'The release of a Pakistani Christian woman who was acquitted eight years after being sentenced to death for blasphemy
has been delayed.

Asia Bibi was convicted in 2010 after being accused of insulting Islam's Prophet Muhammad in a dispute with her neighbours.
The mother-of-three, 47, has always maintained her innocence - but has spent the majority of the past eight years in solitary
confinement. Her release was delayed following protests by radical Islamists, who want her publicly hanged, and failed talks
between them and the government.

A lawyer representing a local cleric who had raised the initial blasphemy charges against Ms Bibi petitioned the supreme court
on Thursday to reverse its acquittal. Her husband, Ashiq Masih, returned from Britain with their children in mid-October and was
waiting for her release so they could leave Pakistan.

France and Spain have offered her asylum, while the former bishop of Rochester, Michael Nazir-Ali, who is a Christian born in
Pakistan, said Ms Bibi should be granted asylum in the UK.
On Wednesday, the top court overturned Ms Bibi's conviction.

It prompted over 2,000 Islamists to block a key road linking the capital, Islamabad, with the garrison city of Rawalpindi, causing
traffic jams. Hundreds also blocked another key motorway linking Islamabad with other major cities.
Other protesters damaged or set fire to dozens of vehicles to pressure the government to prevent Ms Bibi's release.

Demonstrations are also being held in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Multan - and clashes with police have been reported.
Ms Bibi's acquittal has posed a challenged for Pakistan's new prime minister, Imran Khan, who came to power this summer
partly by pursuing an Islamist agenda.

He condemned the Islamists after cleric Afzal Qadri urged supporters to kill the three judges who acquitted Ms Bibi, revolt against
army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa and overthrow Mr Khan's government. Islamists were to hold nationwide rallies after Friday's
prayers, stoking fears of violence.

Schools and colleges have been closed after radical cleric Khadim Hussain Rizvi, the leader of Tehreek-e-Labbaik party, announced
that "talks" between his deputies and the government about Ms Bibi's fate had failed.
"We are ready to die to show our love for the prophet," he told an emotionally charged rally in Lahore.

Mr Rizvi's envoys wanted Ms Bibi barred from leaving the country, but information minister Fawad Chaudhry rejected the demand
and said the government would not be dictated to. Ghulam Mustafa, a lawyer representing a provincial cleric in Punjab who had filed
the initial blasphemy charges, asked the supreme court to review her acquittal.
This could result further delay Ms Bibi's release.

Pakistan's supreme court has not been known to reverse its decisions, but court reviews tend to take years.
Security has been stepped up near the facility where Ms Bibi is being held, authorities said.

Prison officials said on Thursday that two inmates were arrested last month for planning to kill Ms Bibi by strangling her.
The blasphemy law in Pakistan carries a mandatory death penalty and many hardline religious groups are opposed to it
being amended...'

These Muslims need to be given their Own Planet to live on, to live out the Fantasies of their Religious Teachings, we would never have to worry about them building spaceships to return to earth on and attack us.

According to studys about 60% of muslims in the world are the product of incest. Already in Europe there are large amounts of muslim children born with birth defects and low IQ related to incest.

I do not know from personal experience how the man and his 1 to 4 wives run the house. But to me the women are but chattel or slaves even if they are Muslim. If a man believes one of his wives is starting to display highhandedness he can smack her into submission when she goes to bed (surah 4:34)...Well maybe not all Sharia is bad hahahah ( sarcastic joke) The non-Muslim women are lower than slaves and better beware where they speak or walk.....Even then there is no guarantee someone will not like you and accuse you of something that can get you beheaded, lashed, or thrown in a very bad jail..

Once the accusations start the witness magically appear.

My year in Saudi Arabia made up my mind for me I want no part of Islam or Sharia law. Christens, Hindus, Buddhist, Jews, I can almost always tolerate but I need to stay away from Islam especially when someone is getting their hundred lashes or their head removed for something like adultery as by walking or being seen with a man who is not your relative or being accused of blasphemy like Asia Bibi was.

It really is sick how other Muslims applaud the cruelty handed out by their Imams religious police for they are brain washed believers and know no other way but the way of the Quran... I suppose they had better be happy at the justice Sharia hands out or they might be the next one to fall under the lash or the blade.

Mulook told Reuters in a WhatsApp message he had gone abroad "just to save (my) life from angry mob" and because of fears for the safety of his family.
 
"I consulted and everybody is of this opinion (that I should leave)," he said, adding that he would return to the country to continue his work on the case if he was given protection by security forces.
 
The TLP called off the protests late on Friday after striking a deal with the government that would see authorities seek to put Bibi on an 'exit control list' barring her from leaving the country.
 
Bibi's whereabouts are unknown, but Islamists have warned the authorities against taking her out of the country.
 
"There will be a war if they send Asia out of country," TLP leader Khadim Hussain Rizvi said after the deal was reached.
 
Earlier in the week one of Rizvi's deputies called for Pakistan's Chief Justice Saqib Nisar and two other judges who ruled in the case to be murdered.
 
"Whoever, who has got any access to them, kill them before the evening," TLP co-founder Muhammad Afzal Qadri told supporters.
 
The TLP was founded out of a movement supporting a bodyguard who assassinated Punjab provincial governor Salman Taseer after he spoke in Bibi's defence in 2011. Federal minister for minorities Shahbaz Bhatti was also killed after calling for her release.
 
Bibi was convicted of blasphemy in 2010 for allegedly making derogatory remarks about Islam after neighbours objected to her drinking water from their glass because she was not Muslim. She always denied having committed blasphemy.
 
The case has outraged Christians worldwide and been a source of division within Pakistan, where Islamist parties such as the TLP have framed Bibi's release as Pakistan's government caving into Western demands.
 
Bibi's acquittal is being reviewed, though it is extremely rare for a review to overturn a Supreme Court ruling.

IMO religious police and their hierarchy are worse/better than any other past, present, or future force in the world for total control of a population...

Crap like this has been seen in Europe ( but so far not as extreme). People in the west have to start to understand the sickness of islam, and understand that all islamic men support this hate and are only waiting for there numbers to grow so they can take control of Europe. 
If you want to know what Europe will be like, just look at London, and how much damage has been done in such a short time and how it has spread across the UK , caused by one a muslim person given power.
