Hmm... well, as I've been saying all along, "they" know how to manipulate and control the weather, and they've been doing it for many decades, even as far back as the Vietnam war, and even WWII, according to insiders and researchers.

It does appear the Powers That Be were planning these hurricanes a long time before they formed. They even had them named already!  

This video is less than 13 minutes, so watch it and see if you think it provides some evidence to those who are still skeptics.




Any thoughts?

Weather control has always been important, the country that controls weather controls the world. I dont think anyone has got that far yet but i believe we are seeing experiments . Its good that some people are keeping an eye on this.
