It's a prank because it's mentioned at the front-end by USA Today and in a posting on Facebook. The body is neatly laid on a pebbled beach and picked cleanly. The Police tape is nothing more than a ruse to imply officialdom is involved and ergo, a genuine situation. Grading? Must try harder.
