The ruling by U.S. District Court Judge Haywood Gilliam, who is an appointee of former President Barack Obama, ruled to permanently block the $2.5 billion after issuing a temporary injunction in May to stop the administration’s use of the funds. The ruling stymies several construction projects in California, Arizona, and New Mexico.

So they can control the American People's Everyday Life, if that Judge wanted to make a difference for the poor and working middle class in California, why didn't this P O S Judge do something good, like stop the new Gas Tax in California that will rise 5.6 cents per gallon more to 47.3 cents per gallon from 41.7 cents.
No, that tax will be needed to give all Illegals Free Healthcare so the poor middle class will still be left with having to support the Illegals.
