On your knees France... You're being taken over again. The word you're looking for is 'Occupation'

'Why did France’s government vote against having an age of consent? The answer is obvious.
Muhammad married his favorite wife Aisha when she was six and consummated the marriage when Aisha was nine.
Since Muhammad did that, and since he is the “excellent example” for all Muslims to follow, child marriage is acceptable
in Islam.

This is a sign of France’s capitulation and Islamization. They cannot set an age of consent, because Islam doesn’t have one.
This is a sign of how quickly Western values erode when our leaders do not have the will to defend them.

“France Passes Law Saying Children Can Consent To Sex With Adults,”
by Baxter Dmitry, Your Newswire, August 4, 2018 (thanks to Kenny):

President Macron’s government has voted against having an age of consent in France,
becoming the latest nation to give in to pressure from an international network of liberal
activists determined to normalize pedophilia and decriminalize sex with children across
the world.

Federal law in France now has no legal age of consent, meaning adults who have sex
with children of any age will not be prosecuted for rape if the child victim is unable to prove
“violence, threat, duress, or surprise.”

The draft bill against sexual and gender-based violence, known as the Schiappa law, was
signed into law by the French Parliament on 3 August, sparking outrage in France as parents
and childrens’ rights groups accuse Emmanuel Macron’s government of betraying the nation’s
children.

The lack of an age of consent places millions of children in serious danger of sexual abuse in
France, according to child protection officials.

Childrens’ rights groups criticised Emmanuel Macron’s government for failing to provide a legal
age of consent to protect children, pointing to the recent decision by French courts to refuse to
prosecute two pedophiles for the rape of 11-year-old girls because authorities couldn’t prove the
children did not consent.

On Thursday, several groups, including the French Council of Associations for the Rights of the Child,
issued a joint statement to express their “indignation” at the abandonment of an age of consent under
French law.

In a joint statement, the associations condemned the new law in the strongest possible terms:
“This should be the flagship measure of the bill: the introduction of an age below which children
would automatically be considered unable to consent to sex with adults.“

The French child protection associations are demanding that Macron’s government revoke the Schiappa
law and establish a legal age of consent under which any sexual act involving an adult and a child will
constitute rape.

The abandonment of a legal age of consent has shocked French society.
The controversial bill had focused on an appropriate threshold for an age of consent -13 or 15 years.
However, the choice was made to abandon the principle of a minimum age.

In its final version, the Schiappa law provides that for children under the age of 15, “the moral constraint
or the surprise is characterized by the abuse of the vulnerability of the victim who does not have the
necessary discernment for these acts“.

However, the former minister of women’s rights, Laurence Rossignol, says these notions of “vulnerability”
and “discernment” leave far too much room for pedophiles to escape punishment under the law….'

Well  Macron did get a BJ from a much older woman when he was under age so he thinks its normal.
The back lash ageist islam is building up all over Europe, and laws like this are feeding the anger. Makes one think is this all part of the plan to start a war with islam in Europe ?

As said child sex is very important in islam. I know what I am about to write may make people feel uncomfortable, or they may see it as hate speech but it is not.
Sad but its true that family incest is very very common in islam, girls are orally and anally raped not only by the father but by the brothers as well. If the father rapes the girl( so she is no longer a virgin) the brothers will do so as well, the father will then say his daughter has brought shame on the family by having sex with someone and have her brothers kill her. In Europe it not so easy to kill children so they are sent back to the "home land" and never heard of again.
This is normal in islam and its a sad story.
Even after marriage it is often the "norm" for the father to be let have sex with his daughter.
In Europe there is a massive rise in birth deaths and children been born malformed or of low IQ in the muslim community, this is because they marry into family but the main cause is the father having sex with the daughter.
In Afghanistan its the norm that young boys are for sex and fun and women are for making babys.
The cult of islam is the biggest danger Europe if not the world has ever faced.
I understand this has been a hard text, but remember the muslims suffer under the sickness of islam, soon we will all suffer.

I checked the initial post and at first, it looked like it was Fake News.
However, the proposal did exist and was only dropped after Parliamentary discussion.
Normal people wouldn't even ponder the idea.

This is from The Telegraph.

Quote:France tightens rules on sex with minors but stops short of creating a legal age of consent.

'France’s parliament has passed a law to tighten laws on child rape but sparked ire among rights groups
by dropping an earlier plan to set a legal age of sexual consent. The bill followed outrage over two recent court
cases in which prosecutors refused to try two men for the rape of 11-year old girls because there was no proof
of coercion.

It was narrowly passed in the National Assembly thanks to support from President Emmanuel Macron’s ruling
LREM party.  But after a heated debate over night, MPs decided to stop short of creating what would have been
France's first law on a legal age below which a minor cannot agree to a sexual relationship with an adult.
The proposal had been to set the age at 15.

Instead, they created a new offence of “sexual violation of a minor by penetration”, punishable by 10 years in prison.
That is a shorter sentence than the 15 to 20 years reserved for rape offences -classified as "any acts of sexual
penetration committed on someone with violence, coercion, threat or surprise".

The new offence states that relations between an adult and a minor of 15 or younger can be classified as rape if
there is "abuse of the victim's vulnerability" and if she or he "lacks the necessary discernment to consent”.

The government had little choice but to drop earlier plans to simply introduce a strict minimum age after France's
highest administrative court, the Council of State, warned it could undermine the defendant's presumption of
innocence and risked being declared unconstitutional.

But opposition MPs from all sides slammed the resulting law as “ambiguous” and one that “sends the wrong
message to society".

The debate descended into a slanging match when one Right-wing MP, Fabien Di Filippo, accused gender equality
minister, Marlène Schiappa of "putting her libertarian conception of sexual relations, including between minors and
adults, before the protection of children".

She accused Mr Di Filippo in turn of “sexism”, “crass misogyny” and "deep ignorance of what women's freedom
means". But other parties were also unhappy. The Socialists said the law "neither satisfies associations nor the judicial
world" and the Communists said it "maintains an aura of ambiguity".

Women's rights groups, meanwhile, have reacted angrily.

They are concerned that the new law will push judges to classify cases of abuse as sexual assault rather than rape if
"surprise and coercion" cannot be proved. A petition they published online this week entitled "Rape is a crime" has
already gained 100,000 signatures.
Justice minister Nicole Belloubet denied the law was a fudge.

”We are tightening the net so that rape can be more easily proven," she told Europe 1 radio. She said she was convinced
that the recent cases of sex with 11-year-olds that “rightly shocked public opinion” would now be judged differently.
“With these rules, these rapes will indeed be considered as crimes,” she said.

The law must now pass through the Senate...'

So the idea was on the table of deebate, France's Parliament just felt it was too extreme for voting sections of their society.
But as Wallfire indicated, this behavior will just continue and another shroud of mistrust will hide it.
