist in the prosecution of a wide variety of crimes, including drug trafficking offenses.
The Treaty is self-executing. It provides for a broad range of cooperation in criminal matters.

Mutual assistance available under the Treaty includes: taking of testimony or statements of persons; providing documents, records,
and articles of evidence; serving documents; locating or identifying persons; transferring persons in custody for testimony or other
purposes; executing requests for searches and seizures; assisting in proceedings related to restraint, confiscation, forfeiture of
assets, restitution, and collection of fines; and any other form of assistance not prohibited by the laws of the requested state.

I recommend that the Senate give early and favorable consideration to the Treaty and give its advice and consent to ratification.

No, you're not missing a thing.
The Demos want to put him in jail (for doing his job) because the corruption he is about to expose is theirs (the Dems).  But, I think everyone is beginning to see this now. If not, they are completely blind and brainwashed by the crooked media.

Quote:Rush Limbaugh played an audio of James Clapper on his Monday show.

On the tape, Clapper asked if he and other members of the Obama administration should have turned down Obama’s request to spy on the Trump campaign.

We actually knew or at least strongly suspected that Obama was behind the spying in 2018, when texts between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page indicated that “The White House is running this”. Will Adam Schiff demand hearings on this? Will he move to impeach Obama? (Yes, you can impeach a president after he leaves office) I don’t think that will ever happen.

The Great Rush Limbaugh today played audio of former DNI James Clapper admitting on CNN that Barack Obama made them all spy on President Trump and his campaign.

This was a huge admission by James Clapper. Obama was behind it all. Obama was making the calls to have the FBI and CIA spy on Trump advisers all over Europe.

This is what we all suspected all along.

Burisma paid Joe Biden $900,000 for lobbying – Ukrainian MP.

'KYIV. Oct 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden received $900,000 for lobbying
activities from Burisma Group, Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada member Andriy Derkach said citing investigation
materials.

Derkach publicized documents which, as he said, "describe the mechanism of getting money by Biden Sr."
at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine's press center in Kyiv on Wednesday.

"This was the transfer of Burisma Group's funds for lobbying activities, as investigators believe, personally to
Joe Biden through a lobbying company. Funds in the amount of $900,000 were transferred to the U.S.-based
company Rosemont Seneca Partners, which according to open sources, in particular, the New York Times,
is affiliated with Biden.
The payment reference was payment for consultative services," Derkach said.

He also publicized sums that were transferred to Burisma Group representatives, in particular Hunter Biden,
a son of the former U.S. vice president.

"According to the documents, Burisma paid no less than $16.5 million to [former Polish President, who became
an independent director at Burisma Holdings in 2014] Aleksander Kwasniewski, [chairman of the Burisma board
of independent directors] Alan Apter, [Burisma independent director] Devon Archer and Hunter Biden [who joined
the Burisma board of directors in 2014]," Derkach said.

"Using political and economic levelers of influencing Ukrainian authorities and manipulating the issue of providing
financial aid to Ukraine, Joe Biden actively assisted closing criminal cases into the activity of former Ukrainian
Ecology Minister Mykola Zlochevsky, who is the founder and owner of Burisma Group," he said.

"Biden's fifth visit to Kyiv on December 7-8, 2015 was devoted to making a decision on the resignation of [then
Ukrainian Prosecutor General] Viktor Shokin over the case of Zlochevsky and Burisma.
Loan guarantees worth $1 billion that the United States was to give to Ukraine was the point of pressure.

Biden himself admitted exerting pressure in his speech at the Council of Foreign Relations in January 2018,
calling Shokin 'son of a bitch who was fired'," Derkach said.
The timeline of events proves that the U.S. linked the Zlochevsky case to loan guarantees, he said.

After the decree dismissing Shokin was published on April 3, 2016, the governments of the United States and
Ukraine signed a loan guarantee agreement worth $1 billion, several months later, on June 3, he said.

"In this case, there are facts should be subject to investigation. There is an agency that has powers to investigate
them; the U.S. Department of Justice. If the Ukrainian Prosecutor General signs documents and send them to U.S.
Department of Justice without any requests, he will accomplish his mission," he said, adding that the Ukrainian
Prosecutor General has such powers.

"Considering international corruption in public is a way-out for President Zelensky. I am certain that he is not
involved in international corruption," Derkach said.

It was reported earlier that Derkach publicized correspondence between the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of
Ukraine (NABU) and officers of the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv. According to publicized correspondence, starting from
July 14, 2017, the lists of criminal proceedings undertaken by NABU officers were sent from the electronic mailbox
of Polina Chyzh, an assistant to NABU first deputy head Gizo Uglava, to the electronic mailbox of Hanna Yemelianova,
a legal specialist of the anti-corruption program of the U.S. Justice Department at U.S. Embassy in Ukraine.

Derkach also said that NABU-leak materials will be published on his Facebook account and materials that he got from
investigating journalists have already been passed to Ukraine's State Bureau of Investigations and the Prosecutor's
General Office.

He also said he will initiate the creation of an ad hoc parliamentary investigative commission and has already
requested launching a criminal case against Ukrainian officials into interference into U.S. elections.
The court session is scheduled for October 21, he said.

Burisma Holdings is a Cyprus-registered gas producing company holding assets in Ukraine. It is one of Ukraine's
top-three independent gas producers headquartered in Kyiv. Zlochevsky is the founder and the ultimate beneficiary
owner of the company...'

2019: Year of the boomerang.  Everything the Deep State crooks have done is coming back to expose them. Lock them up!

This report from the Gateway Pundit shows how the blackberry phones discovered during General Flynn's court case leads straight back to John Brennan.

Uh-oh.  Hope you like the color orange, you POS, 'cause you're about to see it for a long time!

Mifsud’s Phones Obtained by Durham Have UK Sim Cards Tying Them to the UK — AND BACK TO JOHN BRENNAN

Quote:General Michael Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell a few days ago requested that the DOJ turn over the contents of two phones related to Joseph Mifsud.  We now know those phones were from the UK, the country that his more suspect than Russia ever was!

Sidney Powell on Tuesday demanded the DOJ “produce evidence that has only recently come into [the DOJ’s] possession. This evidence includes the data and metadata of the following two devices:”

Powell wrote in her request –
Quote:“This information is material, exculpatory, and relevant to the defense of Mr. Flynn, and specifically to the “OCONUS LURES” and agents that western intelligence tasked against him likely as early as 2014 to arrange — unbeknownst to him — “connection” with certain Russians that they would then use against him in their false claims. The phones were used by Mr. Joseph Mifsud.”

We were the first to point out
that there was more than one spy working to derail the Trump team back in 2015 in our post in June 2018.  The President retweeted information in our post only to be ridiculed by the corrupt media – to this day Wikipedia claims Trump was incorrect

You'll have to click on the title to read all the 'meat' between the beginning to how it ties back to Brennan. It's a long article with lots of pictures.

All roads to Russia run through and to the UK.  And all roads lead to John Brennan.

Now, after the information above came out, we see that Durham wants to speak with Clapper and Brennan.
Wonder why?   minusculethinking tinylaughing

Quote:A review launched by Attorney General William Barr into the origins of the Russia investigation has expanded significantly amid concerns about whether the probe has any legal or factual basis, multiple current and former officials told NBC News.

The prosecutor conducting the review, Connecticut U.S. Attorney John Durham, has expressed his intent to interview a number of current and former intelligence officials involved in examining Russia’s effort to interfere in the 2016 presidential election, including former CIA Director John Brennan and former director of national intelligence James Clapper, Brennan told NBC News.

Four Different Reports Released Last Night...

Quote:Last night was historic.  The news coming out on four fronts indicates that the Deep State should be very worried.  Those of us uncovering the many corrupt actions taken by President Obama’s Deep State have been looking forward to this day for some time!

Ooooo... I bet certain people are shaking in their boots!  GOOD!

Quote:[Image: obama-deep-state-600x300.jpg]
Last night was historic.  The news coming out on four fronts indicates that the Deep State should be very worried.  Those of us uncovering the many corrupt actions taken by President Obama’s Deep State have been looking forward to this day for some time!

Last night it was as if the planets aligned against the Deep State.  On four different fronts it’s now clear that the crooks in the Obama Administration should be very worried.

1. The FISA Report
The first event reported is that the DOJ IG’s FISA report is about to be released.  FOX News reported yesterday the following –
Quote:Justice Department Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz told Senate and House lawmakers Thursday that the process of finalizing his report into potential Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) abuses ahead of the 2016 presidential election was “nearing completion,” according to a letter obtained by Fox News.
The “lengthy” draft report “concerns sensitive national security and law enforcement matters,” Horowitz wrote in the letter, adding that he anticipated “the final report will be released publicly with few redactions.”
Horowitz noted that he did not anticipate a need to prepare or issue “separate classified and public versions of the report.”

Of course this is nothing new to those of us who have been following the Russia Hoax scandal.  We knew this was eventually going to come out.  The news overnight is that the report “will be released publicly with few redactions”.  This means that negotiations over redactions were either mute or they weren’t happening.

Quote:2. AG Barr and John Durham’s Investigation into Deep State crimes

Last night we also received word that AG Barr’s Justice Department’s review into the actions of Deep State players before and after the 2016 election by DA John Durham has turned into a criminal investigation.  The far-left New York Times broke the story –

Quote:3. Sidney Powell’s filing Regarding General Flynn’s case

We also found out late last night that Sidney Powell is aware of numerous documents and actions by Obama’s Deep State that have been withheld from General Flynn that are damning to the government’s case.  These are so damning that she is asking the court to dismiss the case against General Flynn.

What we learned is that among other things, former Deep State and FBI attorney Lisa Page altered the 302 document materially in a manner that implicated General Flynn for lying to the FBI.  She then lied about making the edits. Page of course was the paramour of the most corrupt FBI Agent in history, Peter Strzok.

Quote:4. Recent Reports regarding Obama VP Biden’s pay-for-play scandals

We also learned last night that Joe Biden during the time he was Obama’s VP, partook in actions resulting in payments to him and his son Hunter.  These payments go beyond the Ukraine and China.  Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani claimed previously that Biden was suspect of a pay-for-plan scandal in Romania.  NBC News last night posted this piece –

You can read more on each of these here:  GET YOUR POPCORN READY – Four Different Reports Released Last Night Indicate the Days Ahead Will be Devastating for the DEEP STATE!

So Lisa Page waits, after all this time, to a week before the IG report is to come out to speak to the press about how it hurt her feelings that the President called her bad names.
I'd say the President's "feelings" have been hurt by what she and all the other "evil ones" have been trying to do to him for the past three years too.  Pfft!

Quote:Former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino said on Monday that ex-FBI lawyer Lisa Page breaking her silence to push back on President Trump’s name-calling is more evidence that the “deep-staters” are in a panic.
“You understand the panic these deep-staters are in right now? That’s why they are coming out and doing these stories,” Bongino said on “Fox & Friends.”

LISA PAGE BREAKS SILENCE, SAYING TRUMP'S 'FAKE ORGASM' FORCED HER TO SPEAK OUT

In an interview published late Sunday, Page, the ex-FBI lawyer who carried on an extramarital affair with former FBI head of counterintelligence Peter Strzok as the two exchanged anti-Trump text messages, said she was breaking her silence.

“Honestly, his demeaning fake orgasm was really the straw that broke the camel’s back," she said.
The 39-year-old Page was referring to Trump's comments about her and Strzok at an October rally.
Trump performed a passionate, dramatic reading of Strzok and Page's August 2016 text messages, including Strzok's conspicuous promise to Page that "we'll stop" Trump from becoming president. At the time, Strzok was overseeing the Hillary Clinton email investigation and the probe into the Trump campaign.

There are some "journalists" out there who think nothing will come from the Spygate investigations.  Some think the report will come out all at once, but according to Brian Cates from The Epoch Times, he’s already quietly doing it.

Quote:The Declassification of Key SpyGate Evidence Has Already Begun

Because many people have an unrealistic expectation of how Attorney General William Barr would go about declassifying the remaining SpyGate evidence and starting investigations based upon that newly declassified evidence, they don’t realize he’s already quietly doing it.

There is this expectation fixed in people’s minds that there will be some sort of official announcement, like a press conference or something, where Barr will hold up a binder full of documents and declare he’s just now done the long anticipated declassification of all the remaining classified SpyGate documents.

But that is not how Barr has been using the declassification powers that President Trump delegated to him back in May of this year. Instead of declassifying key documents all at once, dramatically, Barr has been doing it quietly one key document at a time.

That’s right. Barr has already been declassifying and releasing some of the key SpyGate evidence collected by IG Horowitz to at least one US Attorney we know of; John Durham. It is why we keep seeing announcements that Durham is expanding his criminal investigation into the origins of the RussiaGate hoax. In just the past week it was announced that Durham was now opening up two new fronts in his criminal probe:

  1. A criminal case against a former FBI lawyer who was discovered to have altered a key FISA document and
  2. An investigation into suspicious contracts out of the Pentagon’s Office of Net Assessment [ONA] being awarded to key SpyGate informant Stefan Halper

Barr has also taken action to give very recently declassified SpyGate evidence to the lawyers of the target of a malicious prosecution by the Mueller Special Counsel as it worked in concert with the SpyGate plotters.  Sidney Powell, who is lead defense counsel for Lt. General Michael Flynn, revealed this newly declassified SpyGate evidence that had long been held back by the DOJ in her explosive court filing back on November 4.

The evidence consists of text messages and emails exchanged between former FBI officials Peter Strzok & Lisa Page in which they not only discuss tampering with the FD-302 form from the Flynn interview, they are also seen talking about how they can influence the judge who was presiding over Flynn’s case.

The Strzok/Page texts had been previously released but in a very heavily redacted form. Quietly, without fanfare or any public announcement, suddenly Flynn’s defense counsel was in possession of not only the unredacted text messages, but also may have been a draft section of Horowitz’s FISA report.

This is because Powell’s court filing contains an eye-opening three page exhibit in which Lisa Page is being interviewed by OIG investigators who ask her if she had made any material changes to the Flynn 302 form. When she denies having made any edits to the only official record of the Flynn interview, upon which the charge of perjury against him was founded, the OIG investigators then confronted Page with her own text messages exchanged with Peter Stzok, causing her to immediately change her story and admit she had edited the form.

Recall that IG Horowitz first surfaced to hand off the first collection of SpyGate-related evidence to Congress in early December of 2017.  That included a very large batch of Strzok/Page text messages.  The Strzok/Page text messages that were unredacted got an immense amount of press coverage.

Later, some text messages were unredacted in which the pair is seen discussing attempting to influence Judge Rudolph Contreras, who was presiding over Flynn’s perjury case.

[Immediately after General Flynn pleaded guilty to a single count of perjury with that 302 form as the key evidence, Judge Contreras was suddenly recused from the case and replaced by Judge Emmet Sullivan]

At no time in the next two years, did we see the text messages that revealed Strzok and Page had also been discussing tampering with the FD-302 form from the Flynn interview at the White House back on January 24, 2017.
This means Barr must have not only recently declassified these particular Strzok/Page texts about tampering with the 302 form, the Attorney General went a step further and paved the way for this now declassified key SpyGate evidence to be given to Flynn’s lawyers.

It is transparently obvious that Powell is able to legally use this official FBI document as an exhibit in her court filing because this is an authorized disclosure and the Attorney General approved it.  Because if it was not an authorized disclosure, Powell would not dare use it in an official court filing.

At this point, it’s pretty clear the 302 tampering texts are included in Horowitz’s FISA report. So Barr made an early authorized disclosure to Flynn’s defense team. Watch, you’ll see I’m right when the report is released, and the 302 editing texts are in there.

If you think top FBI officials getting caught tampering with an official document that, after they had altered it, was used to make a bogus perjury charge against General Flynn won’t result in criminal prosecutions, you and I are just going to have to disagree about that.

Quote:'...The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S.
presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken.

It is also clear that, from its inception, the evidence produced by the investigation was consistently exculpatory.
Nevertheless, the investigation and surveillance was pushed forward for the duration of the campaign and deep
into President Trump’s administration.

In the rush to obtain and maintain FISA surveillance of Trump campaign associates, FBI officials misled the FISA
court, omitted critical exculpatory facts from their filings, and suppressed or ignored information negating the
reliability of their principal source.

The Inspector General found the explanations given for these actions unsatisfactory.
While most of the misconduct identified by the Inspector General was committed in 2016 and 2017 by a small group
of now-former FBI officials, the malfeasance and misfeasance detailed in the Inspector General’s report reflects
a clear abuse of the FISA process...'
