Archer “knew at least the general nature and extent of the scheme and intended to bring about its success,” according to the appeals court ruling. The 2018 ruling found that he and other defendants had diverted the proceeds of a $60 million bond sale to their own business interests rather than for their intended use.

An attorney for Archer said the appeals court’s decision was “beyond disappointing.”

Beyond disappointing, indeed!  Where's Hunter? Why isn't he being charged?

BREAKING: The Senate Homeland Security Committee has launched an investigation into Hunter Biden’s emails.

Thanks @"BIAD".  So many articles telling us it didn't happen; doesn't matter, blah, blah, blah, but they impeached our POTUS for much less. Go figure.

I did see a post on Twitter earlier today that said Biden's team were walking things back some and saying it was possible that Biden met with the Ukrainian for a casual meeting.  Or maybe I saw it here; don't remember now.

I was going to go grab the post, but it appears Twitter is down right now too.  GOOD!  I hope someone at a high level is taking care of business over there... those pieces of poop!
