Sorry if we sound Hateful and Racist. But my husband has his reasons.

All reservations are not equal.

That's like saying that every town in America is exactly like Chicago.

As to what the ruling was actually about, turns out that he committed the crime on sovereign Territory.

Meaning it is not technically US territory so they have no actual jurisdiction.

This particular guy needs to be brought before a Creek Nation Judge and have the book thrown at him.

Then popped right into General population in a Muskogee jail.

He won't live long there.

As far as sounding hateful and racist, you most certainly do.

Your husband's issues with his Tribe do not reflect the majority of Native Americans OR their particular Tribes.

But self-hating Native Americans isn't exactly a new thing for me, so....

I suppose you think all people in small towns and cities live crime free, they don't and he you would look at the statistics, you would find a large problem with alcohol abuse and drug abuse and crime.

I'll find a site where people of "my kind" are welcomed for their own personal intellect and not torn down because of the color of their skin or their culture.
