What the hell is happening with Rogue-Nation?
Posted by: Sol - 10-22-2022, 10:49 AM - Forum: Rogue-Nation Tutorials - Replies (32)

Dear everyone,

The last few weeks have been just a bit crazy.

Here's a recap of what has happened, followed by what we are doing now:

1 - Site was hacked. Most of everyone knows that by now.

2 - To salvage the site from oblivion, we had to upgrade everything first, from our Background Control Panels to the Web Hosting Server security features.

3 - We had to hire a team of experts to clean out contaminated and remaining suspicious files.

4 - We had to reinstall the mybb platform and upgrade it. We had to reinstall Themes.

5 - In doing so, we added two themes, one called Dark V2 (for desktop) and Roundo Darko (for mobile)

6 - We started reinstalling plugins. (those are the added features that add fun to the site, such as the Shoutbox, Alerts and so on)

This is where the shit hit the fan.

MyBB (the platform that hold themes becomes unstable when more than one theme is added on, as plugins start malfunctioning). That is when we start getting server load messages as it becomes strained, and the responsiveness of the site becomes sluggish.

Many of you have noticed that and gave much needed feedback. MyAlerts freezes the page when clicked on. Starring threads and rating posts are on and off.

Adding a Recent Thread plugin to Dark V2 has screwed up Roundo Darko's recent pages built-in feature that now just shows a title without any description.

Adding plugins to one theme screws up the other. It's like a merry go round from hell.

These are just the tip of the iceberg, as members see it up here on the boards but there are other problems and issues that arise in the background and which you cannot see as a member.

For example, the Shoutbox cannot be reinstalled as it gives an error code that cannot be fixed. Another example is when we install MyAlerts on BOTH themes, the plugins cross wires and start malfunctioning, on BOTH themes.

So, what are we up to now? What is the solution?

Only one solution comes to mind: We need ONE theme, not two or three or a dozen. ONE.

But one that will satisfy both our desktop users, as it needs to look good and be as easy to navigate as Dark V2. But Dark V2 is a visual nightmare for mobile users. THAT is a problem.

And at the same time, be responsive, good looking and as easy to navigate as Roundo Darko, for our mobile users. But Roundo Darko is too different in layout and isn't user-friendly for desktop users. And THAT is a problem.

Finding a theme that would satisfy both our desktop users AND our mobile users is the key as we could take out all remaining themes and only use ONE theme and by doing so, avoid conflicts of themes AND conflicts of plugins.

But does such a theme even exist?

The good news is, we think we found it. It looks quite a lot like Dark V2, is super easy to navigate, fast and very responsive AND is mobile friendly. A fantastic combination of both worlds.

We are testing it now on our test site and EVERYTHING is functional. It's still bare bones but we've started tweaking it, and we will be starting to add plugins to it asap.

It will not be uploaded here on RN3 until tweaks are all done and we are 100% sure that the plugins work as they should.

I know, I know. Some of you may think "here we go again" and you are right. 100% right.

But if we want a functional RN3 environment, there are no other options. None. We've tried them all, trust me, for days on end.

In a very near future, when all is said and done, when RN3 gets back to being a fun loving glitchy free environment, we'll all be happy to be here, without having issues that we never asked for. And at some point, we'll be able to laugh at what happened here at RN3.

So trust us just a little more. Be patient just a little more. We're almost there.

I personally thank you, once again, for your support, your feedback, for sticking around through the bad times. All Admins have put a tremendous amount of work and countless hours, not only on saving RN3 from an almost certain doom, but also on restoring everything up from scratch.

Many of you lurk right now, we see it in the stats, and we thank you as well for keeping an eye on us.

We will be sending emails to everyone once we announce the final stages of RN3 resurrection.

We're almost there.

Stay tuned,

Sol - for Ninurta, Gordi, BIAD, Senona, DuckforcoveR and Staff.

  My dentist mentioned this
Posted by: ancientlight - 10-22-2022, 06:52 AM - Forum: Physical Health - Replies (13)

Hi all.
I hope you're all enjoying the start of the weekend  minusculebeercheers

I have been wondering about something my dentist mentioned. I was not paying too close attention (adhd perhaps),
but I think he mentioned something about me having a 'nodule' or polyp inside my mouth somewhere?
I think he also asked if my tonsils were ever removed.

He said "if I was you I'd get it looked at by an ETN (ear, throat, and nose) specialist'

So , what does this mean?

A nothing burger I'm sure, and I'm not worried, just curious  minusculebiggrin

Can one escape the Biden Biowarfare insanity?

The never ending saga.

Quote:On Monday, White House COVID-19 Response Coordinator Dr. Ashish Jha and federal public health officials met with leading organizations representing America’s physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician associates to discuss the ongoing work to protect people against and treat COVID-19 this fall and winter. Administration officials shared that they are carefully monitoring emerging subvariants in the U.S. and around the world, and underscored the potential for an increase in both COVID-19 and flu infections this fall and winter. There was broad agreement that the single-most important thing Americans, particularly the elderly, can do to protect themselves and their loved ones from COVID-19 and serious illness is to get an updated COVID-19 vaccine without delay.

The decision from the agency’s advisory committee (ACIP) would add the Covid-19 shot to the public health agency’s Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program. Fifteen voting members of mostly scientific or medical expert backgrounds make up the panel and are responsible for making vaccine recommendations. All of the panelists are chosen by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services after an application and nomination process.

The ACIP’s Wednesday recommendation now goes to CDC Director Rochelle Walenksy and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for approval. Once approved, the advice will be included in the CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR), a publication of public health information.
...
Ahead of the panel’s vote, some Republican-controlled states assured residents that the Covid-19 would not be mandated for children. Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo tweeted: “Regardless of what the CDC votes on whether COVID-19 vaccines are added to routine child immunizations – nothing changes in Florida.”

“Thanks to @GovRonDeSantis, COVID mandates are NOT allowed in FL, NOT pushed into schools, & I continue to recommend against them for healthy kids,” he said.

  The Power of Myth
Posted by: EndtheMadnessNow - 10-20-2022, 03:02 AM - Forum: Off Topic - Replies (1)

Mythologist Joseph Campbell presents his ideas about comparative mythology and the ongoing role of myth in human society. 1988 TV Mini Series, 6 episodes restored. Really fascinating, awe inspiring discussion that has aged really well.

Episode 1: The Hero's Adventure

Quote:Revisiting Joseph Campbell: The Power of Myth - From New Dawn 144 (May-June 2014)

Perhaps myth first arose out of the answers parents give to their children’s questions. Many of these are unanswerable: Why is water wet? Why is fire hot? Where does everything come from? Who is God? Because people like to tell stories, it makes sense that parents would make up tales, far-fetched, elaborate, but sometimes beautiful, to satisfy this curiosity. The best of these would be passed down from generation to generation to form the body of worldwide myth.

Even so, this explanation does not tell us why myths are so powerful. Why should these stories have continued to be told for thousands of years? What meaning do they have and what role do they play in our lives?

This need for meaning and purpose, and for a connection to a reality that is larger than the sum total of material phenomena, indicates this reality exists. You would never feel thirst if there were no such thing as water. But at the same time we still feel the need to connect this higher reality with the universe that we know from sensory experience. We need a worldview that not only discovers distant galaxies but remind us of what Campbell calls the “ubiquitous power” out of which these galaxies arise. Such a worldview, if it can be found, will command the allegiance of humanity for a long time to come. Those who bring it will be the next generation of heroes. They may not have been born yet.

Joseph Campbell died in 1987 at age 83 in Hawaii. His wife, Jean Erdman born in 1916 lived until 2020. She was 104 years old!!

BBC prepares secret scripts for Dark Winter
Posted by: EndtheMadnessNow - 10-19-2022, 09:30 PM - Forum: General News and Events - Replies (1)

Oh yes, here we go...

Quote:BBC prepares secret scripts for possible use in winter blackouts (Oct 18, 2022)

Exclusive: Scripts set out how corporation will reassure public in event of major power loss.

The BBC has prepared secret scripts that could be read on air if energy shortages cause blackouts or the loss of gas supplies this winter.

The scripts, seen by the Guardian, set out how the corporation would reassure the public in the event that a “major loss of power” causes mobile phone networks, internet access, banking systems or traffic lights to fail across England, Wales and Scotland. Northern Ireland would be unaffected because its electricity grid is shared with the Republic of Ireland.

The public would be advised to use car radios or battery-powered receivers to listen to emergency broadcasts on FM and long-wave frequencies usually reserved for Radio 2 and Radio 4.

One draft BBC script warns that a blackout could last for up to two days, with hospitals and police placed under “extreme pressure”.

Another says: “The government has said it’s hoped power will be restored in the next 36 to 48 hours. Different parts of Britain will start to receive intermittent supplies before then.”

It is understood they were written by BBC journalists as part of routine emergency planning to deal with hypothetical scenarios. They include local details for the different regions and nations of Britain.

In a national emergency, the BBC has a formal role in helping to spread information across the country, as part of the government’s civil contingencies planning. The broadcaster’s governance framework states: “If it appears to any UK government minister that an emergency has arisen, that minister may request that the BBC broadcast or otherwise distribute any announcement or other programme.”

The government works with the BBC as part of its emergency planning process, although it is unclear whether it had any input on these scripts. A spokesperson said: “The government is confident that this is not a scenario we will face this winter.”

The BBC said it did not comment on its emergency broadcasting plans.

Ministers have been at pains to reassure businesses and householders that blackouts are unlikely. However, National Grid, which oversees electricity supplies in Great Britain, has issued a rare warning that power supplies could be at risk. The organisation said that in a worst-case scenario it could order planned blackouts for up to three hours a day if Russia cuts off all gas supplies to Europe.

On Monday, National Grid’s chief executive, John Pettigrew, went further and said that if everything that could possibly go wrong did go wrong, there could be rolling blackouts between 4pm and 7pm on “really, really cold” days in January and February, when wind speeds are too low to power turbines.

The BBC’s draft scenario suggests that in a national blackout it would run a greatly reduced temporary radio service from the UK’s emergency broadcasting centre, called the EBC, based in a rural location not acknowledged by the BBC.

This would provide half-hourly news bulletins on Radio 4’s FM and long-wave frequencies and a “music service”, with news updates on the FM spectrum used by Radio 2.

One scenario used in some of the scripts assumes that mains electricity is available in only a few lightly populated parts of Scotland – the Western Isles, Orkney and Shetland, and some parts of the Highlands.

The draft scripts for on-air news bulletins include space for a quote from a Cabinet Office minister, given the fictitious name Jose Riera.

The scripts report that these blackouts would affect gas supply systems, and knock out mobile phone networks, cashpoints and internet access. Traffic lights would stop working, causing disruption on the roads.

One script, written for a hypothetical news bulletin, warns: “The emergency services are under extreme pressure. People are being advised not to contact them unless absolutely necessary.”

It states that in Wales an emergency coordination centre has been set up, while in Scotland the first minister, Nicola Sturgeon, is chairing the devolved government’s emergency planning meeting. It adds: “Officials are saying there is no current risk to food supply and distribution. But they’re asking people to look out for vulnerable neighbours and relatives.”

The smile: a history

Nearly three-quarters of adults in the UK (71%) do not get the recommended 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night. So it's no wonder the military sleep method has gone viral, especially when you throw in the anxiety-inducing state of the world right now. 'Will you damn peasants please just go to sleep so we can install the new world order of goverance!'

I sleep with my tin-foil cap on for extra safety in my Farraday caged bedroom because you never know when those black triangle machines will hover over your house at 3am.

Decades ago a plan was enacted to engineer a global consciousness to naturalize man into the new technocratic globalism. UFO mythology was chosen as the new world orders religion of technology and transhumanism. Klaus Schwab’s Great Reset has its direct roots in this agenda.

It all goes back to 1968 when the U.S. Office of Education commissioned Stanford Research Institute (later called SRI) to spell out what “changes in the conceptual premises underlying Western society would lead to a desirable future.”

The results were made into a book called “The Changing Images of Man.”

The book is basically a blueprint for a vast social engineering project undertaken by the highest levels of the military/industrial complex.

The essential message is that humans are socialized via mythology and narrative. Ancient man had an image of himself as a hunter, so he hunted. Now man needs a new image of himself, which requires a mythology that includes a global technological consciousness.

In the Navy there is something known as "breakaway music" which is music in  modern U.S. Naval tradition (usually selected by the Captain) used to motivate sailors upon the conclusion of underway replenishment (UNREP). Yay, it's finally over! But, now we have woke and this horribly scripted movie is endless.
