It is so bad that even the doom prone MSM I guess is playing it down although those in China seem to be fairly well informed by news reports there and that is scary. As for food I have no clue on how bad that will be. All we can do is hope that things will not get worse and that the dam will hold and the weather will improve quickly.

Yes it just may be that!
I foresee China flooding more of their lowlands and just not worrying about crops or peoples lives.

Few things live in total isolation and with the turn about of sucking up to the CCP by many countries there is now a clearer road to take down the CCP. Will the flooding expedite the take down ? Will rioting and famine due to all the flooding expedite the down fall ? Probably not in my remaining life time, but for the Chinese people and even the world, the sooner the CCP is only a blip in history the better for everyone to include their satellite bought and paid for countries. IMO.
