Banners Like There's No Tomorrow!
Wednesday was almost a repeat of Monday's and Tuesday's sailing of the doldrums
except for Boy In A Dress' visit to the mother-in-law's.

Later, as we sat in the garden and enjoyed the cool breeze, he related to me that
the couple of depraved old gents from across the road were up to their antics again.

It was during the time that BIAD was trimming a trellis-clinging group of wisteria-vines,
when he noticed from his loftier position that a bird had attempted to build a nest among
the flimsy limbs and told Saucy Stan and Salad-Fingers Fred that they should be quiet.

The pair were obviously looking on with hopes of getting an eyeful of what the Man-Girl
carried under his dress... and in a way they did.

"There..." gasped Fred "... I can see it and there's a fat featherless cuckoo chick looking
at me" the pocket-shuffling pervert added and pulled his partner-in-grime to witness his
sighting.

BIAD looked down and placing the secateurs to one side, corrected the opinion on his view.
"That's me, the branches have snagged me-dress" he murmured from above them and
shrugged his bare-shoulders to indicate an apology.

Fred nodded without taking his eyes from the wisteria and answered " Yeah, I know"

Boy In A Dress stayed over at Mrs. Miggins' house until midnight yesterday and hence,
no artwork. Luckily, Friday's weather kept him close to my garden and the nearest thing
he did in as-far as work, was to help me build my new work-bench.

He held the nuts and bolts... which is probably new to him.

There was no art on Saturday as Boy In A Dress accompanied my wife and I to a
house-warming party next-door.

BIAD mingled with the people there and I caught him twice peeking through a small gap
in the neighbour's fence at our own garden. I assumed he was wondering on the different
view.

Crouching their and looking back into his environment, I smiled and blushed as the guests
came to the reality that the weird no-eyes Man-Girl from next-door didn't enjoy underwear.

"That's quite a crack..." the female host said as she offered me some food, "...I hope I can
replace the board before winter comes" she added as I gently nudged BIAD to distract him
with some fodder.

"Yes... replied BIAD as he jammed a whole sandwich into his gob "...it looks like someone
widened it with a metal bar" he continued and it was around there that I lost my appetite.

It didn't rain, so I suppose that's something. But Monday was quiet with Boy In A Dress
busying himself inside his shed and I watching the Epstein drama unfold.

So, I felt that some more Facebook art was needed!

After perusing Boy In A Dress' latest artwork, I think it's obvious that Mystic Wanderer
has something over the bare-thighed maniac.

Whatever happened to the banners BIAD used to do...? I have no idea, but I'd wager
there's a Polaroid picture somewhere in Mystic's possession and something more than
the Man-Girl's name is on it!

With Wednesday's weather adjusting back to a typical British summer, Boy In A Dress
did very little work around the mother-in-law's home due to the drizzle.

I cannot testify to this, but any of Stan and Fred's usual demands on cunning acts to
get BIAD to unknowingly reveal his anatomy must've been quashed with the Man-Girl's
lack of gardening.

However, BIAD did mention he repaired the runners on the mum-in-law's front-window
curtains, so there's a chance as he reached up...

It's been a breezy Thursday where clothes were washed and dried and genitalia were
exposed due to wind-lifted dress hem... and it wasn't me.

Boy In A Dress spent most of the day adjusting the growing vines of passionflower that
are quietly covering his shed roof. It's the whispering to it that bothers me.

As the drizzling rain continued on Friday morning, I decided to slip between the
drops and prune a cherry tree that stand close to Boy In A Dress' shed.

BIAD watching me up the ladder, pointed to young branches that I'd missed and
basically ordered me about. That was until a large hidden bumble-bee decided to
sting me on my arm for disrupting his shelter from the rain.

The Man-Girl immediately went into explaining that he too, had once become a
victim to these flying striped pullovers and it was only by ignoring the pulsing sting
in my skin that I managed to convince him to not show me where the bee had done
its thing.
It involved him lifting his hem.

(I know-I know, the gag is remove the pain, but leave the swelling.)

A very windy Saturday finds Boy In A Dress showing his... well, his 'inner-self' as he stands
outside my house awaiting the arrival of his Disco friends.

With red talon-hands, the poor Man-Girl is struggling control his hem in order to stop Mrs.
Miggins across the road -and at her front window, from giggling.

There's a low whistling sound that I'm putting down to the way the fence is situated beside
the longs strands of a large flaccid Flax, although BIAD keeps looking down at himself.

Hurry up guys.

A cup of coffee in the peace of Sunday, that was Boy In A Dress and I.
We didn't do much except watch nature preparing early and only slightly
for the other season that involves falling leaves.

Mind you, the bulbous passionflower fruits that swing in the late-summer
breeze reminds me of someone... but I can't think who.

Phew... after a couple of days idling, Boy In A Dress and I really kicked the crap out
of the garden today. I mowed the outer-lawn whilst BIAD chatted with Mrs. Miggins
from across the road.

Then I cleared the gutter in the road of weeds, the act I pay the Council to do and as
I stood up to stretch my aching back, I noticed the Man-Girl was busy discussing the
concerns of rearing a puppy with a passing dog-walker.

Finally, as I cleared away the tools after cleaning them, BIAD patted me on my sweaty
back and said I deserved a nice cup of tea.
Yer' know, some days, I could just...

A couple of weeks ago, we treated ourselves to a new bed and this morning, it arrived.

The wood from the old one will be cannibalised for future projects and the mattress had
an appointment with the town dump. Of course, Boy In A Dress enjoys a visit to the Council
-ran facility and so jamming the buxom Man-Girl into the back of the car with the sagging
bed-cushion, we set off.

When we got there and seeing BIAD squashed against the rear-window in an embarrassing
position, the workers at the tip were wanting me to accept their monies if I just left BIAD in
the car for a few more minutes.

Disgraceful in my opinion.

It's that time again... Wednesday and I'm not sure whether I've mentioned it before
but my 94 year-old mother-in-law's eyesight isn't what it was half a century ago.

Also, she'd had a new refrigerator delivered on Monday and the little inner-bulb had
stopped working yesterday. After slowly explaining that the light didn't stay on after
the mum-in-law closed the door, Boy In A Dress assured that he'd check it out.

Being one of those smaller units, the Man-Girl got on his knees and examined the
dull bulb -which has an ironic connotation that I'll leave alone. My wife's mother looked
on at the blurred scene before her and she hoped the devastating incident wouldn't spoil
her afternoon matinee-watching.

"There's a bulb in the drawer near the sink" BIAD said from within the fridge and not
wishing to stifle BIAD's gardening tasks, the elderly lady rushed to find it.

Fumbling around inside the cupboard, her gnarled fingers found the bulb and with a
dentured-smile, she raced to pass it to the hunkered hermaphrodite.

BIAD told me later that by the feel of the bulb being accidentally inserted into his rectum,
it wouldn't have been any good for the fridge. More like something for the lounge he added
and walked gingerly back to his shed.
Wednesdays... why can't we have just a normal day?

It's been a bit late in the day of artwork delivery. This was due to Boy In A Dress
spending most of his Thursday up at the spinster's house.
Repairs, I guess.

My back is aching and my arms are sunburnt, but today has been a good one.

The mother-in-law's new refrigerator was being swapped out for one that had
the unique ability to have a light that worked and so Boy In A Dress and I agreed
to wait for its delivery.

Her back-garden obtained an almost complete makeover during our stay and we
sweated buckets in the late-summer sun. I'm just about to go in the shower and
BIAD has just finished setting his own form of washing himself.

That garden-hose comes in handy, but I'm sure he could've found a hook or
something to fasten it on instead of asking my better-half to stand there holding
it.
The hose, I mean.

Guohua's hot sunshine must have taken a left at Albuquerque* and ended up here
because Saturday afternoon is an absolute scorcher.

Boy In A Dress is panting with the heat, standing there beneath the window where
I'm watching him waiting for his crazy-mates and his rapid 'chest-movement' is
making me feel a little uncomfortable.

It'll be a sweaty Disco tonight.
