WEF partners with Big Tech and governments to police Internet, encourage ‘coordinated action’ against unauthorized voices deemed ‘harmful’ to collective psyche.
The World Economic Forum announced June 29 it will initiate a new “public-private partnership” with Big Tech and governments around the world to identify and uproot all opinions from the Internet that it considers “harmful.”
The WEF is one of those elitist organizations that wields enormous influence over the elected leaders of Western nations but which almost nobody in the general population has heard of.
Its members are internationalist corporate honchos and technocrats who meet once a year in Davos with the stated goal of working to “shape global, regional and industry agendas.”
It made a big splash last year with its highly touted “Great Reset,” which promises to use the pandemic as an “opportunity” to crash the world’s dollar-based, capitalist economic system and “build back better” under a more socialist and globally integrated system that mirrors the United Nations Agenda 2030 goals for Sustainable Development.
Any politician you hear using the term “build back better” [Biden-Harris-Trudeau-Johnson repeat this mantra daily] you know has drunk the poisonous Kool-Aid of the World Economic Forum and its founder, Klaus Schwab [pictured below].
[Image: v-dnmpgaf5rq1d4lp0kwqe9olnmiqejnn-wtpzffwo0.jpg?w=1024]
Schwab’s latest venture is the so-called “Global Coalition for Digital Safety” that consists of execs from Big Tech and government officials with the goal of creating a “global framework” for regulating speech on the Internet, wiping it of so-called “harmful content.”
[I could not help but think of the Committee of Public Safety that conducted the reign of terror during the French Revolution.]
And who gets to define what’s “harmful”? Why, the global coalition set up by the elitist WEF of course!
The harmful” content targeted by this Global Coalition for Digital Safety you can bet will be tailor made to entrap those who stand for limited government, traditional values and individual freedom. Those of us who still believe in such things will not be included in the WEF’s definition “inclusive,” “equality” or “diversity.”
“The Global Coalition for Digital Safety is a public private platform for global, multi stakeholder cooperation to develop innovations and advance collaborations that tackle harmful content and conduct online,” states the WEF on its website.
Microsoft immediately announced it was on board with the WEF’s plan to squelch free speech on the Internet.
Chief digital safety officer for Microsoft Courtney Gregoire stated:
Technology offers tools to learn, play, connect, and contribute to solving some of the world’s greatest challenges. But digital safety harms remain a threat to these possibilities. As the World Economic Forum is uniquely positioned to accelerate the public-private collaboration needed to advance digital safety globally, Microsoft is eager to participate and help build whole-of-society solutions to this whole-of-society problem.”
Facebook also seems excited to get started on finding new ways to groom users to start thinking about turning in their friends for wrongthink. The social media giant has begun sending cryptic messages to some users that read as follows:
“Are you concerned that someone you know is becoming an extremist?”
See screenshot below that one user received from Facebook today, July 1, and sent to this reporter.
[Image: fb-screenshot-2021-07-01-at-2.23.00-pm-e...57517.jpeg]
This program fits perfectly with the rhetoric coming out of Washington since Biden claimed the presidency.
Biden and his attorney general, Merrick Garland, take every opportunity to talk about “extremists” on the right being the “biggest threat to our democracy.” This is a classic propaganda technique used to turn public sentiment against a targeted demographic. The Nazis perfected this, using the media to blame all of Germany’s problems on Jews before they actually started rounding them up and making them disappear.
The next phase in this evil plan is to encourage Americans to turn each other in to the online thought police. What happens next, after one has been reported to Facebook, Google or Microsoft? Will the tech giants turn those accused of thought crimes by their online “friends” and “followers” over to Biden’s politicized FBI? This is exactly how it works in China.
Readers of this blog know that China is the model being touted by those who believe in the Great Reset. Now their plans are right out in the open on the World Economic Forum website with this announcement of their Global Coalition for Digital Safety.
The WEF states:
“With the growing challenge to counter health misinformation, violent extremist and terrorist content, and the exploitation of children online, there is an urgent need for more deliberate global coordination to improve digital safety.
“The Global Coalition for Digital Safety aims to accelerate public-private cooperation to tackle harmful content online and will serve to exchange best practices for new online safety regulation, take coordinated action to reduce the risk of online harms, and drive forward collaboration on programs to enhance digital media literacy.”
In the above quote, notice how sneakily the WEF lumps spreaders of “health misinformation” – that would be anyone who expresses reticence about experimental mass vaccination programs, COVID lockdowns, mandatory mask wearing, etc. – in with violent extremists, terrorists and child traffickers. How clever.
The WEF has the audacity to claim its coalition will be “impartial” in policing the Internet. This is the same organization run by Schwab, who openly states that the pandemic should be exploited as a “unique window of opportunity” to fundamentally change the way the people live, work, do business and fit into society.
“The Forum is uniquely positioned to leverage its impartial platform and convening power to drive public-private cooperation amongst key stakeholders focused on improving safety online,” the WEF states in its release about the new coalition.
The WEF sets itself up as the global arbiter that defines terms like “harmful content” and “misinformation.” It also laments the fact that encrypted social media channels like Telegram and Signal are able to allow users to communicate free of censorship and spying.
Here are its recommendations for “key focus areas that now require coordinated action” by governments and their Big Tech allies:
1. Share Best Practices on Safety Standards: Exchange knowledge on policies and practices for improving online safety, considering content policies, remedies, transparency reports, use of data, and new technologies
2. Address Balance of Privacy and Safety: Share best practices on addressing the growing tension between privacy and safety as harmful content on encrypted channels risks evading detection
3. Market Competition: Drive better alignment between regulations focused on safety and competition to foster market innovation and enable consumer choice
4. Cross-Jurisdictional Content Cooperation: Enable action on content that spans jurisdictions and requires greater coordination amongst countries (e.g. content created in one county but causing harm in another)
5. Definitional Alignment: Support work on consistent definitions for content categories, such as self-harm and cyber-bullying to enable standardized enforcement, reporting, and measurement across regions.
If COVID taught us anything, it’s that Big Tech social-media platforms, in league with global power elites, defined for us what is allowed and not allowed to be said on the Internet.
Posts that challenge the official narrative about the virus and the best way to respond to it were immediately censored, either tagged with warnings meant to discredit the posts or removed all together.
The most typical reason for such censorship was that these posts “violated community standards,” which consist of mysterious, vaguely worded legalese that nobody reads.
Big Tech corporations are also increasingly working in concert with governments around the world, including in the U.S. and the ruling Chinese Communist Party in China, to regulate what people are allowed to see on the Internet.
But all of this control over the free flow of information is not enough for some of the global power elites.
Now they are ready to take their Gestapo tactics to the next level.
They want to turn us against each other.
Don’t let them do it.
Now is the time for all freedom-loving patriots in nations across the world to wake up, rise up, recognize these tactics as divisive and anti-human, and unite against this pernicious group of global predators.

An exceptionally good explanation of what the overused phrase "build back better" REALLY means!

Quote:The WEF sets itself up as the global arbiter that defines terms like “harmful content” and “misinformation.” It also laments the fact that encrypted social media channels like Telegram and Signal are able to allow users to communicate free of censorship and spying.

I think I detect another assault on encryption coming... they hate encryption, because they can't get into YOUR shit if you use it properly.

Quote:2. Address Balance of Privacy and Safety: Share best practices on addressing the growing tension between privacy and safety as harmful content on encrypted channels risks evading detection

Yup, no doubt about it. Encryption is going to come under fire again.

Quote:3. Market Competition: Drive better alignment between regulations focused on safety and competition to foster market innovation and enable consumer choice

AHA! That answers a question I had the other day about those creepy Facebook commercials they've been showing on TV here with a bunch of kids promoting "updating internet regulations". It made no sense for Facebook to call for more regulation, which could bite Facebook in the ass, but what they want it appears is regulations THEY write to institute censorship on free speech.

Imagine that.

BUT - if all the information you get is controlled, and you are therefore not getting ALL of the information, how are you supposed to make an INFORMED "consumer choice"? That section translates into English as "you will buy what we tell you to buy, and we will rake in your money like bandits". But hey, these are the same people who are telling us "you will own nothing and be happy"... so, if we own nothing, what else are we going to spend our money on other than what they tell us to spend it on?

Quote:4. Cross-Jurisdictional Content Cooperation: Enable action on content that spans jurisdictions and requires greater coordination amongst countries (e.g. content created in one county but causing harm in another)

Oh, but wait - there's more! Since we only have to obey law in the country we happen to be in at the time, they want to fix that little problem. My bet is that they will try to standardize laws to the least common denominator across all national lines, creating a defacto one world society. The least common denominator means the most restrictive laws, so we would all be bound to follow, for example, CCP laws wherever we are in the world, or Venezuelan law, or Cuban law... you get the drift here.

Quote:5.

There it is again... "standardized enforcement, reporting, and measurement across regions". That means enforcement of CCP law in Washington DC, Bristol England, and St Petersburg Russia, just to name a few of the points on Earth. All other points on Earth would also necessarily fall under CCP law as well, every single square millimeter of the Earth's surface.

No thanks. They can take their internet and cram it up their asses if that's the way they want to go. I lived a very long time without the internet, without it ever even being a thing at all. I can do it again, no problem.

Things like this are why I recommend two things: hard copy books, and downloading all the digital information you can while you still CAN. It's entirely possible for them to prevent Thought Criminals from accessing the information on teh internet, but they can't do anything with what you already have in hand. Especially if you encrypt it. And make multiple backup copies for safekeeping and disperse them to various other locations.

Piss on them AND their "better" build-back.

What they appear not to realize is that there are just people in this world who will not allow their rights to freedom and self defense to be legislated away. When that Evil Day comes, they will simply ignore "law" that is counter to survival...

... and wreak havoc.

Hand-crank Short Wave Radios.....I think if it is not resolved by twenty four 2024, we will quickly and regionally decay to tribal/regional mindsets by need Then you better be loaded in more ways than, well you .........
I think it's coming, and having rural property is conducive to the formation of a Hacienda....an armed hacienda. multi family with arms, surrounded by any property bordering yours. Many cells. At least that is as it is here at this juncture in time. cushion-safety as all my possible neighbors are god guys, good guys, LEO's and positive contributors. The only others in distant towns.........MASS HYSTERIA  in the streets, killing for little to no reason, looting etc. We have seen what it becomes. Boarded up town blocks, all the buildings sequestered and taken over. Lots of ruin... Finally take  care of that racial problem you were said by the media to have. No the days are coming. Want Some More.................................. God's watching all the while, time coming to the prescribed Moment. Judgment.....yes judgment. Then it will seem like we are far past the good ol days, coming to a flaming fiery crash.

AH..... but I won't burden you with all that, lets live for today, that is the only thing we have cultivated a skill for.            no, really *Everything else is FAITH*  Seems anyone can have it, or cast it afar, finally it will be much needed.

                                                                 .......................................................................................then there's that.....

Anyone that has been around the net for at least the last twelve years, knows what is coming.

The cry for pulling the plug, has been around for ages and, has been ignored for just as long.

I am old enough to remember a time when no one in my community had telephones, or TV's. The first two years in the country house, we had no running water, or electricity. We survived. We were happy. We thrived, and we grew.

The internet has been more successful than they ever dreamed. The Hopi spoke of an end time prophecy were the world would be covered in a web, that all the world would be able to see.

We are like junkies screaming for a fix. The internet is not a bastion for freedom. It is a damn trap.

Many will start to realize this way too late. That is why they are fighting so hard to escalate the herding of the masses.

The census just gives them an estimate for how many troops they will need. Door to doors allows each area to set up their bases, and determine the specific needs for containment in each area.

I am beginning to think those that say the vaccine is a covert chipping device, may be on to something. At least it doesn't sound as unbelievable as it may once have.

People need to wake up, the government claim of serving man, is really just a cookbook.

No. I am not okay with what the government is doing. Bitching about is not going to change anything. And for the people that keep saying how quick they are going fight back, think about it, if you can't take off you homing device, how do you think you can win?

Just another of my worthless opinions.

RE: Big bad changes for the world net - F2d5thCav - 07-07-2021

I wonder what Marshall McLuhan would have thought about the internet in its current state.  "Vast wasteland" is one way to describe it.

Cheers

A good argument to not let them tag you with a homing device or telemetry collar to begin with... if it ain't there, you don't have to worry about how to escape it.

Many of us have heard how the IRS was used against political enemies and how everything we post online goes to some branch or entity of NSA. There were supposedly rules and laws set up for the security agencies to follow when spying on American citizens. Evidently the rules are for us pedestrians and not those in power. Even the people who are suppose to be in oversight are afraid of these organizations and what they can do to one's career or bank account. Trump was warned to not direct his criticism at the CIA and other security agencies (I always am reminded of JFK who wanted to break up the CIA/dismantle it into a 1000 pieces so the wind could carry the ashes away) for they have many ways of getting even.

This is not a right or left topic but should concern every American who does not want American to end up like the national security state of China or even worse N. Korea.

I recommend maintaining neither a career nor a bank account. They cannot screw around with what is not there.

Years ago, old folks around here, recalling the Great Depression, did not deal with banks. The old saw about "burying your money in mason jars" was a reality here. As a matter of fact, my first wife's grandpa had buried around 30,000 dollars in gold coin - in actual mason  jars no less -  that has never been found. He buried it years and years ago -Probably around 80 years ago. Anyone finding it now would realize a substantial increase in the price of gold. I have an idea of where it is, but can't be assed to dig it up. I can't eat gold. I think I'm the last living person with any idea of the approximate location of it, and I'll take that information to the grave with me. It ain't MY money, or anyone elses. There aren't many left alive now that even know it ever WAS buried.

Banks were not trusted here after the Depression. I still don't trust them, but considered them to be a necessary evil until 2008. In 2008, I found that their evil outweighed their necessity, and stopped dealing with them altogether. I've not had a bank account since. Don't need one, don't want one. I have mason jars if that becomes necessary. I'd rather fill them with moonshine, but money runs a close second if they make it necessary.

Likewise credit. I have not engaged in the credit scam since 1993, when I cut all my cards up. I still don't miss them, and that's been 28 years ago.

Careers are for suckers. They depend far too much on other folks' good will, and not nearly enough one one's own ingenuity. I recommend entrepreneurial enterprise in vocations that people NEED, rather than stuff people just WANT. If they just want it, there is far too much competition, and folks can end you at the drop of a hat, ruin your vocation altogether. On the other hand, if they NEED it, they can't very well do without it. Call it job security. if you don't have a boss, then the bastard can't very well fire you over a social media post or whatever.

I'm in a wee ruckus with the IRS right now, as we speak. They claim they don't know me, or, more precisely, don't know that I am who I am, all in an effort to not pay me what they owe me, including a crap ton of back pay. That's fine by me. If they don't know me, they won't miss my contributions when I stop sending them, now will they? If they wanna take me to a Federal court, that's cool, too. they can take my contribution out of what they owe me. I'll still be money ahead.

Bottom line is: whatcha gonna do with folks who just don't care WHAT you do?

I already have sniper blinds located and decked out for any of the Black SUV boys. Don't screw with me, fellas. You'll never be seen again, and the world - and your families - will be left to wonder what became of you.

If any of them doubt it, they are welcome to test me any time they feel froggy.

They should bring their own body bags. I won't supply them. I'll just leave them laying for the rats and bugs and worms and assorted critters to gnaw on and dispose of.

The one thing I remember when I was made redundant from the local newspaper, was the career-minded woman
who I had to visit for 'consultation'. Before I started my solitary nightshift, I was asked to wander into this woman's
office and sit in front of her.

She didn't work for the newspaper, she was fighting for the top-slot in another newspaper, but the Managing Director
of paper I worked for didn't have the balls to speak to me.

"How long have you worked here..." she asked without looking up from a file on her desk. I wondered why she asked
as the document she was reading was about me. "Just over twenty-six years" I replied and that was when she looked
at me.

"You know, to me..." she said with a smile, "... you've only worked here five minutes" and I immediately knew what
she meant. That was why I thanked her for her honesty and I think that threw her.
....................................................

I had spent almost two decades humping trash when everyone else was asleep. Standing in an unlit garage that
smelled of stale booze and old urine, I'd crush rubbish with a busted machine that would switch itself on during my
wrapping of the compressed bales with wire.

I'd shovel lead slugs and melt them down in a shit-hole full of burning string and splashing molten metal.
My only companions were bare-breasted laminated beauties that lured the curious into the room under the
pretence they wished to speak to me. This usually involved my ability to obtain something that they wanted
and that I could -they assumed, gain for them.

Later, after attempting to acquire the first-time position of the paper's Graphic Artist -on the company's first
-purchased computer that I'd carried into the building, the Editor carefully explained to me over six interviews
that it would be inappropriate to allow me to fill the vacancy because I was working-class and it would reflect
badly in the Journalists I would be serving.
(Dirty hands and overalls, local accent and a job that spoke of manual drudgery).

So I went back to working manually on the newspaper, cleaning the toilets and getting rid of the trash.

It was only when it was discovered that I'd created a racket where -for a few newspapers, all of that rubbish was
being taken away by a group of Council-paid Refuse Collectors that would've normally cost the company around
£6,000 ($8,000) a year, that it was pondered on that I may not be the dullard that they thought I was.

As a bonus, I created a currency-system within the company that didn't involve cash... I kid you not!
I'd have also thought the many requested items I managed to procure for the Managing Director and all the way
down through the management to a supervisor would have given them the heads-up that I wasn't the dim-wit the
well-articulated Editor had taken me for!

Eventually, I was given a post that dealt with photographs and computer manipulation, a vacancy due to the kid who
used to do it dying in a road-crash. So much for perceiving skills!
It was easy and could've been an ideal job for a lazy person. So during those lonely nights, I'd vacuum-clean the department
and clean out the two fish tanks I'd 'acquired' for the dayshift.

Ten years later, this woman told me the truth, I was nothing... the hamster-wheel I'd been running in would still rotate without
me and to save some money, any self-imagined loyalty was now sitting in the trash-basket that I used to empty.

That was why I thanked her.
